World Currency

It is I, the greatest sage of all! Yes, the Phantom Sage! and I'm hear to explain how currency works in Ko's new world.

So we have 4 coin types copper, silver, gold, platinum. Also the world uses a unified currency, as of now, called char.

1 copper coin is 1 char. A silver is 100 copper coins. A Gold is 100 silver coin. A Platinum is 1000 gold.

Most raw goods, things like food, unprocessed ores and logs cost about 10 char minimum.

Processed goods, like tools and planks, cost about 2 silver to 5 gold (for normal quality to high grade goods).

Quality comes in 6 levels: Inferior quality; low quality; normal quality; high quality; supreme quality. Inferior quality items tend to be classed as defective, whereas supreme quality goods can be classed as national treasures.

Traveling's cost varies depending on the distance. Short distances can cost up to a few coppers, whereas long distances can cost up to 2 gold.

Thats more or less the basics of money for this book up to this point, though there will be changes to how it works as Ko works on realising his goals
