141 Villains with altered perception of reality

As expected, there were reactions in the harem chat as well, although the name sounds quite suggestive, it's more of a parody, as Allen doesn't have a romantic relationship with many women here, at least not for now.

Natasha HC - I have so many questions...

MJ HC - I don't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for the guy with the black mask.

Maria - So many laws were broken in such a short period that I don't even feel like commenting on it.

Felicia HC - Since you've been in DC, I see you with a different girl every day...

Diana HC - *Cough* I wouldn't worry; although Allen is usually surrounded by women, there's hardly any progress with them. Just look at the girl named Harley, she's practically offering herself, but Allen barely reacts.

Hestia HC - Don't defend him, Diana; we all know he has no limits when it comes to seeing a pretty girl... that pervert.

Ruby HC - Tsk... at least she's not a dragon woman.

Artemis(Fgo) HC - This borders on paranoia, don't you think?

Athena HC - A man of many flowers...

Rogue HC - I'm worried. Allen is a villain, no matter what deal he makes with Batman and the government. People won't accept a supervillain.

Aphrodite HC - Ahh❤️~ I missed him already~ his photos aren't enough~

Nikky HC - You scare me, Miss Aphrodite D:

The atmosphere in Arkham turned dark and as tense as before a war, and Black Mask's screams sent chills down people's spines.

Bueno Excellente was very skilled at his job, and in no time, he had Black Mask tied up with perverted but well-done techniques. Then he took him to a horse in a way... the rest will remain between them... and all of Arkham, of course.

Some people felt disgusted, others couldn't stop mocking and laughing. But the attention of most criminals was on Allen Walker and not on his actions. The new director wasn't just ruthless; he seemed capable of quite extraordinary things, and it wasn't the fact that he didn't care about breaking the laws.

...

In one of the cells in Block B, there was a Caucasian, blond man. He wore a hat on his head and couldn't stop mocking Black Mask, even though he felt disgusted seeing Bueno Excellente on top of Black Mask.

The man grimaced in disgust. "Nothing like an idiot receiving his punishment, but this doesn't seem like something Uncle Sam would approve of."

"Are you an idiot? That could be you next time," said his cellmate, an old man with an eye patch, who had a manslaughter charge. "Obviously, this will never make the news."

He got up angrily and walked towards the bars of his cell. "The idiot is you, old man. You're all idiots," Digger shouted in frustration.

"I hope you're next, Digger!" shouted another prisoner from a cell below.

"I'll cut your throat!"

"Watch your back, Digger!"

Unlike the Villains and Supervillains, the most common criminals lived in small cells next to each other and had cellmates. Basically, they were like regular prisoners.

"That's why I call them stupid; can't they read?!" cursed the man called Digger. "The screen said that punishments are applied according to the crimes committed and attitude!"

Upon hearing that, many prisoners reflected, realizing that compared to the underworld boss Black Mask, who had already paved a path of blood in his life, they were nothing. So their punishments shouldn't be so horrifying.

"Imbeciles..." muttered Digger. He wasn't just any prisoner but ended up arrested and put here because they didn't realize who he really was.

He is Captain Boomerang, a supervillain of Flash named George "Digger" Harkness. He is known for his expert skills in handling boomerangs, which he uses as lethal weapons. He's usually in Central City bothering Flash but had to leave the city after a robbery went wrong.

He heard that Gotham was a hellhole for civilians but a paradise for criminals as long as you watch out for Batman and don't go out much at night. However, Digger scoffed; he had faced Flash several times, although he lost on each occasion and ended up in jail.

Aside from Batman, what appealed to him most about coming here was the ease of getting out of the judicial system in Gotham. Digger thought it was fine to come to Gotham for a while, but he was arrested after driving drunk and hitting two people.

During the trial, he became aggressive and threw a glass at the judge. How could he go to jail for something so stupid? He couldn't bear that, so the object flew and was a perfect shot that broke the judge's nose, earning him an all-expenses-paid trip to Arkham.

