4 Chapter 3

[ 3rd Person POV ]

4 months later . . . . .

Kaiirine was resting in his crib, Silently staring at the cloth that covered his crib as he daydreamed when he heard the entrance to his chamber creak open.

He shut his eyes and feigned sleep, Its was still his nap time, and the last time Kaiirine was found awake during his nap period, He was Thoroughly reprimanded. 

He could only nod his head to promise that he would sleep when it was nap time. He always maintains his pledges unless there existed a loophole, Which in this circumstance would be to impersonate being asleep when somebody came in.

He kept his eyes shut as he listened to the quiet footsteps creeping near the crib. He was beginning to get a little skeptical but the maid who entered the room possibly didn't wish to disturb him.

He kept his eyes closed but his ears open, He listened for any suspicious behavior. He heard the quiet footsteps come to a halt as whoever it was stood in front of the crib.

The individual with a dark purple cloak on hesitated for a second as they watched the adorable being lay asleep in the crib. They didn't want to bother the baby as he slept but they only had this one chance to do this.

So the person strengthened their resolve and carefully picked the baby up by his armpits and used one arm to hold the sleeping ( not ) baby as they used their cloak to hide the child as they quietly ran out of the mansion and into the wooded area at the back of the mansion.

The individual wasn't out of breath not did they sweat at all, They seemed quite happy actually. They got a large tree and jumped to one large and thick branch, Then proceeded to sit down on said branch.

Once the individual had settled down, they opened their cloak to see a tiny face peeking out from the blanket the individual had wrapped the baby in.

The baby's eyes were clear and seemed like they could tell what the other was thinking. The baby knew that he had been kidnapped yet there wasn't a trace of fear in his eyes or on his face.

The individual was stunned for a moment before regaining his calm nature. He took out a black shiny sphere from somewhere and poured some black mist into it, Making it light up.

There was a voice asking the individual if the task was complete, the individual said yes and they talked about what to do next.

[ Kaiirine's POV ]

Soooooo I've been kidnapped. Yeah, Never thought that would happen.

JK, I knew it would. Although there was little informed on The heroines uncle, It wasn't like there was nothing to his past. In the original game, He had a loving family, Loving siblings, Awesome friends but he girl kidnapped quite often when he was little. I don't know why because it never said but I do know that the game developers where planning on making a separate game about The heroines uncle because everyone liked him so much and were very curious about his background and stuff like that.

Of course though, I died before I got to play it. Yippy!!

Luckily, Some knights that work under his family found him and chased off the Kidnapper but he got kidnapped more than twice. He gets saved everytime and it seemed like the kidnappers got fed up with it and just stopped trying to take the OG uncle.

So yeah, I'm not to too worried. The only thing that I'm slightly concerned about is my eyes. You see, I finally get why everyone looked at me with pity and sadness when they saw my eyes.

Because I have monochrome eyes.

My right eye is a gray-ish pink-ish color and my left eye is dark green-ish with a little bit of teal in it.

Now, Let me explain what monochrome eyes means in the game.

In the game, The kingdom of lazirous ( The kingdom I'm living in) has a very strict rule and that's that every person who is born with monochrome eyes must join the mages when they fight in the wars between Lazirous and Belima ( the neighboring kings). The reason being that people with monochrome eyes have much more mana and potential than regular mages.

However, Kaiirine didn't go to the war or get caught for having monochrome eyes. Because in the original game, He didn't have monochrome eyes!! I don't get what's going on with this game!!

Well, Hold on. He could have used magic to change his eye colors. It did say that Kaiirine in the game had a quite a bit of mana. Well whatever, Let's worry about that later!!

I then realize that I've staring, Well glaring really, At my kidnapper who seems to be shaking.

Bruh, What did I do? Are you scared of a . . . . How old am I again? ( A/N : I don't even remember how old he is, Oops! )

Whatever, I'm not even a one year old baby and this person is scared o my glare? Like seriously, How much of a wimp are they?! I can see why they were easily scared off in the original game.

[ Kidnapper's POV ]

He's so adorable, With his monochrome eyes that are filled with clarity and curiosity. The way his eyebrows scrunch up when he thinks about something!! He's way too adorable!!

I had just finished with talking to Malik My boss, About what to do with the baby. He just said to stay there and wait for the kids knights to find them and allow them to take the baby away after forming a spiritual bond with the child.

You see, me and his boss don't want to hurt this child. No in fact it's the opposite!! We want to protect him!!

He's a rare, Small human who is very weak at the Moment and won't be able to protect himself if something happens in the future. So we took the chance to sneak into the mansion and take the baby somewhere far then have one of us form a bond with the child before bringing them back.

That's it!! However, This baby is so cute that I don't know if I'll be able to bring him back. Ah! No! Snap out of it! I need to form the bond now !!

I turned my head to see the small boy glaring at me with his eyebrows scrunched up.

For some reason this made my heart start thumping and my head became cloudy. I couldn't think nor could I move, I felt something inside me pulsate. My face felt hot and my throat felt dry.

I distributed some of my mana to see if there saw a seal or spell cast around this place but there was nothing.

In other words, The child was making me feel like this. Oh God. That's not good!! No no, Stop it!! Don't think of anything!!

I finally see the baby unscruch his eyebrows and look away.

I sighed relief as I turned my head away and started to look around for the knights. I decided to just forget about what I had just felt and think about it later. I don't want to have dirty thoughts about a baby!! That would make me a pervert !!
