A young boy opened his eyes and a frown appeared on his face.
"What happened to me? Why can't I…" The boy stopped in between as he held his hand and a set of memories appeared in his mind.
"Right, I saw a screen appearing in front of me and then I lost my consciousness."
Again, a few memories appeared in his brain and the boy sighed and he muttered, "So, everything is true."
'I should stop speaking aloud in this world,'
Ryouma thought and he started to think of his situation.
'I am in Kusagakure, and it's been 5 years since the Nine Tails incident in Konoha. Being a member of Genin Corps, I don't have any notable skills. Not like Genin in the world have many but I have three Cheats I got from the System.'
'Flying Thunder God, not only it is mastered, and I can just create a seal or space coordinates for it, but I also got the basics that are used to create the seal.'
'Impure World Reincarnation gives me knowledge about summoning and seals.'
'Strength of Hundred Seal, again gives me knowledge about seals and good chakra control.'
'Meaning, I know what to practice and a single Offensive Jutsu is enough for me. Let's Start with the Flying Thunder God Technique, and leave Marks in the village, and graveyard. At night, I will steal the DNA and take a Bandit Slaying Mission, I will just summon them.'
'Since I will be living in the village, it would be best for me to take over it by using the Immortal Army, and then start robbing graves of other villages.'
Making the plan, Ryouma got up, not noticing the changes in his thinking and mentality and he created a seal and placed it in his house.
'I have too low chakra reserves, even making a mark cost me one-tenth of my chakra, and I can only teleport once. I guess I need to 'capture" Uzumaki Aunty early.'
Ryouma left the house and walked around the Village. A few hours later, he was done surveying the village and he placed the marks in 6 places, which are the leader's office, Graveyard, Hospital, Uzumaki Duo house, Bank, and village entrance.
While moving around, he was disgusted by the animal-like behaviour of people in the village and every movement of their scream for survival and nothing else.
He moved as fast as he could while ignoring everyone as he could see that the only reason why no one attacked him was because of the Ninja Headband on his head.
After all, for a small village like Kusagakure, any ninja is worth more than civilians.
When he went to the Leader's Office, he took a mission of bandit extermination, and he planned on leaving tomorrow as it was evening already.
Reaching home, Ryouma sat down in a meditation position, and he sensed his chakra reserves.
'Genin Level Chakra Reserves! They allow me to teleport once. Let's check the amount I have in Seal.'
Sensing the amount of chakra in the seal on his forehead, Ryouma grinned and muttered.
'It's at least 50 times than my current chakra reserves but not more than 75 times. So, If I use the chakra in the seal, I can teleport 50 times, but only if I have a chance.'
50 times teleportation doesn't mean 50 life-saving methods. After all, if I am killed before I even know, there is no point in having these methods.'
'Ugh! The paranoia and what-ifs in my mind, are killing my will to do anything. Being cautious is good but being too cautious will just hurt me.'
'Well, I will train Rasengan for now and Master it in a few hours. When the night arrives, I will teleport to the Graveyard.'
Rasengan, being an A-rank technique, would be difficult for others to practice, but for him, it was easy considering his Chakra control. Ryouma started to practice by creating a small ball of chakra in his hand, and he felt that everything was natural to him.
Soon, hours passed by and an hour before, Ryouma mastered Shape Manipulation to Peak Level. If he said that he is second in Shape Manipulation, no one can claim to be first.
After recovering his chakra by meditating, Ryouma disappeared from his room, and he arrived in the middle of the graveyard and crouched down.
He had placed the mark on the Grave of a Jonin he knew, and crouching, he started to dig with the Kunai. 5 minutes later, he reached the body.
'It's only bones!'
He thought and took a bone, and crouching, he crawled to another grave and repeated the process. An hour later, he had collected 6 bones, 3 hair, and 2 patches of skin.
He only knew that the 3 hairs belonged to Chunin, while 2 of the bones belonged to Jonin. Sending the bones and hair together, he kept the patches of skin in separate pockets, and he disappeared from the place.
Arriving in his little house, Ryuoma sighed in relief, and he looked at the bones and Hair around them.
Seeing them, he smiled and thought, 'Hmm, Now that I have them. Since there isn't any Kage Level in them, I have no worries about their loyalty and now, I just need to leave the village and go to Bandit settlement.'
'Hmm, Wait! Should I draw the seals for Impure World Reincarnation before? This will be helpful later.'
Ryouma looked around and he took a piece of paper and a pen. He started to draw the seals, and his hands moved like a professional Seal Master, but he only knew that it was for specific seals.
Even if he has knowledge and basics of Fuinjutsu, he will have to train them to become proficient in them, unlike Chakra Control, which is absolutely necessary for Strength of Hundred Seal.
