Lets see there is no school

I dicided that in a situation like this, it called for me to use the bathroom and out the window I went. As I slipped around the corner of the building two things happened, first I heard the pixy say her name was Ivy. Secondly the guy in charge of housing was laughing with a new face, some kind of new teacher but he looked more like a janitor to me.

"This batch of newbs looks sadder then the last ones Fred, I bet they are so dum that it takes at least two week before they figure to ask about classes. By then they will be so far behind that they will never catch up with the rest of the students and fail out in the first quarter. "

"I swear it happens every time, do they really think schools for sitting around doing nothing while the other are being given maps and class schedules, uniforms and a fancy lunch. These idiots will be cleaning, scrubbing and cooking waiting for some teacher to come get them. Their first classes are tomorrow with their first quiz in a few day, lol idiots," replied Small Jaw.

"Its sad, you know we were one of the first allowed to come here and even managed to graduate but look how far that took us. They are lucky that we helping them to not waste their time here. There's no future in spending countless months to try to learn something that so out of their range to learn," replayed Fred as they turned and walked away.

No friggin way, I was finally here and even saw a headset I was, giving up without getting tech back into my life. My friends and me all had dreams, just cause these losers could not use the skills taught here didn't mean we couldn't. I would not quit no matter what. Slipping back into our room I was a little surprised to see Ivy had my friends backed into a corner her sword a hairwidth away from a eyeball.

"We don't have time for this bullshit, come with me now we got, something to discuss, and bring that dam booklet," I said. They all immediately got up and did as I said we went to the far west corner of the forest were their was no people. I told them everything I had overheard and then we compared our booklets.

They basically said the same thing that we were required to keep our rooms, areas and clothing clean. We were required to grow, purchase, and cook our own foods. In addition we needed to pick up our schedules and attend classes on time everyday or we would not be allowed in and fail after so many missed days.

Two whole pages were dedicated to school rules and student expectations and reasons for dismissing one from attending. Their was a map that showed the names and uses of the surrounding areas outside the school and that was it. No map of the school itself or names of classes or teachers.

How could we do anything with this weak information? Why were they going so far with this disception? My god did not seem to know about this did they just get told we failed or were dead. Maybe some of us had been sent to other gods areas however you looked at it it made one think they most likely were dead. However I had no proof, maybe I could find out the truth hopefully they were just living rich somewhere.

After discussing this for a bit we found out only one dwarf had ever returned from the school as a gem specialist. The pixy Ivy could not tell us anything cause she was the only one ever to come and she was not officially there. Pixy were just looked at as bugs they figured she be gine in no time because any mischief was automatic dismissal.

Finally we decided to come up with a plan and first was to get a school map and our schedule of classes. The pixy volunteered to find the map for us but we would have to get her some food for the week. With a shake on my pinky finger the deal was made, we left to set up the room and make food as the pixy left in a flash of wings.

Most of the students were doing exactly what they wanted to do playing, swimming and generally goofing off not knowing about the trick being played out. Bug got pissed off and disappeared while me and Oval were clearing a small plot of land that belonged to our room. Soon I was growing numerous healthy patchs of various vetables and grains. Oval watered them and added in fertilizer from the work shed.

We would now be able to maintain the plots if we watered and fertilized them properly. In addition I grow three different types of fruit trees and two nut trees to the point they are just starting to produce. Afterwards I'm wiped out no more magic for me the rest of the day or I wouldn't be able to get up.

Finally Bug returned with a big smile, as usual for him he had just needed to yak it out and he was happy not considering what may come from it. Just as we had placed a tray with various fruits and vegetables on the table our new pixy friend returned with a handful of maps.

It had been easy she said because all the kids were eatting a fancy meal and most left their maps in their large greetian style rooms. We studied the maps and even read from one of their official booklets that gave times of classes and what was needed to be prepared for classes.

Throughout the night people came and went from our room and so not to surprisingly waking very early we find we are not alone. The journey back upward takes only about an hour this time because we know the shorter way now. We arrive just as the office opens asking for our schedules and maps to our classes. The office is shocked to see us but one young lady stepped forward and gets to work with a smile.
