chapter 24 The biggest escape part 1

Shiho didn't get the chance to read the system message before a giant portal appears dropping Katsu, Kazuma, Junko, and Gwen.

"What a bumpy ride luckily I got the chance to take my computer with me" Junko complain as she dusks out her cloth holding a laptop

"It didn't give time to prepare before sending us here talk about being rude" Gwen stood up and accidentally stepped into Kazuma

"Sorry"

"No problem, I almost got swallowed by a giant toad so this is considered normal"

"Nice to meet you group leader thank you for your help this morning" Kazuma extended his arm to Katsu for a handshake

"Nice to meet you too Kazuma, but for this mission, I don't dare to shake your hand"

For the first meeting, everyone easily got along with each other, but because they are on a mission so they can only have a small talk before returning back to the mission.

Junko's computer that she brought is an artificial intelligence created by her using her talent Analytical Prowess allows her to quickly analyze her surroundings with near superhuman speed, detailed thinking, and memorization. She is simply a learning machine that can master almost everything with a glance so artificial intelligence is easier for her to create since her world already have one

Turning on Junko computer an Ai appears with her face reporting the situation " I have hacked the whole place and we have a big problem. First, we are underground with multiple bombs right below us and the detention button is on one of the higher-level in charge of this facility named Gin so unless you all want to die here then don't make a big screen. Second, the chance to escape undetected is almost zero because once we step out of the building many undercover people are monitoring the building who can easily spot us and ring the alarm. Third, there is some data about a pill that can give ability and many members have taken it."

Shiho hearing the information she is shaken considering she has been working at this place for her whole life but never knew about this pill it is talking about.

Then suddenly Kazuma and Katsu attack at the same time. The invisible intruder in the corner before he can even shout he receive a blade from Kazuma to the heart while a punch to the face shutting him completely.

"Member that has ability have a heart monitor so escape now" hearing the AI warning Gwen quickly turns into XLR8 and carries each member out of the deep underground of 15 floors.

When all of them are carried out an explosion happens buried all the people below

"They are ruthless, they rather kill them all than let one escape" Junko twitch her mouth looking at the falling building.

"Gwen please bring my sister as far as you can" Shiho gives Gwen the map that marks her house and bank she is working at and her picture

Receiving her instruction Gwen in XLR8 form quickly rush out disappearing from their view. Despite, knowing Gwen's ability Shiho is still worried about her sister.

"I already cut their communication so they won't know about your betray for now. You don't have to worry I have a sister like you I understand how worried and afraid you are, but now we have to focus on escaping only then your sister can meet her again" hearing Junko's comforting word Shiho sighs forgetting her worried.

"Get in you be the driver Shiho," Katsu said after "borrowing" a car from their parking place.

"The police can't help us anyway" hearing the AI report Kazuma sigh knowing how powerful an organization to block the police completely like this

"Junko hack the emergency broadcast so we don't hurt any civilian" Katsu said

'Already done and we got company" right as she replied 3 armed helicopters surrounded them.

"Just keep driving I will cover us" Katsu takes out a Lion's heart card and give it to Shino not given her time to question what he did before jumping to the roof car taking out the card that he ever used once "Vorse Raider" but to his surprise, it is not the card that he knows it is now "Kaiser Vorse Raider". Still being aimed at by 3 miniguns didn't give him any time to question it so he transforms directly.

This time he didn't have any thirst for blood, he is in control rather than letting the card instinct control him. Holding the axe bears in his arm he greeted all the bullets fire out. Moving his weapon constantly his hands dance between the deadly bullets creating sparks every time he swings his weapon.

While Katsu is blocking the fire down there they have their own problem.

"There are bombs right in front of us," Junko said using her hacking and observation skills look at all the surveillance cameras of the city so she can easily see all of their action at the same time she can even see Gwen moving with Akemi Miyano by slowing down the video.

"Let me, FREEZE" Kazuma holding out his hand he freeze the entire road creating an ice bridge for them to jump through the bombs, but also draining Kazuma completely making him exhausted

After receiving Katsu's card Shiho bravely goes to a whole new level if in the past she thinks this is a crazy idea, but now she has completely fate in them and increases the car speed to almost max and jump through. While in the air Katsu has completely depleted all of the armed helicopters and using this chance to jump into one of their helicopters.

"Yo" Katsu greeted the pilot while his weapon is near his neck. The pilot knows the horror of him so he leaves his seat for him with a smile and silently takes a parachute and jumps off the helicopter.

"Always want to do this" Katsu dives right into the two helicopters and jumps back onto the roof car creating a big explosion in the air as they off to the supermarket
