Barrier Around the village!
Jiraiya looked at Ryouma and he released his chakra as he heard this. As he did this, he found himself appearing in a different place and then he was attacked by many people at the same time.
Teleporting Jiraiya, Ryouma sighed as he had expected him to attack and he had asked the 'Ninjas' to be ready to attack.
In one of his settlements, the 'Ninjas' fought against Jiraiya and under constant attacks, Jiraiya bit his thumb and reverse summoned himself to Mt. Myoboku.
Ryouma sensed Jiraiya disappearing and he said, "Call Kin,"
Saying this, he called a 'ninja' from the group and said, "I will be sending you to a place, leave this mark and then I will summon you back."
Saying this, Ryouma sent the guy to Mt. Myoboku and he sensed another mark appearing.
A grin appeared on Ryouma's face as he summoned the guy back and sent him to the settlement.
"I will write a letter, send this to Konoha as soon as possible," Ryouma said as he took the pen from his shirt and started to write a letter.
"Take this Pen and send the recording to Konoha after cutting a few things. Ask Sakura for this, and she will know what to do, and give another copy to me and I will send this to Jiraiya."
In Mt. Myoboku, Jiraiya looked at his wounds and he clicked his tongue. He hadn't expected to be ambushed like this. Healing his wounds, Jiraiya sensed someone coming into the place and he said, "Ma and Pa, what happened?"
"Jiraiya, did you bring someone here?" Pa asked as he looked at Jiraiya, who shook his head and said, "No,"
"But I am sure I sensed someone else in the place," Pa muttered and Jiraiya's expression changed as he heard this. He took off his clothes and looked at them to see if they had any seals, and he sighed in relief when he didn't find anything.
"Why are you here?" Pa asked and Jiraiya looked at the toad and explained everything to him.
Hearing this, Pa looked at Jiraiya and said, "It's a matter of outside and I can't do anything. When you will reverse summon yourself, you will be back in the place."
"Hmm, I will see what I can do," Jiraiya muttered as he remembered the attacks and he swore that they were Rasengan. What he didn't understand was how they could Rasengan and a lot of Ninja at the same time.
Moreover, he knew that he had been teleported away and he wanted to know how. Hours later, Jiraiya was about to leave but a box appeared in his front and his expression changed.
"Open this, from Kusagakure. If you want, then we are going to war with Konoha,"
Jiraiya's expression changed as he read this and creating a Shadow Clone, he opened the box and saw a device he hadn't seen before.
"Put the small thing into the big one and you will see something magical."
Doing this, he saw the screen on the big device lit up and his expression changed as he saw the recording of what happened before and his words of accepting the charges.
"I have sent this to Konoha too. If you haven't completed the new conditions, these things will reach the other villages."
"Naruto Uzumaki is Jinchuuriki of Konoha and he is son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki."
"Danzo has ROOT spies in all villages and they all have seals on their tongue."
"Hiruzen is old and there aren't many S-class Ninja in Konoha. Orochimaru has defected and the same is true for Tsunade who has been roaming and gambling."
"Hatake Sakumo died because of....."
"The Mixed Senju were killed because...."
"The Uzumaki village was...."
"Inside Konoha at this place, there is..."
"Kumo's Ninja ... was killed by .... at this place...."
There were many things written on the page and reading them a look of horror appeared on Jiraiya's face.
"You have five minutes to reverse summon yourself from Mt. Myoboku and come back with your chakra sealed and chains on you."
Reading the messages, Jiraiya called out a toad and before he could do anything, everything exploded and the Shadow Clone was dispersed due to this.
Jiraiya's expression changed as he saw this and receiving the memories, he asked the messenger Toad to give information about Kusa to the Hokage.
In the office, Ryouma had a frown on his face and he looked at the device in his hand.
"Poor Jiraiya, he would have never expected that all the memories he has are in my hands. Science plus is chakra is so fucked up,"
Ryouma muttered as he looked at the device and then he called ANBU and said, "Record everything that is present in the device,"
"Kin, come with me, we are going to create a Barrier around the village. Ask everyone to prepare, we might go to war."
Ryouma said and Kin walked with him with a stunned expression on her face. She didn't understand how they were going to war, but she knew that all she had to do was just follow him.
Underground, Ryouma started to draw seals and he summoned all 24 Criminals and erased their personalities. Using them as Chakra Batteries, he started to create more and more seals and a few hours later, he looked at the 10x10 m area full of seals and dropped his blood at the centre.
"Twenty-Four Pillar Barrier seal" Ryouma muttered, and he had a feeling that they would lack so he went to the Hozuki Castle and made another 10 Summons and brought them back.
Adding the 10 summons as auxiliary batteries, he connected the chakra and started to the seal.
As he did, a Dome appeared around the Kusagakure and sensing the barrier, Ryouma sighed in relief and muttered, "The Basic Barrier is done. Now that I have started to make one, I will only end when I have added everything."
At the side, Kin looked at the seals with a stunned look on her face and even though she had started to study them, she felt her head hurting as she looked at them.
"Kin, Here! Make these seals around every coffin for protection. If any enemy comes in the place, I don't want them to leave without paying with their lives."
"Ah Yes!" Kin said as she got a scroll and she started to read it. While she did this, Ryouma started to make more and seals on the walls with an evil grin on his face.
