6 Hyoton: Rasenbuki
One day Zabuza took them to a ninja tools merchant to buy supplies. There are also other shops nearby.
Shou looked around and found a children toy shop. He looks at it with yearning. When they do missions, Zabuza let them keep a portion as self-reward. He wants to buy water balloons and rubber balls to train Rasengan.
Shou went to Zabuza.
"Zabuza-sama. I want to, go there to buy something...". He felt a bit embarrassed afraid of Zabuza's thoughts.
Zabuza look at where shou pointed at. He sees a children toy shop.
He looks at Shou with the same cold expression.
"Go ahead".
Shou nods and go there.
"Haku, you can go if you want to". He briefly looks at Haku and turned away to look at the kunai and shuriken in the shop.
"Yes, Zabuza-sama". Haku followed Shou to the shop. He doesn't really feel any wants for toys anymore. For him, serving Zabuza and protecting Shou is his life purpose and makes him happy.
For Zabuza, since they are their tools, their wants being fulfilled would also polish their sharpness for him.
Haku sees Shou bought a lot of balloons and rubber balls. He is quite confused.
"Why so many?".
'Haku. I am practicing a super strong jutsu with these. I will teach you too'. Shou went to whisper to his ears.
Haku looks surprised but believes it. Haku didn't get himself anything but he secretly bought a bunny doll for Shou.
"Brother... Why you don't buy anything for yourself?".
"I don't need toys. I already have you and Zabuza-sama...". Haku gives him a gentle smile.
Brother…
Although he does not like the bunny personally since his mental age is already considered an adult, but he appreciates it so much. He will keep this bunny forever.
They returned to Zabuza shortly. He sees Shou holding a bunny, balloons and rubber balls.
So many rubber balls? He does not understand the need for that much. But as long as his tools focus on sharpening themselves he does not mind. After they return to their base, Shou immediately start training Rasengan.
If he remembers, the first step is to spin chakra in multiple direction in a sphere so that it can break the water filled balloon.
To move chakra from his body to only his hand is also difficult and requires training. Haku trained alongside him to do it. It also doubles as chakra manipulation training.
In an hour they manage to channel chakra to their hand, spinning it in one direction. The water balloon is churning a bit while they are spinning chakra from their hand.
Due to chakra loss they had to meditate to recover afterwards. Only now Shou realised this technique requires a lot of chakras to train continuously like Naruto. And it will take a lot of time to burst the balloon…
Zabuza sees them train but does not question it. He assumed it's one of the Yuki clan techniques from the scrolls kept by Shou. Shou has shown it to Zabuza since he wants his guidance on what technique is recommended in his opinion. He just glanced at the technique descriptions to see what it does and pointed what he thinks is useful and complement their Demonic Mirroring Ice Cystal Technique.
Though, he is interested to see a giant ice golem described in one of the techniques. It's a pity it requires too much chakra just from imagining it.
He does wonder why the Yuki clan has this technique included. It should mean in the past there is someone who can use them. Quite mysterious.
Haku and Shou's father is a civilian. Their mother is someone with kekkei genkai.
For both of them to be this talented, and has above average chakra reserve to a point that they surely can become Elite Jonin in the future - and yet their father is a civilian shows their mother is not an ordinary member of the Yuki clan. Even after their bloodline diluted by half their chakra reserves is still above average for their age especially Shou.
Perhaps if their father is of the Yuki clan as well their chakra reserve could have been twice or thrice to normal ninja and this technique is absolutely feasible to use once.
Zabuza thought about it while daydreaming about his tools. What a pity that their birth father is lacking. He dismissed the thought since he can't do anything about their origin.
Days passed by.
Training. Mercenary work. Assassination. Retrieving items. Protecting clients. Training.
Training again.
Their lives are busy doing jobs to collect funds for revolution. Haku and Shou agreed with Zabuza's dreams to change the country, as they too disagree with the current Mizukage rule. Although as for his method of working for shady people, both of them keep that disagreement in their hearts.
Shou knows the current Water Kage is actually controlled by Madara (Obito Uchiha) using genjutsu on his juubi. But it's still a fact Kagura rule is shitty. Who in the Land of Water does not know that?
Over time Shou had manage to burst water-filled balloon, noting his mastery over spinning chakra in multiple direction.
He went on to train to increase the power in the spinning to cause the rubber ball to explode.
Haku had given up seeing it takes too much chakra and time to train a single jutsu – he rather practices other things. And he was not that interested in the technique to begin with.
After successfully spinning chakra to a point of bursting the water balloon, Shou practice for another few months to increase its power and managed to burst the rubber ball.
And the following month he managed to contain the spinning and power of the chakra in a sphere. It takes lesser time since the spinning and power is reached.
In the next week he managed to stabilise the Rasengan. He successfully mastered the jutsu!
In a desolate forest, Shou is about to test its firepower.
