185 Madam Colibri Part 1

The evening was dragging into the night and they had yet to spot Madam Colibri. Calder was getting worried but Syria was relatively calm while Britille seemed to be running around teasing everyone she could lay her claws into, all the while keeping the box close to her and inciting interest in their mysterious gift.

Close by some men were lingering around, too afraid to approach Syria as they eyed her. Calder puffed out his chest as he tried to look intimidating but Syria just yanked him back to down and walked away. Calder couldn't help but want to fight off the men with the lust filled gazes.

"My Lady, may I approach?" Calder asked as he stood his ground and waited for Syria to turn around. Syria yanked the chains, scowling as she looked around the room. "Is she not here yet?" She whispered as she pulled Calder closer. "Who?" He asked. Suddenly they heard a booming voice from the entrance.
