74 I want to get battered, but not like this!

=====

Clark, getting caught up in the heat of the moment last night, said some pretty irrational thing, so he didn't dare to mention things related to Whitney for a while.

He walked to school with David, feeling depressed.

On the campus, after two class periods of studying, the bell for the next class rang.

A woman stylishly dressed and with a breathtakingly beautiful figure carrying a handbag entered the class, looking more like she was going shopping than attending class. Her two long legs leisurely stepped into the classroom.

"Fuck, she's so beautiful!"

Everybody's attention was on the hot woman suddenly entering the class, and students in the classroom began to chatter excitedly, creating quite a commotion.

"How can someone be so beautiful?"

Pete's eyes went wide, seemingly unable to take them off the woman.

Other students were equally taken aback, even some female classmates displayed a mixture of astonishment and shyness, alongside a blush creeping on Chloe's face.

"Oh my god, who's this lady?

She's so beautiful that let alone men or women, even a stone would skip a beat." (T/N: Chloe taking rizzing lessons from Luther🗿)

"Who are you?" some random student stood up, cleared their throat, and nervously asked, "Are you a new teacher who got lost and ended up in the wrong classroom?"

"I am the new biology teacher, Atkins, have you all forgotten about me in just a day?"

Wearing a fashionable and attractive red jacket on top, and ultra-short denim hot pants below, Atkins casually placed her handbag on the podium. She scanned the whole class with a tone resembling how someone would coax kindergarten kids and smiled.

Her eyes lit up, as if she had spotted two potential options.

"Teacher Atkins?"

The crowd of students was both dumbfounded and puzzled, exchanging looks.

Are you kidding us? Although Ms. Atkins was hot and sexy, the difference between her and this lady was worlds apart.

Can plastic surgery work this fast? And who's her surgeon? Shouldn't they be working on recreating the Venus de Milo rather than doing beauty enhancements at the hospital?

"Atkins?"

David raised an eyebrow.

Was someone impersonating her, or did Atkins have the ability to change her appearance?

Speaking of which, this woman who called herself Atkins, although her facial features were exquisitely beautiful, carried a hint of unreality. She was like a carefully sculpted plastic(sex) doll, exuding an unnatural and inferior aura from head to toe.

Sitting in his seat, Clark couldn't help but feel puzzled. Who was this lady and why was she impersonating Ms. Atkins?

"But..."

Someone wanted to say something.

"Am I really not Ms. Atkins?"

Atkins furrowed her brow slightly, seemingly hurt that she wasn't recognized, a pink light flashing in her eyes.

"You really are Ms. Atkins, Good Morning Ms. Atkins."

The students in the classroom were stunned, and like rows of well-behaved children, responded in unison.

David and Clark looked around, Pete, Chloe, and the others seemed dazed, their eyes were glazed over, as if love had clouded their minds, believing everything the woman at the podium said.

After a response, there was an eerie silence, so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. The strange scene in the classroom could send shivers down one's spine.

"Why aren't you charmed?"

Atkins, who had been searching for potential male servants, suddenly noticed two people in the class who were still clear-headed, the very two she had paid slight attention to.

The two young men gazed at the others who were under the enchantment and were standing out noticeably in her eyes. To her, it was like a row of sunflowers facing the sun, yet these two were turned elsewhere.

Confusion and embarrassment crossed Atkins' face as she stared at them.

"Why are you able to resist?"

Even before she became a god, her abilities were never ignored by anyone.

"Who are you? What have you done to them?"

Clark tried to shake Pete, trying to him from the enchantment, and was met with an annoyed flick of Atkins' hand. Clark clenched his fist, getting up in anger.

The students in the class were all controlled, losing their usual clarity, and their spirits being toyed with.

"Are you truly Atkins?"

Since they were discovered, David saw no need to continue acting under the pretense of being charmed. He slowly stood up, squinting at her.

It was also an abnormally charming ability, but it was worlds apart from yesterday's Atkins.

'Even if it was not Atkins, A woman with such abilities and beauty, why would she clumsily impersonate a woman who falls short in front of her every aspect?'

But still, there was no explanation for how she had transformed into this state overnight.

It couldn't possibly be that God had intervened, rewarding her faithful devotion, enhancing her abilities, and giving her a makeover in the process.

The thoughts flashed through David's mind.

"Answer my question, how did you do it? Why can't you be influenced by me?"

