The [Geass - Absolute Obedience] isn't really absolute if the effect is resisted due to a high willpower. If the command is something that person is vehemently opposed to then the risk of failure is higher. Its rank is the reason for this weakness. It looks like a higher rank of the skill improves the success rates and EX rank all limitations are removed.

For now, I can't afford either of them, but if I finish cleansing Rinka, then I should have just barely enough to get [Memory Hack - D].
