1 Chapter 1 He Was Forced Marriage and Got System

"Marquis Sherman, bad news! Princess Sinard is going to jump off the building!"

A servant in a blue and white uniform stumbled out of the door and fell on the smooth marble floor. The servant said with a sobbing tone, "Sinard has climbed to the top of the bell tower. She said that if you don't go over, she would jump down!"

After saying that, the attendant looked at the man sitting in the high seat with tears in his eyes.

He was handsome, fair-skinned, and had the symbolic purple eyes of the royal family.

However, there was no nervousness or panic in his eyes as expected. Instead, he looked calm, as if he had nothing to do with Princess Sinard's jumping off the building.

"Kess, What are you talking about? Let her go if she wants to die."

Sherman rolled his eyes. Dolores, the maid, picked up a grape and handed it to him.

Feeling the warm breath of marquis on her hand, Dolores blushed.

Kess saw all this.

"You... Princess Sinard is your fiancée. Why are you so indifferent?"

"It's strange. Everyone in the royal family is against this marriage. They said that I don't deserve Sinard. Now that she wants to jump off the building, she is looking forward to me?"

Sherman smiled and explained patiently, "Do I look like a weak person to be kneaded casually?"

"Even if you don't care, at least show your concern. If princess Sinard jumps down, you will become the enemy of the whole Holy kingdom!"

Kess stood up and wiped the tears from the corner of his eyes.

"The imperial government will not let you go either! The great true God is watching us. He listens and prays, bringing everything he wants for those who want justice!"

Looking at the Kess skillfully draw a cross on his chest, Sherman felt a surge of agitation.

Since he had traveled through time and space, what he hated the most was the praying of these true gods regardless of time and place. He even thought that everything would be fine with the protection of God.

If God was so capable, he could solve the financial crisis of the holy kingdom!

Why did they come to beg him for money!

As soon as Sherman opened his eyes, he began to earn money day and night in business, so that he could accumulate some money.

Now they were facing a financial crisis. He was asking him to pay one million gold coins to save the situation. They even threatened that if he didn't pay, he wouldn't be able to marry princess Sinard. Did he really think that Sherman was possessed by him!

What's more, even if she was saintess, the beloved woman of all the people, so what?

With Sinard's pampered temper, he doesn't want her as his wife even for nothing!

"No. if you want to go, you can go. I'm not free."

Annoyed, Sherman pushed Dolores away, stood up, and walked towards his bedroom.

It had been a year since he passed through the time sea. On the condition that he hadn't awakened the traversal standard system, Sherman had to rely on his own intelligence to survive in the European holy continent.

He was selling goods, researching on perfumes, and other things, and barely became the richest man in the country.

Now that everything was on the right track and he was waiting to make money, the royal family would find an excuse to bully Sherman.

They asked him to provide funds to solve the financial crisis, or they would cut off his title and cancel the marriage!

Lying on the bed with his mind empty, he enjoyed the softness of the heavenly feather.

One inch of heavenly feather made one or two pieces of gold.

This was an expensive handmade fabric made by the elf, with very little yield. Even the royal family was reluctant to use it in a large quantity to make bedsheets and quilt covers.

"Alas, it's so annoying!"

Sherman rolled on the bed irritably, thinking of the first time he had seen Sinard.

Sinard, the well-known imperial saintess of the Holy Kingdom, could be described with all the beautiful words in the world and it was not exaggerated.

She had blonde hair and tender green eyes.

When she appeared in a gorgeous dress, her beautiful figure swayed. No one was willing to give her a cold shoulder.

"I just don't want to be pestered by the sect. I'm not worried about her safety!"

After murmuring a few words, Sherman reluctantly got up and walked out.

On the truth square, countless people stood around the bell tower and looked up at the girl hanging in the air.

She staggered in the wind to support herself and kept roaring at the soldiers who were about to rush up. She ordered them not to approach her, or she would directly jump down from the upstairs!

As soon as Sherman appeared, he was brought to the roof by the royal guards.

"Marquis Sherman! Here you are! You really care about me! They said you didn't want to marry me. I don't believe it. They must have spoken ill of me to you, so you changed your mind!"

At the sight of Sherman, Sinard stepped back and complained about the evils of the royal family with tears in her eyes.

"Well, it seems that she doesn't know that the royal family threatened me with a financial crisis."

Sherman sighed in his heart, but he still looked cold.

"Sinard. Sherman is here. Come down!"

The queen advised.

Sinard was not a real descendant of the royal family but was given the princess's name after being chosen as saintess by the dean.

"I won't come down! Unless marquis Sherman agrees to marry me!"

Sinard looked at Sherman, her beloved man, the third heir of the Holy Kingdom, the dream lover of thousands of girls, and the most handsome and richest man in the country.

'If I agree to get married, I have to pay one million gold coins...'

He thought to himself.

One million was not a big deal. It was not difficult for him to take it out, but there was a big difference between being threatened to take the money and being willing to pay.

Sherman was a little reluctant.

"Sherman, answer her!" The queen came over and said anxiously, "After you marry her, you will get the fief, become the husband of saintess, and get the support of the royal family. It's not a bad deal!"

Sherman turned to look at her.

You are really good at calculating!

"Okay, I promise."

Sherman sighed and nodded.

He would rather spend money to avoid disaster.

As for his marriage with Sinard, he wasn't looking forward to it.

He just wanted to make money and enjoy his life.

"I have detected that host has obtained the fief, and the leader system is about to open. Loading progress is 5%, 10%, 20%..."

"The system was successfully loaded. Host obtained the initial title—barren land."

"At present, the system is at the first grade. The blueprint for the leaders and the supplies for newbies will be issued."

"Wish host a happy life."

System?

Hearing the mechanical sound in his head, Sherman was stunned.

It turned out that as a traversal, he also had a system. Was it just because he hadn't obtained a fief that it hadn't been activated for a long time?

When Sherman was about to open the system interface and study it carefully.

Suddenly, a figure bumped into his arms, held his waist tightly, and sobbed, "Marquis Sherman, you are finally willing to marry me!"