Atkins wore an ugly expression, finding it hard to accept that on the second day of becoming the goddess of love and beauty, there was already someone capable of resisting her charms.

"Quickly change them back."

Clark's body flickered, and with incredible speed, he left his seat and approached the podium. He grabbed Atkins's wrist and said in a heavy voice.

Seeing his classmates with infatuated smiles and being in this bizarre situation that defied common sense, made him extremely uneasy.

As Atkins was shaken by Clark's speed and caught by the wrist, she tried to break free but felt an immense force holding onto her.

Clark was also surprised, feeling like he had grabbed the tail of a legendary earthly python, and the struggling force grew stronger.

Smack!

Atkins shook off Clark's hand, her eyes narrowed. She exhaled and a sweet scent wafted towards Clark's face.

"What did you do to me?"

Clark staggered back, his face red, and his uncontrollable heart raced.

The sight of Atkins, his teacher, was so beautiful that he couldn't help but want to kneel beneath her and worship her body.

"No, why am I thinking like this?"

He shook his head vigorously, breaking free from the enchantment, and stared angrily at her.

"Don't try to control me."

"Hehe."

"Clark Kent, David Kent, what secrets do you two brothers have?"

With a divine brain, Atkins perfectly recalled the class roster she had quickly glanced at before, which included photos of the students. Her expression was uncertain as she sensually looked at the two, grabbed her bag, and vanished into an after-image heading out of town.

"If you want them to return to normal, follow me."

Holding the wishing Stone, she wasn't done playing yet and didn't want to draw attention from other people. She intended to deal with these two guys on the outskirts.

"Don't even think about running."

Clark chased after her in a hurry.

"The secret you have also make me curious."

Glancing at the classmates who were dazed around him, David muttered to himself. Purple energy ripples appeared around him, and he flashed after them.

Apart from finding out how to free Pete, Chloe, and the others from control, he was intensely curious about how Atkins, who had average abilities, became so powerful!

Outskirts of Smallville.

On a vast plane filled with grass.

"Stop!"

Atkins, whose speed easily exceeded a hurricane, suddenly stopped not because she intended to, but because she had actually been overtaken. Clark, looking anxious, placed a hand on her shoulder and held her.

"Touching a lady's shoulder without her consent is quite impolite."

In an instant, her pupils contracted, and she chuckled in a charming manner before delivering a backward elbow.

Thud!

A shockwave exploded, and Clark moaned as if hit by a speeding truck, flying dozens of meters in the blink of an eye. He came to a stop only when a hand pressed against his back.

"David."

Holding his ribs and showing hints of pain, Clark looked back.

After setting down Clark, David watched Atkins, who had turned around not far away, with a frown.

This wasn't normal. Someone beat Clark without using Kryptonite.

"Aren't you from Smallville? Where did your strength come from?"

Possessing strength even surpassing that of the young Clark, it was impossible for her abilities to be granted by the mutation from kryptonite.

"I'm certainly a person from Smallville."

Slightly turning to the side, concealing her shoulder bag behind her, Atkins hid her surprise and smiled lightly at the corner of her mouth.

"Don't act so surprised."

"I used to live in Smallville for over twenty years, and I had no idea that such an amazing pair of brothers like you existed in the town."

She had previously tested her current speed and strength, faster than the sound and stronger than supersonic fighter jets, effortlessly squeezing steel as if it were clay. But just now, she was caught up in speed.

With a backward elbow strike, that burst of power could pierce through a building. The older brother of this pair of brothers didn't even break a bone, and the younger brother casually caught his flying older brother.

"What's in your bag that makes you so concerned?"

David's face was expressionless, his attention sharp on the bag in Atkins's hand.

"Although this reddish-brown bag looks high-end and beautiful, as if carefully chosen, it probably isn't some rare treasure and someone with your abilities shouldn't be so concerned about it."

Realizing that Clark and he were not so simple, she subconsciously shielded the bag with her body. From a psychological point of view, it was a manifestation of worry that it might be snatched away.

"In the bag, of course, are my personal belongings."

Atkins's voice carried a hint of laziness and temptation.

"Do you want to see it? David Kent, do you want to understand the world of women?"

"I can teach you." She licked her scarlet lips, and hooked her finger towards him, as if inviting a knight to charge.

"David, be careful, don't get close to her."

Putting down his hand that was rubbing his ribs, Clark was on high alert, warning him.

"She can emit some invisible pheromones from her mouth. I was almost controlled by her just now."

