In the ordinary life of Ram, an unremarkable young Indian man fresh out of university, a series of events unfold that will forever alter his perception of reality and challenge the depths of his courage. Plagued by low self-esteem due to his weight, his aspirations remain simple: secure his parents' happiness, acquiesce to an arranged marriage, and build a conventional life.
However, Ram has an intense fear of the dark and an aversion to anything related to the supernatural. This fear, combined with his self-imposed isolation, forms the foundation of his reality. But fate is poised to reveal the ultimate irony as Ram receives a life-altering diagnosis: terminal lung cancer with a prognosis of mere months to live. Devastated by this cruel twist, Ram grapples with his mortality and the shattering of his dreams. Just as he is preparing to surrender to his fate, a miraculous intervention disrupts his despair.
