1 Hobbit Craftsman

Someone reincarnated in the lord of the rings, in the shire, as a hobbit. They have either a crafting system, a medieval fantasy celestial forge or a note that says they were granted godly talent in crafting (which is making anything really, it can be a sword or a tea kettle even a chair) and book on crafting to learn from, possibly have some books on runes for enchanting.

To not make anyone suspicious they can be apart of the Tooks whom throughout the centuries have gathered much knowledge, which is believable considering that they are known to have small adventures often.