"Haku, watch this".
Haku watched as he sees chakra visibly forming on Shou's right hand. It spins and grow larger and forms a sphere full of chakra in seconds.
Shou used one handed seals to make a demonic mirror next to a tree he uses as target. Shou noted he can use one handed seal for Ice Release because his talent in manipulating ice natured chakra is really high; proven again by the fact he does not need any hand seal to move water and create ice spikes.
Demonic Mirroring Ice Mirror Technique!
The mirror formed in less than a second.
In an instant he moved to the mirror fast like lightning, appearing as a reflection in the mirror.
In the next split second, Shou stretches out his hand out of the mirror going for the kill towards the tree. He rushed out and deliver the blow.
"Rasengan!".
The spinning energy ball shred the trunk of the tree.
Boom!
The tree trunk was blasted. A huge hole is formed from the impact.
Crack. Crack.
The tree is about to fall onto Shou but he quickly uses body flicker to move away.
Boom. The tree fell.
"Amazing". Haku commented with astonishment. But it still does not make Haku interested in training Rasengan further.
The reason Haku use senbon is because he dislikes killing, much less see blood. He would kill with precision using his needles weapon cleanly if need be.
Shou felt his fire power improved. There are Ice Release techniques with firepower but it felt like Rasengan is the most efficient jutsu ever.
He makes his target to infuse Ice nature chakra to his Rasengan next and work diligently each day in his training time.

As Shou creates his Rasengan, he added Ice nature chakra into it. After a week, he successfully added ice natured chakra to Rasengan turning it whitish-blue. Surprisingly the nature transformation is done easily once he gets the hang of it; probably because Ice Release is natural for him.
However, as the whitish-blue sphere grows more powerful...
His surrounding and especially his hand becomes colder and colder. To a point that water condense from the air, adding it the Ice natured Rasengan. It's minor but it still increased in size a little.
The real problem is, Shou's hand can't stand it. He felt like his hand is freezing, to a point he felt scorching coldness and stabbing pain reaching his bone.
He immediately dispelled the Rasengan. His hand is stiff and half-frostbitten because of it. He felt pain like pins and needles piercing his hand. And he sees some skin peeling off. Note that both Haku and Shou has higher resistance against cold and yet his hand can get frostbitten...
He went to Haku for treatment.
"Shou, what kind of jutsu are you using? It's dangerous…".
'I added Ice nature to Rasengan. Didn't expect it to be too cold'.
"If you get frostbitten, to a point your fingers and hand turns black it can cause permanent damage. Don't overdo it. You would regret it. You might lose you hand forever". Haku scolded his little brother.
'Hehe. I will be careful next time'. Shou can just smile silly while Haku use medical ninjutsu to warm his hand and heal it. Thankfully his hand has not turned black yet so its fine.
After few days, his hand feels normal again.
He thought about a solution.
Hmm… maybe he can use Ice Armament to protect his hand? The Ice Armament should be able to prevent the coldness to reach his skin too much since the jutsu forms some chakra protective layer between the skin and the ice to prevent freezing one own's body.
He immediately practices it to see if it can be done. With 3 hand seals, he use the jutsu.
Ice Release: Ice Armament.
With the ice gauntlet covering his hand, he forms the Rasengan.
Spinning, power, condense. Next, nature transformation – he adds Ice nature chakra, forming the white-blue rasengan.
Controlling the shape transformation, the white-blue Rasengan grow colder and colder. Sound of ice forming and deforming is heard, making a unique crisp sound as ice crystals forms and spins along the Rasengan. The surrounding grows very cold, to a point Shou's breath is visibly as water vapour condenses in the air to forming mist as he breathes out.
It's done!
As for his hand, the coldness reached his skin but he can hold on! He can hold it for 10 seconds or so before his hand gets frostbitten in his estimation. Since he would use Demonic Ice Mirror to attack his opponent, it can be used in battle.
He immediately attacked the target dummy.
As the whitish-blue rasengan hits the dummy, the part where the rasengan hits is shredded with cracking because it freezes the area of impact while shredding it.
Shou shoved the Rasengan as it explodes in power and continue its momentum forward carrying the dummy with it meters away even destroying the ground as the sphere travels. The dummy is engulfed in a 1-meter radius of icy blue light sphere freezing the dummy at the same time.
Boom! The dummy landed on a tree, shattering the dummy to pieces. If it's a human body it would have been gruesome.
Amazing…, Shou whispered in his heart not expecting such an amazing effect. He sees ice crystals here and there along the destroyed ground.
Shou felt excited and scared at the same time. He went closer to see the dummy scraps and touched it. It's so cold since its frozen completely. And that's why it shatters like this. If it's a human body, they would be dead for sure.
It's scary to be used on a human being.
He keeps in his heart he wouldn't use this unless it's necessary. He feels happy that he's successful.
As for the name of the jutsu…