He was afraid that his brother might not be able to resist that ability if he wasn't careful.

"I saw it."

David's expression remained unconcerned.

Even Superman, who was often joked to have a negative magic resistance couldn't be successfully tempted; he didn't believe she posed any threat to him.

"Release your control over the students, Miss Atkins."

Clark's low shout, his fist raised, charging towards Atkins.

"Start by taking her bag."

Standing still, David reminded him with a voice, and David's eyes lit up with purple light, and two beams of energy shot through the air.

Atkins's pupils contracted, quickly dodging the rays that emitted terrifying high temperatures. Before she could stabilize, Clark, carrying a gust of wind, was already in front of her in the blink of an eye, fist raised.

She raised her arm to catch Clark's fist, a punch that could sink a battleship, and then used the back of her hand to chop at Clark's neck.

Clark recoiled in pain, but before he could catch his breath, a sweeping leg strike came at him. He quickly used his hands to block, feeling fortunate, but suddenly a fist grew larger in front of him. It landed with a bang, giving him a black eye, and he staggered backward again.

Bang!

Just as Atkins was about to press her advantage, the next second, a thick purple energy cannon pierced the sky, burning the air. She was sent flying like being hit by a missile loaded with a hundred tons of TNT, creating a deep ditch as she crashed into the ground.

At the end of the ditch, she, with a stinging sensation on her skin and an unpleasant expression, swiftly tucked the wishing stone into her jacket pocket and discarded the bag that had become a burden.

"A piece of stone?"

Vaguely, he saw a piece of yellow-gray stone being taken out from Atkins's bag.

David's gaze sharpened, his expression revealing slight contemplation.

"Hiss..."

Clark stood up, his face serious, and blinked unnaturally with the eye that had been hit.

Although it hurt a bit, luckily it wasn't a hit to another part of his body.

"Being repelled by a simple anti-rape technique from a woman, you should be ashamed to call yourself an alien."

David appeared beside him in a flash, and hearing his brother's mockery, Clark's face turned red.

"I let my guard down."

He firmly decided that when they got back, he would learn some combat techniques as well. He couldn't rely on raw strength alone to throw punches recklessly.

Clark had regarded Atkins the same as the other super-powered individuals he had encountered before, but he had miscalculated. Atkins was not someone who would give him room to hold back.

He kicked off the ground, his figure like a furious thunderbolt, charging toward Atkins.

David leaped, tearing through the air, resembling a supersonic reconnaissance plane skimming the ground. He fought with Atkins, who had narrowly avoided Clark's attack.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The three clashed, each strike tearing through the air and causing the earth to tremble, as if three giants were battling.

The ground near the edge of the forest exploded as if a detonation had occurred. The air seemed to boil, with rolling white shockwaves and flying debris, and the earth shattered.

He never imagined that someone in Smallville could temporarily withstand the combined attack of him and Clark.

"Faster than me, stronger than Clark. Together, she's almost as powerful as an inexperienced Superman!"

David's expression showed surprise.

He had a hunch that Atkins might have been a result of the butterfly effect he had triggered.

This remote town shouldn't logically have someone this powerful.

"Damn it!"

Narrowly avoiding an energy beam that came directly at her, Atkins was even more shocked. She doubted whether the wish granted by the stone had been severely diminished.

"What kind of goddess is this? Are these gods so weak?"

She was actually being battered by two high schoolers from Smallville. While she did want to get battered by them, but not like this!

One was lightning-fast, leading to her attacks often missing.

The other wasn't as fast, but when her attacks hit, they were ineffective, like striking a mountain made of steel. When David seized opportunities to hit her, with each punch landing like a meteorite, made her feel like she might spit blood.

Boom!

A deafening roar and a white circular shockwave erupted.

Blocking David's attack with her arms, Atkins was sent flying dozens of meters, her body tumbling on the ground like a skipping stone.

She abruptly stood up, disheveled, her chest charred black and faintly marked with burn injuries from David's eye beams.

Atkins wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth, her cheeks were aching (heh), looking disheveled and far from her initial appearance as a beautiful goddess.

"This is nothing like the goddess I imagined. How could a god be defeated?"

She pulled the wishing stone from her pocket, her actions urgent as she tightly grasped the stone, ready to make another wish, regardless of the cost.

"I want to make another wish. I want to retain my appearance and become ten times more powerful than I am now!!"

She yelled out loud.
