Chapter 11, Woods.

Nikami POV

The three of us continued laughing and Shukona kept pouting.

She looked away from us, red in anger or... Embarassment.

She played with her twin tails and kept pouting.

Then suddenly Raijin tugged my shirt and I looked at her, a bit confused.

"Hm? What is it?" I looked at her, a bit confused.

"Lets go into the woods...." Raijin whispered to me.

"Eh? Why?" I asked confused.

"Remember what I told you about the Fairy Kings?" She whispered to me.

"Ah! Yea I remember!" I exclaimed.

[Raijin told me that each capture target has a blessing from a fairy king! For example! Me aka Nikami has the blessing of the Ice Fairy king! And Raijin has the blessing of the Fire Fairy king!] I thought to myself, remembering what was in the game that Raijin told me.

"Well... In the game it was stated that when all of the capture targets turned ten they would each get a blessing.... And it was stated that fairy kings live in the forest.... That is only thing I can remember... I can't remember too much..... well... I mean... It has been a couple of years since we reincarnated..." Raijin sighed a bit, she was frustrated with her memory.

I nodded in agreement.

"Thats true.... Well lets go to the forest!" I smiled at Raijin. As I exclaimed that for Shukona and Emica to hear.

"Hah? The forest? Why?" Shukona looked confused, a bit irritated.

"Ahh! Adventure awaits us! I just wanted to play there!" I answered Shukona.

"Yea yea!!" Raijin agreed with me.

"Are you children?" Shukona glared at us, clearly thinking we are childish.

"Well whatever... I like the forest so.... I guess I'll go..." Shukona sighed.

"Yayy!" I said happily and hugs her.

"U-ugh!! Get off me!" She glared at me but her face was red.

"Ahaha!" Raijin just laughed at the two of us.

"Okay okay! Geez!" I giggled a bit and let go.

"Stay safe!" Emica smiled at us, while she was waving.

"Hm? You won't go Emica?" Shukona looked at Emica.

"Well no! I can't be with geniuses like you...." Emica giggled.

"Hm? What do you mean?" I asked.

"Yea? You can go with us you know!" Raijin backed me up.

"Hmph!" Shukona comes up to Emica and looked down at her.

"U-uhm...? Shukona-sama?" Emica sounds confused.

"Don't think like that you stupid maid!" Shukona pointed at Emica.

"You are our friend! And only the best of the best can be our friend! So thats why...." Shukona pulls up Emica's chin and stared deeply into her brown eyes.

"H-huh...?" Emica is still confused

"Put your head up high! Stop being so pathetic! Your embarrasing us!! Your the best maid I have ever seen and your just 10 years old! And that is a high praise from me! So that is why.... Put your head up high!! If you don't...." Shukona leans in Emica's ear and whispered something we couldn't hear.

"U-uhm... Y-yes Shukona-sama..."  Emica was red but she shyly nodded.

"Oh wow! They are getting along!" I looked at this and giggled, then turned to Raijin who was red.

"Ye-yea... Th-they are getting along.... Li-like friends... Yep... Just friends..." Raijin's face was still red.

"Are you okay?" I giggled and looked at her

"Ye-yea! Le-lets just go to the forest!" She said still really red.

"Okay then!" I smiled at her and looked at Shukona and Emica.

"Is she going to go?" I asked them.

"I-I-Um... I-" Emica tried to speak.

"She will." Shukona cut her off, and stared at Emica

"Okay... I will..." She looks down, still a bit red.

"Y-y-yep! To-totally friends!" Raijin nervously said.

"Everyone is becoming... A biiiit weird..." I nervously laughed.

"Can we just go okay...?" Raijin sighed.

"Okay lets go!!" I said as I took Shukona's hand and ran to the forest.

"Hey!!! Slow down!! Why are you so excited?!" Shukona blushes while she was getting dragged by me.

"Okay okay I'll slow down!" And I was now walking slowly, still dragging her.

I heared Raijin laugh behind me and walked up to us with Emica.

"Geez you can calm down you know.." She was now walking beside me. She smiles at me

"Shu-Shukona-sama's dress isn't made for running... So um.. Please slow down..." Emica said still slighty red. She was now walking beside Shukona.

The four of us walked towards the entrance woods.

When we came inside, there was plants everywhere and birds singing softly. And then I saw a huge tree and pointed at it.

"Hey lets sit under that tree!!" I said to the three of them

"Oh sure." Raijin smiled at me and then I smiled back.

"What about you two?" I asked them

"Ahh!! That is a-" Shukona ran at a plant before she could even hear me

"Ah! Shukona-sama! Excuse us Nikami-sama." She bowed down to me before she ran after Shukona.

I sat down below the huge tree and patted the side of me, signaling Raijin to sit next to me. She sat down next to me and she looked at the two, I looked at the two of them too.

I saw Shukona's eyes sparkle at a certain plant and kept talking to Emica enthusiastically about the plant. Emica kept a smile on her face and nodded to Shukona.

I looked back at Raijin who was smiling at the interaction between these two.

"I have never seen Shu that happy before... Ahaha.." Raijin nervously laughed.

"This is the second time I have seen her like this! She was like this when she used her magic to grow a plant for the first time!" I smiled at Raijin who was now looking at me.

"Ahaha... She maybe the villaness of the game but she has a cute side... Right?" She stared at my eyes.

"Yep yep!!" I agreed with her.

We stared at each others eyes for a few seconds before we heard a scream

"AHHHHHHH!!!!!" It was Shukona's and Emica's voice.

We both immediately looked at the both of them and saw....