"Darn it, I want out of this damn place!"

Now here is Captain Boomerang, trapped with a bunch of crazies, although his block isn't much different from other prisons.

"You should have thought before breaking the judge's nose," replied his cellmate as he read a book.

"Not at all, I'd do it again hahaha!"

Digger is confident about getting out; he just needs to get to his boomerangs. People usually underestimate him, but no one understands that even the weakest of Flash's villains is still a Flash villain!

...

The atmosphere in the block improved thanks to Digger; however, the guards, nurses, and all Arkham staff were still absent.

The lights flickered, and Digger frowned. "This place is falling apart, isn't it, old man?" Boomerang said, turning around only to find that the old man was gone.

"Old man?"

Digger looked around and realized there was no one there. He also noticed that he hadn't heard from any other prisoner for a while.

"Where the *** are they?!"

He shouted, but no one responded. Boomerang wasn't stupid; he quickly realized something was wrong. As he approached his door, he noticed it was open.

"Darn it, am I next?"

It made sense to think that because of what he was experiencing. Besides, being a villain from Central City, he was no stranger to superpowers. Digger crossed the door of his cell and stepped out fearlessly.

"You might think you can scare me, but there's nothing Captain Boomerang can't handle!!"

If there's one characteristic to highlight about Captain Boomerang, it's his confidence in his abilities.

Once outside, Digger ran immediately, celebrating because he would use this trick to escape. Unfortunately, he was underestimating the current Arkham.

Boomerang ran towards the special storage area. Prisoners' personal belongings are usually kept in a secure storage facility within the prison. That's why someone as reckless as Captain Boomerang isn't just part of prison but first robs his belongings.

This suicidal plan unexpectedly yielded results. Digger already knew where this area was and went straight there. He crossed security checkpoints, but everything was open.

"Hahaha, this is a damn trap!" Boomerang yelled, realizing they were setting him up to reclaim his belongings, but he didn't care. Once he had his boomerangs, he would take down anyone.

His Boomerangs aren't normal; some can create huge explosions, and others can cut a person in half, but the most terrifying thing is that somehow Digger managed to create lightning boomerangs capable of hitting speedsters like Flash.

...

"Daddy, why do you let them play so much?" Harley asked, sitting on Allen's lap as they faced a hundred screens, all showing prisoners in situations similar to Digger's but with their differences.

Some prisoners were suddenly in forests, prisoners in abandoned cities, and some in their previous homes and jobs but without finding anyone.

The chat also had that doubt, but Allen just smiled in response. "I noticed that about half of these prisoners aren't afraid of punishment. It's normal; most Arkham prisoners have a screw loose, so it'll be very complicated for them to obey. So, I thought I'd give them a preview of what would happen if they don't obey before putting them on missions."

Allen smiled and stood up from his chair, then snapped his fingers...

===

JackBlack - That's the smile someone's going to suffer today... I love It hahaha

Tony - It seems like several things happened while I wasn't around.

Hulk - Hulk smash!

Tony - Hulk?!

Tony was surprised that Hulk could comment because before he didn't do it because his fingers were too big, plus he used to break everything he touched.

Hulk - Hi Tony... I'm happy.

Like Yuri the Bear, Hulk received help from Happy, Tony Stark's bodyguard, to be able to comment.

Tony - Again, how much do I pay you to protect me?... because I seem to recall it's much... you know it doesn't matter.

Tony shrugged, but this made his back hurt. Hulk faced Juggernaut, and Tony also received his fair share of good blows trying to stop them from destroying Los Angeles.

Inside a forest, a group of ten prisoners discussed how to get out. Although most were scared to have ended up in this place out of nowhere, they all agreed they should prioritize getting out of there.

"Let's just go straight; we should get out of the forest at some point!"

"That's stupid! You don't know how easy it is to get lost in a forest?!"

"I know I can easily slit your throat!!!"

Upon hearing a sound from the forest, they all looked in the direction in question. There was Allen, dressed as a hunter with a fake mustache, and next to him was Harley with dog ears and tail; she was cosplaying as a hunting dog.

