Chapter 2: The Benefits of A Hospital (Part 1)

"Step 1: Get inside the Hospital, Check."

Tosh muttered as he skulked through the blindspots of each camera.

Normally he wouldn't be able to do this, but with his new strength and speed he could easily hop from one to another in an instant despite them being meters apart.

Soon enough he arrived in front of the refrigeration room.

"Heh, I guess a semi-benefit of my parents owning a hospital is that they forced me to memorize the layout and passwords to help escort guests and solve problems."

He quickly typed in the password to unlock the door and swiftly entered the room, and once he did, he noticed the smell of cold iron permeated throughout the entire room and began to salivate uncontrollably.

In an instant he grabbed a packet of blood and tore it open in his mouth, messily devouring pints of blood in seconds.

But it did not stop there as he savagely devoured a quarter of the stock, in a fiendish and crazed state.

A few minutes later he paused, the crazed look in his eyes dimmed and he regained his calm, he burped and sat down, his stomach slightly bulging.

"Ahhh~ That was good stuff."

After about an hour of digesting the blood from the packages, he got up from the floor and was about to leave when he suddenly froze.

His insides started to burn up as if someone had lit a fire inside of him, he fell to the floor convulsing in pain and very soon he lost consciousness.

In a random alleyway somewhere within the city.

"Did you think you could get away from me?" A voice resounded in the alleyway.

A man in a black hoodie was standing over a blonde haired man who was severely injured, blood was everywhere and he was panting heavily.

"Heh, you think I'd underestimate a dog's nose? I bet you'd be able to sniff me out for miles you mutt."

The blonde man taunted before coughing blood.

"It seems that you still have enough life in you to taunt me, since that's the case I'll have to beat it out of you!"

One after another, a flurry of kicks landed on the man's body and some would go straight to his face.

STOMP, STOMP, STOMP, CRACK!

Eventually the man in the hoodie got so carried away he ended up stomping the man's skull to pieces.

"Damn it!" The man yelled in frustration after looking at the mess he made.

"The Alpha told me to get information from him, but I got carried away again…" He groaned.

In dismay he glared at the man's dead body hatefully, his body started to bulge and grow taller, fur started to grow out of his skin, claws burst from his fingertips, and his teeth grew into fangs.

"Well, at least I can get a free meal."

He was just about to sink his teeth into the man's flesh when a gunshot went off, luckily he wasn't hit by the bullet and dodged due to his extremely high perception and agility.

"The fuck?!" He yelled angrily and turned in the direction of the gunshot.

A blonde haired woman wearing a completely white outfit which consisted of a long white trench coat, white gloves, white pants, and white boots, it was a very strange outfit, however when the wolf saw it his pupils shook.

"Y-you're a white coat-!"

The woman smirked and walked closer to the wolf, gun still aimed at his head.

"That's correct little doggy, you get an A."

*BANG*

She shot again, and the wolf dodged, however this time the bullet curved and hit the wolf's thigh.

"ARGH-!"

The wolf's eyes glowed red in anger and rage.

'I'LL KILL THIS BITCH!' He thought as red filled up his vision and he entered a state of extreme rage.

He lunged at her with as much strength as he could muster and swung his powerful claws in an attempt to rip her face off.

"DIE!"

However the blonde woman simply scoffed and shot him dead.

"A dog will always be a dog, incredibly worthless if it's not taught the right tricks. Isn't that right, pack leader?"

She said as she glanced over to her right where a pitch black corner with no light was ominously sitting there.

A powerful aura suddenly exploded into the surroundings and an extremely heavy killing intent announced itself.

Cold blue eyes appeared in the darkness and a deep growl echoed through the alleyway, anyone who heard this growl would immediately picture a massive beast with a ginormous body and incredibly sharp teeth.

"Little girl, don't overestimate yourself, you're lucky that I'm not allowed to touch you…"

The voice quickly faded away, however just as silence settled in the alleyway a terrifying figure appeared behind her.

A huge claw directly wrapped around her neck and slash marks appeared despite barely touching her.

The pressure she felt was so dense she could barely breathe.

"Don't forget how weak you are in front of a being like me… For each time your heart beats I could kill you ten times… So get out of my territory before my hand slips." The voice said coldly as it faded away once more.

The claw moved away from her neck and the figure completely disappeared into the night.

The woman, who was breathing haggardly at this moment, gently touched the cuts on her neck and grimaced.

"So that's the power of an Alpha…."

Her face then distorted and a crazed expression took form.

"How wonderful~!"

She got up and dusted off her clothes, she then turned around and walked away, however something strange happened as she was walking away…

Her shadow detached itself from her and went toward the wolf corpse, it then opened up and devoured it and the dead blonde man.

The shadow burped and went back to the girl who had already exited the alleyway and a crazed expression was on her face once again.

"What an interesting flavor~! <3 However, that man could have killed me about 200+ times within those few seconds, according to him at least…" She said while smirking.

"Perhaps I should go and get stronger… After all, a dog should bow its head to the master, not the other way around…" she murmured.

And as her silhouette slowly disappeared, the scene switched back to the hospital…

(I'm back guys! However the updates will be less frequent and possibly stay at only 1 or two a week for a while, which I apologize for but since I've been recovering at home the school work has piled up into a mountain, on top of the fact that more assignments will continue to accumulate, I need to focus on them for a bit. 🙏 Sorry again.)
