A normal human has a powerlevel of 1 to 4.
Copper rank: this is a scale for normal people with normal cultivation arts, this could be lower or higher depending on health, cultivation art, bloodline, race, understanding of Dao, and so on. techniques are taken into account, so techniques that boost a person's powerlevel are not added, just a normal powerlevel without outside help, or technique help.
