Shixuan was also annoyed, as he knew it would fall to him to close the door, so he stepped back and closed the gate's doors that were facing inside, making a clang sound once they were fully closed ad light shined on the door, obviously being that of a protective formation.

The managers building in the trainee yard was only a temporary stay and was always full of strangers, barely providing any privacy at all, it felt very weird. Although all those with them were technically their brothers, no one liked living together with a bunch of rowdies in a large house.

The awkwardness between room mates was too large, and the space they had was also really not fitting for a small family of three. Now, they had a full yard to themselves, where they could do anything, they wanted and make it a small island of solitude – well these were just some among the many thoughts they had, but first of all…

An hour later, everyone gathered back at the entrance of the Yard. Shixuan and Qianyu looked very happily at Ji Li as they came back together, smiling from ear to ear. Both of them already saw the yard and obviously had some good news, so they couldn't hold their happiness.

Ji Li knew they wanted to rush things, but he stopped them there and said "Let's first enter. I cleaned the receiving building. There are surprisingly many rooms." With that, Ji Li slowly made his way into the building left of him.

The first they saw was a relatively large room where one could hold a meeting or greet guests. Going down the hallway that went in deeper, there were two rooms on each side and a last room at the end of the floor. The two rooms were pretty empty, and the large room at the back only had a single bed frame. It appeared that the Eunuch Palace took back everything.

But that was not really surprising, most likely all the furniture was given by the Eunuch Palace, and Ji Li could just like the previous owner, request some furniture. He would just have to inspect the space for today and see what he needed, and then order everything.

There wasn't much to see in the guest rooms, but Ji Li found some futons laid in the corner of a room, which he took and stretched out in the three rooms, claiming the largest for himself. They sat down on the remaining chairs in the Guest Hall, apparently the palace didn't take them back, at least so that the guests that came wouldn't have to sit or lay on the ground.

Ji Li looked at Shixuan first, who proudly said, "I have checked every corner of this Yard, and there is nothing wrong, big brother! There were many formations on the walls that were for protection, preventing Audio to get out and come in, and lastly for sturdiness, making the walls very safe."

Nodding, Ji Li commented "Good, from now on, you will take care of the cleanliness of the Yard, so you will need to know fully well where everything is. Since you are more proficient in protection and earth formations than the both of us, you will also take care of them, maybe add some new."

Then, it was Qianyu's turn, who took out a map he had just drawn, still a little wet, so he was embarrassed for a second before he showed it to Ji Li "There are five buildings and three yards in total. The outer yard is very bare and only has some bushes and greenery, but it is accessible to anyone, on the street, so it is very compatible for some gatherings.

The front yard is separated from the guest building, there is some space between them and a direct gate that can be closed for privacy. The yard itself has some greenery and is relatively spacious, so it wouldn't be a problem even if we received many guests at once.

The back yard is the true gem out of the three yards, as it is separated from the buildings and has its own entrance. It is more than simple greenery, as it has some trees, its own herb garden, a small pool and the best, a pavilion that is kept in perfect condition and can be used as a space to drink tea."

Qianyu stopped shortly after explaining the yards, clearly very excited about the last.

He proceeded with the buildings "For the buildings, we have this guest building, which is separated from the whole Yard, giving privacy to the guests and the residents. There is enough space for up to three guests or four if two lived together. Additionally, they have their own small garden, but it is far from large enough to be called its own yard.

Then we have the servant quarters, they are west of the guest building, but it is also the furthest away from the entrance while being the closest to the garden, probably to take care of it. Inside the servant quarters there are two rooms, but each of them can house four servants. Besides their own bed, there is also the kitchen and the storage in the quarters.

Then we have the two wings of the main resident's space. The west wing is left when one enters the front yard, it is very spacious and provides one bedroom, which is larger than the large guest room. Additionally, to that, there is a living room and a bathroom. Lastly, there is a separate room for cultivation, which can be sealed and opened only from the inside. The east wing, right from the entrance of the front yard, is parallel to the west wing and has the exact same interior design.

The last building is also by far the largest. It has one very large bedroom with a bathroom attached to it, which is on the west side of the building. On the east side, there is another semi-separate building which is the cultivation room of that building. The cultivation room is in the corner of the yard, so it is going to be the least disturbed place.

In the middle of the building is the largest part of the building, in which the Main Hall is. The Main Hall is very large, larger than the east or west wing on its own. The Hall is where guests are formally received, as well as where banquets are held."
