I Want My Villainess

Rayvenne Kaufman, the second child of the Kaufman business empire, awakens to find herself in a world dramatically different from her previous one. Instead of skyscrapers, she sees majestic granite castles. There are no planes or helicopters, but dragons rule the skies. And in place of the internet, she discovers the presence of magic. What makes Rayvenne's situation more amusing is that when she wakes up in the body of a Crown Prince, she realizes she is one of the characters from the game her younger sister has been playing all this time—a spoiled, muscleheaded Crown Prince. Rayvenne has only five years to live before the villainess, the Crown Prince's fiancée, takes the Crown Prince's life. She must find a way to make people love her by making good decisions, or else she will be hanged for her stupidity. The first thing Rayvenne would do is look for her often-overlooked fiancée, the Marquis's only daughter—who is widely regarded as the most beautiful woman in the Esgalduin Empire. The big question is: Can Rayvenne find a way to return to her own world, or is she doomed to live out the rest of her days as the ill-fated Crown Prince?

Chapter 6. Stupidity at its Best

In the Esgalduin Empire, they have a very handsome Crown Prince named Rayshawn Elrod. He became the Empire's swordsman at the young age of 18, his physical power and skills already surpassing even his own father, the Emperor.

The Crown Prince is always popular because of his extraordinary attractiveness. They say even the stars and moon that grace the Empire's night sky cannot compete with his beauty. Rayshawn has jet black hair, deep red eyes, and a perfectly sculpted body like that of the gods and goddesses.

Rayshawn remains unrivaled in the Empire, and with a sword, he's one of the best warriors the Empire has ever seen. However, he's a person with a very simple mind. Despite being the only heir and Crown Prince of the Empire, he's not particularly brilliant or wise, and he often acts on emotion without clear judgment.

For Rayshawn, it is always better to just fight and finish everything. Dueling is his way of surviving and solving problems. Due to his numerous actions and poor decisions, he drove the Esgalduin Empire to the verge of extinction, and the handsome Crown Prince ultimately met his demise at the age of 33 by having his head cut off as a punishment.

Rayvenne is now aware that Rayshawn Elrod is a character in a manga about boys' love, played out between Rayshawn Elrod von Abraham and Garret Barlowe von Madden, a poor but stunningly beautiful young man from the village with gray hair and unusual purple eyes.

The Crown Prince was utterly enamored with the young Garret, who had become his beloved due to Baron Madden's alluring appearance. In the depths of his infatuation, Rayshawn allowed his thoughts to wander, always forgetting about his betrothed, the beautiful Marquis's daughter, Ivory Whitlocken von Vandenberg.

She doesn't understand how she got to this strange new world; she can't believe she woke up in a world that is so different from her own. The fact that this prince is gay makes her feel uneasy, but she's also very interested in how the story will go from here to there.

Especially now that she's taken this gay Prince's body, she have to live and refuse to be die young before doing anything or, if possible, going back to her modern world. She needs to sue someone and open her cafe.

"How the fuck can this be happening to me?" Rayvenne mutters under her breath, her brow furrowed in confusion. She may have escaped her own troubles, but now she's in another potentially dangerous situation.

Determined to save herself, Rayvenne tries to recall everything she knows, desperately searching for a way out. "Ivory, this prince has a fiancée, right? And her name is Ivory," she repeats, grasping at any information that could prove useful.

And then she remembers Ivory Whitlocken von Vandenberg, a vision of radiant beauty. Ivory's silver hair cascades down in long, lustrous waves, framing a face of pure elegance. Her eyes radiate a captivating golden hue, akin to molten pools of amber, while a delicate rosy tint delicately paints her lips, making them both inviting and alluring. Ivory's skin is flawless, smooth, and unblemished, with a porcelain-like quality that seems almost ethereal.

Rayvenne realizes with a start that Ivory is not only Rayshawn's betrothed but also the cherished daughter of Marquis Vandenberg, a noble lineage with amazing prestige within the Esgalduin Empire. The relationship between people of the same gender is a beautiful story that is often told in this world where love knows no bounds. Not just the nobles, even the royals can have the same-sex spouse, but only if it gives advantages to the royal family. She's struggling with how she's going to do next with this male body, and her mind is running as she tries to figure out what to do next.

