chapter 1

Imara along with her two friends Aaliyah and Aamber were in the Bachelors of Arts section in the St.Xaviers college and were in their last year. Daina and Eama her other two friends were also in the same college but they were pursuing Bachelors in Business Administration. They were a complete happy group. It was finally the last day of their college before their exams. They were happy and sad at the same time, happy because all were finally a step closer to their dream and sad because they were about to separate. They all worked hard and they all appeared for their last semester examinations. The days passed quickly and it was finally time for their convocation ceremony.

              They were all ready and excited about it and they had planned to meet the entire gang at a cafe before parting their ways. Imara along with Aaliyah, Aamber, Daina, and Eama reached the cafe and was waiting for Zoe and Edna their friends from another college. After some time they reached and then they were busy talking about their future plans and dreams. Imara couldn't concentrate on the ongoing conversation because her heart and mind were only waiting for Zubin. After a long wait, Zubin entered with a girl by his side. He met all of them and introduced the girl as his girlfriend. to all of them, her name was Anna. 

                All of them were happy except for Zoe, Aaliyah, and, Amber because they knew that Imara loved Zubin. Imara was heartbroken because she planned to propose Zubin today. She couldn't believe that Zubin was in a relationship, she always thought that Zubin loved her since he was behind her for 6 months. today she realized that he was just passing his time and he was behind her for her body. He just wanted her body once and nothing else.she couldn't control her feelings and immediately left the cafe crying. She just texted Zoe to tell all of them that she had some emergency that is why she left and she will miss them and she will meet them soon. Though Zoe along with Aaliyah and Amber knew the real reason for her sudden exit. They were worried about her. After that day they thought that they will meet again soon but that was their misconception.

              Imara went somewhere and no one had any idea about her not even her friends. She lost contact with everyone, before leaving she had sent them a message stating she is going away and she will come back when she feels that she has achieved something. Zoe, Aaliyah, and Amber had a message stating that they shouldn't reveal her love for Zubin. She pleaded them to move on in their life and she will too move on but she needs this break because she was not able to handle the heartbreak. Since that day no one tried to contact her. They missed her at every party and every friend meet but they respected her decision of staying away and healing herself. They all concentrated on their respective fields and started working day and night for their dreams. 

             while Zubin couldn't understand what actually happened to her. HE was confused with her unsaid exit from their lives. He was confused with her last message that said that he will always be her favorite mistake and she will not forget him in her life. she congratulated him on his new relationship and wished him all the luck for his future. He was actually very busy with his new girlfriend to actually think about her message and he moved on easily though sometimes he missed her. Just in the blink of an eye, six years ran down the line. Everyone was too busy to meet every day and slowly they lost contact except for Zoe, Aaliyah, and Amber. 

    6 years later. 

                Everybody was now successful in their lives. Zoe was a financial adviser in a Multinational Company. Aaliyah was a teacher in an international school, Amber was a successful clinical psychologist, Daina and Eama were businesswoman and was running their own company. Edna was a physiotherapist and was settled in Bangalore. Whereas Zubin was a successful mechanical engineer. All of them have moved on in their lives. everyone was happy with their boyfriends. 

                Suddenly one day they received a message on their social networking sites from Aaliyah. The message was actually an invitation to a friend's reunion. All of them were suddenly very excited to meet each other because it's been years they last met. They all sent their phone numbers as asked by Aaliyah. soon they were added to a friend's reunion group. They actually talked to each other after years. They were happy as their reunion was finally decided to happen after a week at Amber's place. 

              Suddenly Zubin said something that made them all sad. He actually asked about Imara. Listening to him Daina said that they should try to contact Imara because it's been 6 years since she left them. Aaliyah said that she has already made a video and has mailed her. But their main tension was will she open that mail, will she come back here. They are still confused as to what happened on that day that she left the cafe urgently and then directly she left them all with just a goodbye message. "let's hope for the best", said Zoe. Listening to her everyone silently prayed that she comes and attends the reunion. Now they were waiting for the next week so that they can meet and share everything with each other. Days passed and soon it was time for their meet. Everyone got ready and left for Amber's place. 

Amber's Home:

               Amber along with Zoe and Aaliyah was waiting for others to arrive. On one side they were happy to meet the gang again after so many years but on the other side, they were sad, tensed that what if Imara doesn't come. Their lives were and will always be incomplete without her. Suddenly Zoe said, " you guys remember how Imara was earlier":?. "yeah, She was a chubby cute girl, my Panda!", said Aaliyah. " she was naughtiest amongst all of us, you remember how she disturbed and irritated all the teachers!", said Amber. " yeah, what if she never fell in love with Zubin, she would have been happy and most importantly with us!", said Zoe. " I couldn't believe that she fell in love, the girl who never believed in love actually fell in love", said Aaliyah. 

                 Before anyone could say something they heard the doorbell ringing. Aamber opened the door and there she saw Daina and Eama standing along with Edna. They were so happy to see each other and immediately hugged each other. They then entered inside and hugged Aaliyah and Zoe. After exchanging pleasantries they settled on the couch. They started talking about their lives and were impatiently waiting for Zubin and Imara to come. 

               After sometime Zubin entered and they were really surprised seeing him all changed. "How did the rockstar actually become like this?", said Daina."Nothing, just have become matured and responsible", said Zubin with a smile."So how is your girlfriend?", said Edna. " guys, we are done, we are not together", said Zubin seriously. "anyways, so how are you people?", he asked. " all good, you say?", said Eama while hugging him. Everyone hugged him one by one except for Zoe, Aaliyah, and Amber, they just had a handshake. "guys, any news about Imara?", asked Edna impatiently." nothing Edna", said Aaliyah. "guys, let's wait for some time, I am sure Imara will join us.", said Zubin. "yes, Let's talk about each other till then! it's been years we met so we don't know about each other", said Amber. "yes, this is cool! we will talk about each other and I m sure that within sometime Imara would join us", said Edna.
