Small Daoist Monk
It was good until the government happened. Once they found out about his powers, they gave him two options: to keep quiet about the supernatural things in the world, or to help them in fighting against the supernatural. That's fine. Then, the MC tells them that he will take the first option. The government is fine with that. Great! But then the government basically forces him to do the same work anyways, but for pennies. They gave him 300 yuan, or something around that ballpark, for being forced to participate in a large battle. They continuously call him to "help the nation". Its honestly wasted potential
It's rare to find a MC nowadays that actually uses his brain. Not a great strategist or mastermind, just a simple human using common sense. That's what you get on this novel, but that's all we really need! As for the plot, we can foresee him gathering more and more great talents for at least the next 40 chapters. Unless it gets picked, we probably won't even see him transmigrate. The question is, how will the system change once he transmigrates? No matter what, it will basically destroy the original theme and will probably turn into another simulation novel.
Started of really good but quickly turned extremely bad. In the beginning the novel was going in a good direction. He lives alone is a weeb and seems to know what he's doing. Nothing wrong with that but then the system forces him to go out and explore the real world In first chapters it was fine. He just walked around and visited famous places to get special talents from them. We also quickly learned that the supernatural existed in the real world and then the author suddenly decides to focus more on the real world than the Mc's simulations. While traveling the Mc encounters something supernatural he needs to start fighting it and shortly after his fight the government finds out about his powers. And as in all Chinese novels the Mc quickly becomes slave to the government. But if I go back to the simulations. The simulations themselves are pretty good but the Mc's reactions aren't. He holds grudges against people for what they did inside the simulations. He also becomes more stupid with time but the author tries to make him seem smart. If that isn't enough to make you read it then you should know that he doesn't actually transmigrate even after 200 chapters. In conclusion I would not recommend this novel to anyone.
So, as a warning for people who wanted to see someone transmigrate, this is probably not for you. In the first place, the MC is quite the idiot. Second, the "10" days he has are stretched so much it feels very weird. Third, as the "real" world is becoming something special, I am 100% sure that even after 10 days pass(if they ever do) he wouldn't really transmigrate. It would probably be something like being in both bodies of some such. And lastly(this is a bit of a personal problem with this) the MC is being force fed Taoist and Buddhist talents. The problem is that the MC is an extremely vengeful and petty. Not to say very bloodthirsty. I don't think those religions preach things like that .
1. I got a dig bick 2. You that read wrong 3. You read that wrong too 4. You checked 5. You smiled 7. You are wandering why you are still reading this 8. You saw that mistake, right? (On 7) 10. Regarding the title. 10 days is over 60+ chapters and only after the majority of the story turned in to modern day fantasy. Feels like a major bait and switch. Less said about the government "recruitment" the better. The secret organization asks him if he wants to join and he declines. So far so good. Only, an emergency way above his pay grade happens and he loses his choice and is drafted for the situation. this happens multiple times until the MC gives in. At least it is only for 10 days... Oh wait..
Just awful. It started as you would expect a novel with this title to, but not only are the 10 days incredibly drawn out with chapter 25 being early day 4 but the MC has already become a twisted narcissistic delusional arrogant psychopath by then. Who knows how much worse he'll become in the following 6 days? He's already provoking people and then holding grudges against them when they respond in the simulations.
I love the world building of the place that he is gonna go too, though his own world doesn't have much world building and get why, since he'll be leaving Earth in 10 days there's no need for world building of Earth and it's supernatural side but we're only on 20 chapters so they might build up the world more later
