2 Chapter - 2 After a long time

[10 years later]

A young girl who has messy long hair and charming eyes glistening in the fresh sun's rays and also has clear skin stretched her arms above her head and yawns.

"Lisa, get ready for school!" her mother bawled while cutting the onion in the kitchen.

Her loafed footsteps toward the bathroom made her mother's face wrinkled. "Don't you know how to walk?" she grumbled.

After she finished bathing, she came into the hall. Her father pulled a long face.

Seeing her expressionless face made them gauche. She moved to her room to take the schoolbag. Opened the table drawer, and clutches the chain, which was made of small diamond-like things. It was a gift from Stark when she was in elementary school.

"Lisa!"

"Lisa!" her classmate Xi Ye shouted, she is a lovable and joyful girl. She was with her cycle.

"I'm coming!" Lisa locked the room.

They went to school together on one bicycle. While they rode along the road, a puppy grabbed Lisa's eye. She stopped the bicycle as soon as she noticed the puppy on the street side.

She left the bicycle to Xiye and chased after the puppy in the middle of the little busy road while Xiye was struggling to stand the cycle and checked on Lisa too.

"Watch out, Lisa!" Xiye hollered and closed her eyes firmly.

Lisa turned her head to the side, where the horn sound was coming from. She froze at the spot when she witnessed the car coming towards her.

That car stopped unexpectedly near her an inch away. A young boy, an aunt, and a dog are in the car pumped on the front seat by the force of a sudden break.

The driver got off and rushed to her. "Sorry, girl," he pleaded after seeing her shivering in fear.

She kept silent for a second as she stared at one place.

"Are you okay? " The driver tried to approach her.

Before that, Xi Ye ran to her with the water bottle and gave her a drink. "It's okay." Xi Ye appealed and brought her to the roadside.

"Is she ok?" a woman in the car asked the driver.

"Yes, ma'am," he replied and started the engine.

The car passed them as she swallowed water.

A few minutes tardily, she came to her senses. Then they went to school together.

*On the school's campus*

"Xiye! Lisa!" a young boy who has a lovely face and a fun attitude shouted.

Their head responded to the side quickly while moving forward to the class.

He ran quickly to them. "Why did you two come so early today?" he gasped. Then, he exhaled in front of them continuously.

Lisa and Xiye looked at each other and croaked.

"We have some work to do, so we came early," Lisa said.

"Work?" He raised one of his eyebrows. And jested, "What kind of job do you have?" he snickered.

Lisa and Xiye's faces and ears ripened red slowly.

His mocking turned to a skittish.

They hit him badly with their bags.

He yelled, "Why are you hitting me?" and covered himself.

"Ah! Ah!" He tried to escape.

"Stop it!" He flew away from them.

They stared furiously at him. Meanwhile, they grinned at each other.

In the classroom.

At the intermission, Lisa and her friend were doing their writing work.

At the time, a friend of Larzhy (Larzhy is a beauty in the school, and she has two assistants named Zhenji and Wazhirio) entered the classroom with a cacophony of steps.

She changed steps rapidly to the larzhy's desk, silently.

"Larshy! Do you know something about our transfer student?" Zhenji whispered in her ear.

Wazhirio sneaked near Larzhy.

Larzhy raised her head toward her. "Is it a boy or girl?"

Zhenji lifted one eyebrow. "Do you want to know?" she jabbered.

"What?" Wazhirio interrupted, "A transfer student?"

Larzhy glazed over them and blinked.

Then, Zhenji pulled Larzhy's hand and ran from the classroom; likewise, Larzhy pulled Wazhirio's hands. They reached the staff room and stared through the door.

"There is the file for that student," Zhenji mused.

Her teacher was drinking water.

At the time, Zhenji crawled inside to try to pick it up while her friends gazed at her from outside. Then Zhenji took the form slowly, silently.

Suddenly, the teacher put the bottle on the table.

At the time, Kenyan passed her friends casually in there to submit the homework.

"Yes!" said the teacher.

He cross-examined Zhenji through his eyes.

Zhenji gestured to him by putting her index finger on her lip.

"Come on!" the teacher commented.

He ignored Zhenji and moved to the teacher. While he submitted the homework, Zhenji crept away from there. Then they escaped.

The teacher searched for something on her table. "Where did I put it?" the teacher murmured.

"A new student will come tomorrow, so you go and buy a new uniform for him," she ordered and added, "The shopkeeper already bought them, so you don't need to worry about the size."

"Okay, teacher," he said, worshipping his head. Then left from there.

"Where is the photo?" Larzhy was slightly bounced out of excitement.

After seeing his photo, they were surprised as their jaws touched the floor because of his handsome look.

"Wow! What a handsome boy," Larzhy praised, shaking her head weirdly.

"Why?" they intoned.

She went into the classroom without replying to them.

"Hey! Stop!" Her friends followed her.

In the evening, Lisa and Xi Ye went back home after saying goodbye to the Kenyan.

Thereupon they reached Lisa's home, and Lisa said, "Goodbye."

She opened the door, and her mother and father blocked her at the door. "Do you know who came to the opposite house?" her mother hints to her.

She inclined her head to one side. "Who?"

They smiled at each other. Then she extolled, "Stark and his mother."

Lisa was stunned and unable to stand. She moved fast directly to her room and washed her face, then tried on the different outfits.

Her father and mother chuckled at her.

Then she came out of the room wearing the beautiful short-sleeve gown dress.

Lisa grinned at her mom, then glared at her dad and twisted her lips.

Lisa knocked on her neighbour’s door while adjusting her dress.

"Stark, go and check," his mother ordered him when she leaned on the sofa.

He walked near the door casually and his dog also followed him.

He opened it and looked at her for a while. His dog shook his tail and licked her hands.

Meanwhile, he equivocated, "Jesh, don't go near an unknown person." And he pulled his dog into the house.

Lisa marvelling broke down at his words.

"Who is that?" his mother asked.

He went into the room without replying. Lisa stepped in hesitantly.

"Oh, Lisa," his mom stood up immediately and greeted her, "how are you?"

"Hi, Aunty!" she chimed in.

"I am fine. How are you?" She greeted her back delightfully.

"Is he stark?" Lisa questioned her as she got closer.

"Yes!" His mom smiled.

"Then why doesn't he speak to me?" she squeezed his foot fingers nervously.

His mom stumbled over the reply. He also squeezed her hand.

After a few minutes, his mom began to reply to her. "A few months ago, when we were abroad, his dad died in an accident, so he likes this," she lamented and added, "don't worry, he will recover sooner."

After hearing that, Lisa stood up immediately and requested, "Sorry, aunty!"

"It's okay," his mom implied.

"Okay. Aunty, I'll come later." She went back with a long face.

Lisa opened her home door.

At home, after seeing her face, her dad pushed her mom to ask her.

"What happened?" her mother was concerned.

She went into her room quickly and shut the door immediately. Her dad and mom got confused and saw each other.
