The battlefield

When I was young I always wanted to become a knight, I even get exited by the word knight. The shiny armors, a knight's great pride there is nothing not to like about a knight.

I join the military with the hope of becoming someone great but after giving 30 years of my life in the military I just became a spearman and died on the battlefield field.

If only I was given one more chance I would do anything to to achieve my dream but why am I thinking about it now I am a 46 year old man whose hands are cut off and is just about to die but even then, god please help me once I who never asked anything from you even once in my entire life please... Help...me...once.

Damn.. did I die like that but why is it so dark here where am I?

"Hey Harry you idiot are you in the military just for sleeping?"

That's David's voice he was a decurion (a soldier responsible for 10 solider.) When I joined the military and was my direct superior.

Hey David you died too?, why are you soo young you look like a kid.

"Have you lost your mind Harry? Who died? Stop with your plays go to the training field it's time for training. I will go first follow me after washing

your face."

What? we have to train in afterlife too? Whatever I will just wash my face and go to the training field.

When I washed my face I couldn't believe that my face was of a 16 year old boy without any scares or whatsoever I pinched my self and it hurts so I am not dreaming. God have listened to me in this life I will achieve my dream no.. I will surpass it.
