Entering the building with the new residents, Roboco brought a push cart and Ichika placed all the groceries inside the cart. Ichika shook his hands then he took off his hood.

*Father, did you went to supermarket looking like that?*

"It can't be helped. I have to hide my identity to the public."

Ichika took off next his sunglasses and facemask then the four girls behind him recognize quickly his identity.

"You're!" Kendo pointed at him.

"Fujiwara Ichika!" Kyouka shouted in surprise.

"Huh? What is he doing here? Wasn't this dormitory only for girls?" Reiko asked.

Yui just nodded with her.

*You're right. This dorm is only for girls but my father is the owner and manager of this place.* Roboco explained to them.

Kyouka was confused on why Roboco keep calling Ichika her father.

"Father? This guy? How did that happen? He looks too young to become your father!"

*I'm an Android and he's my creator. That means he's my father.* Roboco responded with expressionless face.

The girls has mixed reactions with her explanation.

*Let's go inside and I'll explain everything about this place. It's up to everyone if you wanted to stay here or move to another dorm.*

Going upstairs to the third floor where there's a large living room, Kyouka was looking suspiciously at Ichika then he glared at him.

"Where's Toru and others?"

*Currently in their rooms.*

"Call them and introduce the new residents. I'm gonna make some snacks."

The four new residents sat comfortably on the couch while Ichika went to the kitchen. Roboco went downstairs and called up the others from their rooms. When Toru and others arrived on the living room, they introduce themselves to the new residents.

Meanwhile, Ichika were preparing snacks for everyone.

"Ichika?"

Momo came to the kitchen and she wants to help him.

"What is it, Momo? Do you want to eat something?" Ichika asked her while serving some pancakes with cream on each plate.

Momo turned red and became shy seeing him. She tried herself to speak to him normally.

"No, let me help you serve those snacks. I'll prepare the tea."

"Really? Thanks, Momo!" Ichika grinned at her.

Momo looks happy seeing him smile.

When they finished the preparations, they served the snacks at the living room.

Kyouka continued to stare at Ichika with suspicious eyes then she asked Momo and whispered to her ears.

"Yaoyorozu-san, this building was supposed to be a ladies dorm. Is it fine to have a guy like him to be the Dorm manager?"

Momo just smiled then responded to her,

"He's fine. I've been living with him for the long time. He's not the type of guy you think of."

"Eh!?" Kyouka was shock.

Toru heard them and spoke to defend him.

"Yao-Momo is right. We've been together since we're still living on Tokyo!"

Kendo, Reiko and Yui was listening to conversation.

"Hehehe... We've been together for a long time that we get along like this."

Nejire suddenly hopped on Ichika's back and hugged him.

"Ichika-kun!"

"Stop it, Nejire-senpai! I'm serving tea right now!" Ichika nearly spilled the tea and he got mad at her.

"I just want to cuddle with my cute underclassmen. I'm so lonely not seeing you the whole day." Nejire rubbed her cheek against him.

"Hey!"

Everyone was seeing that Nejire was pressing her huge chest on his back which made Toru and Momo jealous of her.

"Nejire-chan!"

"That's unfair!"

Himiko who's been quiet the whole time can't endure her urge anymore.

"Ichika... nom, nom, nom, nom." she requested.

Ichika placed down the teacup then he lifted his left arm to her.

Himiko grabbed his arm and playfully bit it like a hamster.

"Nom, nom, nom, nom, nom..."

Everyone became silent while watching them.

"We're back!"

Ichika noticed that 2B and Belfast has already arrived and they're passing behind them.

"Oh, Bel. 2B! Welcome back!"

"Looks like we have some guest today, Ichika."

"Yeah, they are the new residents of this place. Please take care of them."

Belfast turned on her maid mode and elegantly bowed in front of them.

"Nice to meet you girls. I'm the maid of this dorm and my name is Belfast. Feel free to call me if you need something."

2B tried to do the same by she failed,

"2B. I'll try my best to meet your expectations."

Roboco finally came back, holding the keys of their rooms which looks like an ID cards. Each cards has their name and picture on it then she gave it to them with reminders.

*Father and I already cleaned up your rooms in advance. Please don't lose your keys or I'll make you girls sleep on the rooftop as punishment. As your dorm mother, it's our responsibility to ensure the safety of our residents of this dormitory.*

The four new residents received their keys and get amazed how good it looks.

"Can we check our rooms now?" Kyouka excitedly asked.

*Yes.*

The four quickly went to check their rooms.

Few hours later, they returned back silently with surprised expression. It was already night and Ichika was preparing dinner for them. They can't believe when they saw their room.

Toru and Himiko was busy playing video games together so, they approached Momo who's just watching the two while sitting on the couch. Kyouka decided to be the one to spoke to her.

"Uhmm..."

"Hm? What's wrong, Jiro-san? Feel free to tell me if something you're not satisfied about your rooms. I'll remind Ichika."

"No, the room was good... More like it's too good for us to live. It has its own comfy bed and furnitures for us to use but..."

"Huh?" Momo looks confused of them.

"The rooms are too luxurious! There's even a huge bathroom with wide bathtub and shower! It's exactly like the rooms I saw in TV in some luxurious hotel!"

"Is something wrong with that?"

Kendo stepped forward and spoke to her too.

"They told me that the rent is cheap which too good to be true but based on the rooms, ¥ 30,000 is too cheap that the owner of this place is wasting his money. There's no something shady here, right?"

"Of course, there's nothing shady here. All Might is Ichika's father and he might visit often this place to meet him."

The four girls remembered Ichika's identity.

"Ichika thought it's kind of waste if no one is using those vacant rooms so, he decided to take up new residents."

"Eh? That's it?" Kyouka was surprised together with the other three.

"That's the only reason. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are free including snacks. Just tell Ichika if there's a food you don't like and he'll take note of it."

"It's too convenient!"

"That's right."

Kendo agreed with Kyouka.

"Only students of UA can live here. You guys are lucky enough to chosen to live here--"

"EVERYONE! DINNER IS READY!"

Ichika called them up from the kitchen.

"We're coming!"

Momo responded then she reminded the four.

"Let's eat. Ichika cooks really good."

They all went to the kitchen.
