Am I seriously inside a novel world??

In my previous life I was the Princess of the Gu family , our family was known for its excellence in military and medicine. All the members of our family either joined the army or became doctors. The Gu family owned a group of hospitals, rejuvenation resorts and healthcare centres . They were also developing in the direction of hospitality and as the heir to the family business I was trained since young.

My grandfather had 2 sons my dad and my uncle , I was an only daughter and my uncle had a son that is my cousin. My cousin and uncle were in the military and my father managed the business. Me , my mother ,grandmother and dad are all doctors so we all worked and managed the family's hospitals. At the age of 24 I became very bored of this lifestyle so went to work in the army as a doctor, there I was trained in combat and weapon usage and could also work in the medical research projects .

After spending 5 years in military I left and went to work with experts all around the world engaging myself in several research projects finally at the age of 35 I returned home to inherit my family buisness and give my parents some peace of mind. I also decided to train my cousin's 18 year old son as the next heir. My cousin has twin children a son and a daughter. Both are very intelligent but my niece had a very sickly body devoiding her of any physical activity, she often spent her time reading romance novels and such.

I would often spend time with my niece and she would tell me about her favourite stories. In the 3 years I went home I managed the family business and completely trained my nephew so I started working on my research again spending day and night in my lab. My niece would often come to my lab with snacks and talk to me about all kinds of stuff and it was exactly two days before my lab exploded that my niece came with her favourite novel " Chasing my heartless dear" and excitedly started telling the story to me in great detail. I have always had a great memory so I remembered clearly what the plot was about.

The story was about how the female lead Wen Xiaxia chased the cold blooded handsome heir of a huge conglomerate family . If I recall clearly this Male lead was called Mu Wentian and he also had a twin sister called Mu Xianxue who was also a great beauty and a genius. But his sister doesn't end up well because of the female lead also the brother sister relationship is ruined because of this. The biggest Villain in this novel is Gu Nianfeng heir to the Gu family and a very powerful opponent to the Male lead. Due to misunderstandings caused by the female lead who loved acting like a white lotus the Villain and the ML kept being at loggerheads which eventually ended up causing huge losses to both sides. At the end of the story the FL finally manages to woo the ML and the ML marries her against his family's wishes.

The ML had a rather cold personality due to his family background , his father never got married and died in an accident when he was 10 and he never knew who his mother was . He lived with his sister in a huge mansion with his aunt and grandparents taking care of the twins when they had time. He matured quickly and developed an introverted and cold personality. His sister was also quite introverted and insecure but she covered it up with her arrogant princess like behaviour. Both would always carry a mask over their faces in order to hide their true feelings, never letting others see their true feelings.

The Villain on the other hand lost his mother Gu Qingcheng at the age of 5 due to an accident designed by his mother's enemies. After that he was basically brought up by his mother's assistants and lived in London till he was called back by the Gu family back to China and that's when he met the female lead . Gu Nianfeng was like a cunning fox who would do whatever he could to get what he wants, he was extremely paranoid and distrusting of everything around him, he also had a strong desire to control. This was the side effect of his beloved mother's death. He also had a rather sad ending as he went crazy and committed suicide at last. Basically the female lead also had a hand in his sad ending , whenever she saw any good guy she would try and gain their sympathy to use them to her devices. Well in my opinion the FL was nothing but a manipulative bitch.

Now that I have realized what's happening I seem to have become the mother of this Villain and he is still a 1 year old now. I who has no experience with kids and was never even married before don't know how to handle this situation . The only good thing about coming here is that I'm young again. Looking at my new son I actually felt quite happy as he is really adorable and unlike other children he doesn't cry and also smiles at me whenever I am near . Although he was adopted by the original owner nobody except her knows of it and everyone else thinks of him as her biological son it is also because he has the same amber coloured eyes as the original owner so no one doubted. Now that I have come to terms with my situation I have decided to not allow my baby son to travel the Villain's route and I will also work hard and get stronger in order to escape the original owner's fate.
