This seemed rather modest, even less than the national treasury of some small countries in reality, and it was all contained in a few worn wooden boxes.

Henry pursed his lips, but his body earnestly began to sift through Death's treasures. 

The more he examined the specific details of the items, the more astonished he became. 

Most of these items were free of side effects, a stark contrast to the collection of his servant Maldream, and each possessed impressive enhancements or special abilities.

Fatima and Henry, engrossed in their search, eventually each decided on an item.

"I'll take this sword," Fatima said, picking a bone longsword from the treasury, its hilt adorned with a symbol of Death.

Death nodded and spoke, "Good choice, quite discerning. That sword was used by me in my youth. It has a certain slaying effect; if you encounter an enemy with low HP, you can ignore their defense and kill them."
