Chapter I
"Hi, I am Arius Magnusclair. I am 17 years old. I really like reading mythology, like it is my second language. I also like star gazing, though I don't know what stars are those. I...."
I scratch my nape and cleared my throat. I am currently standing in front of the mirror, practicing my introduction.
It is the first day of our school. I am a bit nervous but I cannot escape this part of school life.
"Hey, Arius. Lets go, we're already late."
My roommate yelled at me.
With a heavy heart I went outside to follow him.
"Hey Kio, you think we'll be good?"
I am talking to my roommate, Kio Minatozaki.
I am really lucky that aside from us being roommates, we're also classmates.
"You know, I think we'll be good. We're all freshmen so we can make our images good or cool. Lezzgoo, stop that jitters of yours."
He grabbed me while running. Haaaaaaa, can't erase this jitters that I have, I hate this part of my personality.
We arrived at our room, the teacher is not here so we immediately went inside. I can already hear the buzzing sound of students who are prolly talking and knowing each other.
When we enter they became silent. Oh awkward, I just bowed and went to a vacant chair in the middle of the pack. Luckily there's still a 2 vacant slot that is side by side.
We already take our seats.
"you know Arius. We've been lucky for the whole first half of our class. maybe later we will be...."
I put my hands in Kio's mouth.
"shut up. don't jinx our day."
he raised his arm as a sign of he gives up. damn, our day will be lucky. I repeat that in my mind.
a couple of minutes upon our arrival the teacher entered our room.
"hello everyone, i will be your guide for today. Please fall in line."
After that the guide went outside. We we're left dumbfounded. Like what?
In the end we just followed him. And to my shock, I saw all of the students in our floor went outside also.
What the hell is this?
"Again, I will be your guide. Welcome to the Academy. The school president is already waiting at the quadrangle. Please follow me."
We are all shock. Not only my classmates but I think the all of thw students.
The guides that we have said those words. Yes, all of those words in sync! Like in sync!
Kio tapped my shoulder and whispered
"Is this a kind of joke?"
I jusy shrugged my shoulders. Like, i don't know what is happening also.
We just followed the guides to the quadrangle.
I can see the sea of students. Like I think we are hundreds of students here right now.
"Ehem."
As if on cue, we all looked at for the owner of the voice.
"Good day everyone. I am the school president, Walter van Porter. I am really happy that all of you are present today."
This guy is so damn huge.
"as all you know, we the Academy sent you a colored envelope. Please hold it."
I remembered that before I went to this school, my father gave an envelope. Specifically a black envelope.
"You will transfer. Pack your things."
Those are the only words that he said and immediately send me to this school.
"I know some of you already know what kind of school 'The Academy' is."
Quizzically, I stared at him. Kind of school?
"I can also see some of you are not aware. Well to start of, let me introduce to you what is 'The Academy' is."
As if on cue there is a loud explosion
*BaaaaaAAAAaAAAAaaaaang*
What the fuck.
"In this academy...."
Another explosion can happened.
*boOooOOOoooooMm*
I immediately ducy and covered my ears.
WHAT THE FCKING HELL IS GOING ON!
"we train you how to be strong..."
*BooooOoooOooOom*
"we train you how to survive..."
*BaaaaAAaaaAAng*
"we prepare you for the calling of your deities..."

"and also if your the lucky one...
.... We trained you to be the God."

The explosion went on, all of the students are running.
There are flying debris from the explosion.
I run aways from the explosion when suddenly someone pushed me and i fell on the ground.
" MOOOOVEEE... " *BlaaAAaaaag*
The person who pushed me was hit by the debris. Blood splattered to my face.
I didn't move. I really swallowed my saliva hard. Swallowing like there is no saliva.
"Oh my gods"
I was in daze when I feel a hot liquid drippung down my head.
Shit. I was also hit by something. I stood up and run again.
We are running in complete havoc.
I remembered my father. Curse him. If he wants to throw me away just not here. I want to live!
I was running like crazy, crying and breathing as if there will be no air when I saw boy who..
"what the hell.."
A student, did he just make a shield out of rocks?
What the hell is going on?!
I was still confused with what he did, then I saw another student who JUST CREATED SOMETHING LIKE SOME BLUISH VISIBLE SHIT. LIKE A SHIELD?!
AND THAT BLUISH THING SAVED HIM FROM THE FLYING DEBRIS
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!
"ARIUS!"
"ARIUS MAGNUSCLAIR!"
I was awakened by..
"K-Kio?"
He looks at me. Intensed.
"Get a grip with yourself, Arius. We can die here. We need to move and find a safe spot...."
Then I went blank.
".... Wake uppppp, asswipeeee!"
I immediately opened my eyes
"ouch."
The direct sunlight burns my eyes. Joke.
I blink twice to adjust my eyesight and I already see
"Bloody hell."
We we're like kilometers away but I can see here in our spot how horrible happened in the quadrangle.
I look around and saw everyone who was saved.
Some of them are crying, still unconscious, and hurt.
But most of them are acting like nothing happens.
What the hell?
"Congratulations to those who survives."
We look for the owner of the voice and it is from the asshole president.
"With this, we welcome you to 'The Academy'. Welcome and become a God."
And that how it started.
