Magical World

My name is Lucas, and I was in my room, sitting in front of the computer, engrossed in reading an online story that had completely infuriated me. It was a fantasy story, and the protagonist, Leylin, was driving me incredibly mad.

I had just read another one of Leylin's selfish and insensitive acts, and anger was boiling within me. That feeling of injustice that only a good story can provoke was taking over me. I shook my head, incredulous and angry. "Shit! How I hate Leylin," I muttered to myself. If I could, I would gladly reincarnate in that fictional world just to turn that bastard's life into a living hell.

My hands were gripping the mouse so tightly that my knuckles began to hurt. I had invested so much time in this story, and Leylin always seemed one step ahead of everyone, taking advantage of other characters and wreaking havoc without remorse. It was as if he were untouchable, as if the author of the story had made him invincible.

I took a deep breath, trying to calm my temper. "This worm," I thought, "doesn't deserve the life he has. He should be killed!" My words came out louder than I intended, echoing in the empty room.

I knew it was just a story, that Leylin wasn't real, but the emotional connection I had with the characters made me feel like I was there with them. That's what made the story so engaging, but it was also what made me feel this uncontrollable rage.

I took another deep breath, trying to calm myself and remind myself that it was just a fictional story. Still, the idea of getting back at Leylin wouldn't leave my mind, and I knew that as I continued to read, my empathy for the other characters would make me root even more for his defeat.

The hatred was finally giving way, replaced by a sense of calm when suddenly, an intense pain pierced my head. I raised my hand to my forehead, groaning in pain. "Arg...!"

A terrible chill washed over my body, making me shiver involuntarily. My heart raced, and I felt that something was terribly wrong. The pain in my head was not ordinary; it was as if something inside me was being twisted and torn.

Then, without warning, my vision started to blur, and darkness began closing in around me. I realized I was falling from the chair, but I could no longer control my body. My consciousness felt like it was being pulled away, as if I were being dragged into another world, and everything around me faded into darkness.

Amid the confusion and panic, I tried to grab onto something, anything, to hold onto, but it was futile. The darkness was relentless, and I felt like I was being carried into the unknown, unsure if I would ever see the light of day again. The sensation was terrifying, and my last words echoed in my mind like a distant echo as I saw myself sinking into the relentless darkness.

As the darkness that enveloped me faded, my consciousness began to slowly return. I was sitting on the ground, my back against a tree, and my eyes opened to an entirely new world.

A gentle breeze was blowing, causing the leaves of the tree above me to sway softly. The sight of the sun setting on the horizon, painting the sky in shades of golden red, was spectacular. For a moment, I was captivated by the beauty of the scene, but I soon realized that something was deeply wrong.

Looking around, my eyes landed on a makeshift rustic camp formed by several large wagons arranged in a circle. In the center, a large flame crackled, casting a dancing light over everything.

A group of young people sat around the fire, talking and laughing as they ate pieces of bread. They wore clothing that seemed to be from a medieval era, with colorful cloaks and tunics.

The shock overcame me, and my mouth was dry. I wanted to scream, but no sound came out of my throat. Instead, I trembled from head to toe as my mind struggled to grasp what was happening.

"N-no... It can't be... Am I really in this magical world?" I whispered to myself, not believing what my eyes were seeing. My heart beat erratically, and I was consumed by a mixture of emotions, fear and fascination, as I tried to assimilate the incredible reality around me.

As I sat there, observing the magical world around me, my memories began to piece together like a puzzle. I took a deep breath, trying to understand what had happened before waking up in this mysterious place.

I vividly remembered being in my room, frustrated and exasperated with the online story I was reading, "Warlock of the Magus World." The narrative followed Feng Ming, who had reincarnated into the body of Leylin Farlier with the help of a powerful processing chip.

The plot was filled with atrocities, such as wars among wizards, murders, rapes, mass genocides, and a myriad of horrors that defied imagination. It was a fantasy world that made iconic horror figures like Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees seem like colorful bunnies in a Disney garden.

As my memories unfolded, I clenched my fist tightly, my hand trembling. "I asked to enter this world," I whispered with a shaky voice, "but without some high-quality cheating, I'll just be a cannon fodder. Or worse, I'll be a mere extra, destined to be killed because I can't fight."

Reality was beginning to set in. I was no longer a mere spectator of the story; I was inside it. The feeling of powerlessness and fear grew within me as I realized that to survive in this brutal world, I would have to learn to face its dangers head-on, or my fate would be sealed by the same horror I had so disdainfully read about in the story.

Suddenly!

"Beep!"

A robotic voice echoed in my mind, and the words were both surprising and reassuring.

"Initializing System!"

"Processing information 1%"

"Processing information 2%"

With each percentage that increased, the uncertainty and fear that had taken hold of me began to dissipate. Instead, a broad and hopeful smile appeared on my lips. "It looks like my destiny is among the gods, not among the extras!" I thought with determination.

Now, with a system at my disposal, I felt like I could conquer the world. The possibilities were endless, and I felt equipped to face the challenges the magical world would present. The sense of desolation that had consumed me before was being replaced by the excitement of exploring this new world, with all the necessary tools to confront its threats.

With a determined smile, I looked once again at the camp around me, now with a renewed sense of hope and confidence. I was about to embark on an extraordinary journey, and nothing could stop me now.