Yet, in this story of manga, she read the tale of Rayshawn's intense infatuation with Garret and how he's consumed by an otherworldly obsession. His heart forces him to walk dangerous paths, oblivious to the consequences that may befall the Esgalduin Empire itself.

In a desperate attempt to ensure Garret's safety, Rayshawn granted him absolute immunity from the Imperial family and showered him with a tremendous amount of wealth.

However, in the same Esgalduin Empire, a noble woman named Ivory Whitlocken reached her breaking point. With the citizen's support and her courageous personal knight's strong loyalty, she needs to do something. As one of the strongest mages in the Empire, she needs to save the Empire, despite all of the feelings she has for the Crown Prince.

According to Rayshawn's beliefs, Ivory was a hindrance and a villain because he attempted to prevent him from achieving what he so passionately desired. Within the Esgalduin Empire, two factions quickly emerged: those who backed Ivory Whitlocken and those who remained faithful to the crown prince, Rayshawn Elrod.

As the conflict escalated, the sick Emperor fell into a prolonged battle with a mysterious illness, ever since the Empress died. The once-unified Empire found itself in the throes of a tasteless division, split apart by the clashing principles of its Crown Prince and Ivory Whitlocken.

Because his obsession was so strong, Rayshawn was determined to move forward with whatever Garret told him to do, even though he had no idea that what he was doing could have terrible effects on the company. Ivory, on the other hand, was strongly against Rayshawn's careless actions because she felt she had a duty to protect the citizens.

Together with her loyal guard, they triumphed over the forces of despair, and the unjust Rayshawn was finally brought to justice for his atrocious misconduct. But as fate turned, Garret—the shady man who had previously supported Rayshawn—disappeared into thin air, leaving only whispers and strange riddles. His disappearance cast an air of uncertainty over the entire empire.

It's a tragic tale, but the way it's presented makes sure that the manga titled 'Die in the Hands of the Villainess' receives a high rating and is widely circulated. The story's setting renders Rayshawn vulnerable to blame. Remarkably, in this particular story, the villain emerges as the winner, alive and triumphant.

"How the fuck can this be happening to me?" Rayvenne muttered under her breath, and she could only hear Rayshawn Elrod's low, sexy, raspy voice. She remained completely perplexed by the strange world she had awoken to. She may have escaped the clutches of Kaufman's parents and Sophia Bauer, but now she finds herself in another conflict. "And on top of that, this prince is gay? Fuck it!"

Rayshawn's piercing gaze moved across the people in the room; everyone's eyes focused on him as if he were somewhat of a magical creature. Whispers of surprise and anxiety filled the air as people worried for his health. After the past incident had left him seriously injured, he encountered a frightening meeting head-to-head with Cursetalon, a dreadful creature that looked like a majestic white tiger's body—a chimera.

This beast, eight meters tall, had the horns of a massive bison and the wings of an eagle. Its sheer presence instilled fear in all who crossed its path. A dangerous beast of the most powerful type, known as an A-class monster, appeared before Rayshawn, a powerful fighter blessed with SS-level abilities.

It was assumed that Rayshawn's enormous abilities would provide him with the strength and competence required to combat this deadly creature. However, he was injured while defending Garret, a 22-year-old fool who had unexpectedly arrived at the hunting grounds despite being neither a combatant nor a sword master.

People looked down on Garret, calling him 'foolish', because he did careless things that put the Crown Prince and everyone else at the yearly hunting event hosted by the royal imperial family in great danger. He had just decided that he needed to give Rayshawn back a water bottle without telling the Imperial guards who were stationed at the hunting range or asking for help.

The creatures attacked him, inflicting severe injuries as he attempted to defend his beloved. "Bless my ass, what a stupid homo!" Rayvenne exclaimed. Rayvenne's mind was filled with anger over Rayshawn's stupidity.

Keep on reading, it'll get interesting soon. I promise.
