109 CHAPTER 109- DAMIAN SINCLAIR STEPPED OUT.

'What do you mean Killian fall in love with me? He's just being kind to me.'

I totally understand why Princess Catherine got the wrong idea about it because this is the first time Killian has done something like this. . . . however, what embarrassing is still embarrassing.

Catherine suddenly turned her head this way and said "Why are you so silent, Edith?"

Catherine continued giggling, but suddenly her eyes widened, and she said.

Damian stared at me and said for the last time.

Afterward, after that Damian and i grinned as if we were staring at each other and bumped our champagne glasses. Only then the people around me take a deep breath and start chatting with each other's. The music flowing in the banquet hall could be heard properly now.

Catherine's still giggling to my side.

'Weren't you close to Lizzy? Why are you doing this to me?'

I smiled at her while sweating inside and thanked her for her help. 

"The Sinclairs are being mean to you for obvious reasons."

"Alright. I think I should go back to the imperial palace right now." 

The inside of the banquet hall immediately fell into chaos, The Imperial Knights quickly organized inside the banquet hall and made a list of who attended the banquet one by one to confirm their identities. After that, everyone was ordered to return home and wait until further instructions were given.

"Uh, what's going on?" 

Lizzy held the Duchess's arm tightly and asked in an anxious voice. The Duchess also had a serious experience on her face. 

"Everything will be fine. Anyway, since it's an attempted assassination, it means that the assassination attempt failed, and seeing that Her Highness Catherine was not in a hurry, I don't think His Majesty was seriously injured."
