A few hours before Aiden took her, Ayla was in the motel room. Her phone was charged a little and she thought it would be best if she left already but there was a knock on the door.
She furrowed her brow and looked through the peephole but no one was there. She knew this trick all too well. This was just a way to get her out of the room so that the attacker can strike.
