Cold toxins
As I touch my hand to feel my pulse to check my body, I was shocked to find out that the original body owner had a cold toxin in her body for years.

There are three ways to suppress cold toxin's in the body temporarily, one is the use of the most common but the hardness, its procedure is painful that you will paint if you do it yourself, second is to make a burning pill, but the material is rare in the other world, so maybe I can find it here, third is to drink a fire Kylin, blood directly to be more efficient but painful or make it into a pill but less efficient.
There are only a few ways to cure this poison completely. The best one would be to make a phoenix pill made from genuine phoenix blood or with the use of phoenix tears, but a phoenix is a very shy and fast escaper mythical animal, and I don't know if there is a phoenix is one in this world.

After an hour I regained my consciousness I slowly opened my eyes and felt my body was a bit cold as there was still cold toxin but it is not life-threatening, I felt my body a bit lighter too as I checked it Im at a warrior's level how" I said confused as to how I leveled up quickly to the first stage
Normally a novice is like a test for future shadow guards to continue their journey as a guard because it is the basic and the fundamental's of being a shadow guard its basically a ranking but also not well at least they are above ordinary people its because they have more strength than an ordinary people would have
Warrior Shadow guard is the lowest raking of the shadow guard after the novice one and normally a novice can take this level with average talent is a year, a warrior can rival ten ordinary warriors in the palace and have a skill of an imperfect stealth were normal civilian cant detect any presence but not a warrior or what you call here in the modern a military people or those who know martial arts because they have kin instinct and a bit of sense.
Next is Senior Guard. A Senior Guard can rival 20 warriors with an improved stealth but not yet perfect it can still be sensed by other ordinary warriors and sense improve
Next is Chief Guard can rival 30 with perfect stealth that no warrior can sense their presence improved sense and speed and have a special skill of control aura and move a small object with a little speed this can also rival guns with a little force like pistols, as they control the speed and change its momentum
Next is the master guard can rival 40 etc. improved aura control can rival big guns but not a sniper
Next is The Royal guard, which is my last life's rank has perfect aura control that can rival all guns but not a missile
Next is the last rank Universal Guard. My father's ranking have perfect aura control stealth have great speed can rival guns and missiles
Each ranking cant rival a higher ranking because each ranking has great improvements is one's body and mind starting from chief guard a person developed their own skill
Whether it to strengthen the body further or increase the use of aura more efficiently like manipulating a high-speed jet or nuke and the last and the most deadly skill
It is to kill someone from a kilometer away and can be further the miles depending on the improvements and constitution
