Time: 1:30pm.

"Crap" Chiara muttered to herself as she opened the door of the makeshift autopsy room that had been designated purely for the string of murders that Kore could be accredited for.

Salvatore had made sure that everything they needed was available. It was nice of him but gosh, if she failed now it would not only be an outrage but also an embarrassment.

"I was told to come?" She asked the man whose knuckled seemed to be embedded in what was previously someone's neck.

"Yea, this is Valentina Ruberro's body. Cause of death... Eh, you can see it for yourself. We found a metal capsule embedded in her trachea" he said as he pulled off his gloves and washed his hands.

"Anything in the capsule?" She asked.

"Mhmm 'fuck you...give him back' — written in purple glitter" he handed her a plastic envelope with the note in it.

"How tasteful. She wants Matteo" she said, more to herself than out loud.

"Yup"

"Okay and -" the ringing phone distracted her, and she excused herself.

Pressing the phone to her ear, she sighed as she heard the news and turned to the M.E," get ready for another body... seems to be the same deal. Text me what the note says next time... I do not want to be in this room"

The M.E nodded with a soft smile and waved her off.

She quickly texted Enzo to meet up, he could be useful. They had to get Kore soon...who knew where she would be right now? Plotting? Scheming to kill?
