Dance Party?

"What's wrong with you guys?" Clare wondered. Who wouldn't be confused to see her friends in a tense expression when they saw her as if she saw a monster? Clare's gaze shifted to Professor Armstrong. "Professor, I brought you something!"

"Come in." The professor replied calmly.

Clare showed a smile then walked in, hand carrying a box and handed it to the Professor straight away. "Uh, you came so fast. Alright, your job is done." The professor kept the box happily.

Clare turned to look at her friends in turn and sighed then walked over to them. "What's wrong? Finished talking? Let's go!"

It's unexpected. Luke, Louis, and Blaire were relieved that Clare hadn't overheard the four of them talking. At first they thought Clare had heard it and would be angry now, based on Clare's attitude, definitely wouldn't want to talk to them. Clare couldn't get angry like Jules.

The four of them left the room. Simultaneously, the four chaotic humans came running towards them with pale faces. That's right, they panicked when they realized that Clare had gone to the headmaster's room. Seeing Clare together with the three adults with their usual faces, they breathed a sigh of relief.

"Who threw the blame?" Louis confirmed the four of them in a cold tone. He quipped that the four of them had made a mistake and instead threw the blame without Clare knowing.

"We're back now, I'm tired. Clare, if you go anywhere take me." Zoya took Clare's arm then pulled her just like that back to the dormitory. She did that to let the six of them talk about the conversation earlier. Zoya doesn't need to know now, there's still plenty of time to explain to her. Luckily Clare wasn't as smart as Jules at this.

After confirming that Clare had really left with Zoya, Jules approached Luke to ask him. "Are we really going to keep it a secret? Clare will find out sooner or later and it's all for naught."

"You think if Clare found out she would just shut up? It just got worse." Louis denied. He knew Clare's reckless nature, even though she was like a child but still if it was a problem to keep it, Clare would not be silent like a fool. But in Jules's mind, Clare would find out sooner or later and things would get worse than knowing them directly. It was possible that after Clare found out, she would pretend not to know and act quietly on her own.

This problem is getting more complicated. Now they understood, it wasn't just Vrochis who wanted Clare. Actually, the only way to protect Clare was not to let her be here. His family had planned it since childhood by sending Clare out of the Aternum World. There was no notification whatsoever, then she pressed the GPS section. A red mark representing Vrochis' position was in the vicinity, around the forbidden forest. Clare's face darkened, why did Vrochis follow her all the way here?

Clare didn't understand what was happening, even though she knew something was wrong, she still didn't know the core problem. She wanted to ask Zoya, but that would make them even more alert. Zoya's mouth can't be locked tightly. Clare was confused, not knowing what to do. The feeling of restlessness kept haunting her so she couldn't do anything.

For a few days, Clare was trying to stay as normal as possible as if nothing had happened. Clare just pretends to be stupid and doesn't care, it's the best way to keep them from getting suspicious. With her friends becoming more and more protective, Clare becomes increasingly suspicious that this Mission has something to do with her. The refining seal has been removed, she can use her power to monitor the situation. She had also compromised with Thumbelina to help her find out their secret. But Luke was too good at keeping secrets and was too careful with Clare's belongings, even though he knew the presence of such a small Thumbelina.

A month had passed, but Clare couldn't find any clues. Her demeanor was as usual, also nothing serious happened to her like assault even though she often went out at night. However, Vrochis' position remained unchanged in the forest.

Two months have passed. but Clare was still full of questions. She won't give up until the answer is as expected. Clare wasn't going to give up, she'd been wandering around here and there alone like an idiot for days, but found nothing. She's tired.

Clare was alone in the garden, her mind blank and filled with questions. She can never sleep well and not even focus on studies. It would have been better if she had never received this confusing Mission. Her friends seemed relaxed, but not Clare.

While she was lost in thought blankly, a handball aimed at her and stopped right at her feet. How is the ball thrown that far from the field?

"Clare!" Someone shouted her name.

Clare looked for the source of the sound and found Gavin waving his hand signaling to kick the ball. Clare stood up and took the ball then glanced at Gavin before throwing the ball. Clare is no good at playing ball and throwing it carelessly, luckily Gavin managed to catch it or it would have got lost somewhere else.

"Good throw." Either Gavin complimented her or just teased her. Clare is a terrible pitcher.

"I didn't expect your compliments." Clare replied and laughed a little.

"Are you alone? Don't want to come?" Gavin offers.

"I'm a bad player. If I play with you, I'll just make a mess." Clare looked down on herself. She had never played ball before.

"Come on, at least for once." Gavin pleaded but Clare remained silent.

Clare thought maybe that would take the load off her mind. Just as he was about to accept Gavin's challenge, someone grabbed her hand and giddily shooed Gavin away, she was Jules.

"You're forcing a child, is that good? Just play there, I have business with her." Jules said arrogantly.

"Hey, you're accusing me carelessly. Alright, I'll be going." Gavin huffed and went with the ball. If only he didn't stupidly throw the ball at Jules' head, he still had thoughts.

Jules seems excited lately. How about not? The seal was broken and she was overjoyed and vowed to support Luke forever. Stupid Clare wouldn't notice it at all, she just focused on the problem. Therefore, when she saw Clare who was about to play with Gavin, Jules immediately stopped him. That's because Jules is not willing Gavin with Clare. If it's Luke, she's still a little willing.

"Let's go!"

"Where?" Claire frowned. Jules had been so active lately, it made her shudder.

"Didn't Blaire and Zoya already talk about it? The academy is having a dance party, we have to get ready before the couple is decided!"

"Dance party?" Clare laughed hollowly. "I'm a bad dancer. My dance partner will suffer."

"It's okay, you can learn. Not only will there be dancing, but there will also be lots of food. Anyway, we have to go!" Jules has been really into eating lately. When it comes to food, she will join Zoya and Clare to participate in eating the most food. But right now, Clare wasn't having an appetite. Not because of the diet, but because of the burden of the mind. How can she party when her mind is in turmoil?

"I forced you to come and you must come. Lily says we are allowed to shop for three days. I've prepared the pegasus, let's go shopping after gathering!"

Clare didn't get a chance to speak at all. Jules pulled her by force even though Clare was walking very heavily and her face looked resigned.