Everyone was stunned by Allen's ridiculous appearance.

Allen, noticing everyone's stunned appearance and his Chat laughing, got annoyed. "Oh come on, doesn't anyone recognize my disguise?!"

Allen was dressed in a classic brown safari suit, complete with a hunting hat and boots. He had a prominent mustache and an old shotgun.

===

MJ HC - Are you an Australian ranger?!

"No..."

– Are you... a lost explorer from the fifties...

"No... but you're close..."

Felicia HC - Are you a stripper?

"Wtf no!"

Felicia HC - Would you like to be one?

"Huh?!"

Nikky - I know, you're the guy from Disneyland who greets the...

"Nooo!"

===

Allen was dressed as Van Pelt from the "Jumanji" movie, with his safari suit and characteristic hat. However, to his surprise, no one seemed to recognize him.

"Hello, I'm the damn classic Van Pelt, of course! Don't you recognize me?! You're lacking a lot of culture!"

Allen ignored his viewers and turned his attention to the prisoners with a cold, pretentious tone. "Teamwork..." Allen said with a gravelly voice, "You all share the same situation. From a young age, you never trusted anyone, which led you down the path of evil... or so says this book!"

Allen had previously pulled out a book, but seeing Black Mask's little willingness, he couldn't use it. The title of the book made many people spit out their water.

"How to reform your criminal by Barney!" Allen declared, making people fall out of their seats.

Barney is a purple dinosaur that appeared on television for over a decade. He had a similar style to Sesame Street and was aimed at a children's audience. Allen was aware of this and would use it to provoke them.

"Darn it!" a prisoner gritted his teeth, "This guy doesn't treat us like idiots!"

He's not wrong; Allen deliberately finds ways to annoy them while trying to push them over the edge. After all, Allen needed excuses to apply brutal punishments.

"Wait, we can take him," one of the prisoners suggested, although he was nervous.

===

– Intelligence stalks him, but he's faster... I can't believe some people think they can beat Allen.

– Allen is a nasty troll, even if they fear him, he can easily provoke them to this level LMFAO.

===

Their pride was hurt, and consequently, they forgot what Allen was capable of.

Two prisoners ran towards Allen; he just smiled and pulled out a whip from his belt.

"Ahh!" one of the prisoners fell to the ground after being hit by Allen's whip on the shoulder. The other stopped his run and looked scared. Allen's eyes lit up as his hand moved faster than sound, thousands of blows attacking the prisoners.

The men's screams were drowned out in the endless attacks. Harley approached Allen with a seductive look. "Daddy~," she said in a sugary tone.

Allen stopped attacking and blinked at this, then handed the whip to Harley.

"Yay!" Harley began to beat the prisoners on the ground while laughing. "HAHAHAHAHA!"

Meanwhile, Allen smiled as he adjusted his fake mustache. "You need to get out of this forest before nightfall. You'll only make it if you work together."

The prisoners looked at Allen in fear; now that they had seen what he was capable of, they didn't dare to oppose him.

Allen scoffed. "I'm not going to force you, but you should hurry because you'll be hunted, and those caught will go to punishment room number two..."

The prisoners shuddered, remembering the horrible things being done to Black Mask.

"AAAAHHHHHH!!!"

Allen smiled as one of the prisoners entered a state of hysteria and madness, running towards him with an improvised knife made from a sharpened spoon. The prisoner must have stolen it and sharpened it in secret.

Allen stepped forward and kicked him in the groin so hard he broke them. The man with a tattoo on his neck fell to the ground with a pale face and foam at his mouth; he had fainted.

"You!" Another prisoner couldn't bear Allen treating them like toys and tried to protest, but Allen kicked the unconscious prisoner once more.

"Shut up! I didn't ask for your opinion!" Allen stomped on the man's head on the ground as he looked at the others. "Either you do this, or Bueno Excelente, or one of our new executioners will take care of you."
