28 Odin's wrath

"..." George Stacy looked silently at Allen.

The situation was tense between George and Allen, but it didn't escalate further.

"It was a joke," said Allen with a smile after seeing the dark look from Gwen's father.

Allen knows how protective George is of Gwen, unlike Gwen's mother, Helen, who accepted Allen and was kind when he visited their home.

Gwen had taken Allen along on several occasions, a couple of times for dinner and others to study together.

Overall, Allen's relationship with them was good, but that was limited only to when Allen and Gwen were friends. George Stacy wouldn't be happy if someone tried to take his daughter away.

Sometimes Allen wondered if facing a group of thugs was easier than facing George Stacy.

George glanced at Allen for a moment but was surprised to see that Allen wasn't afraid of him. He had just fought against Doomsday, so it was obvious he wouldn't be easily scared now.

Internally, George nodded, setting aside that Allen had been rude to him; he was glad to see that the boy who spent so much time with his beloved daughter was slowly becoming a man.

After all, as pleasant as Allen might be, George would never let Gwen go if he didn't prove he could take care of her; they lived in a very dangerous world.

...

Allen sighed, unable to do anything, and proceeded to give his testimony. If it were just that recording, it would be complicated to build a strong case against Harry Osborn, but thanks to Nikky, they could access the messages exchanged with Harry.

Nikky's memories were modified but not entirely erased to Nikky, Harry tried to manipulate her based on threats.

Allen gave Nikky the option not to get involved, and he wouldn't press charges against her, but the girl said it was her duty because her grandmother raised her to take responsibility for her actions.

Unexpectedly for everyone, a strong case was built against Harry Osborn. Secretly, Allen sent a camera in incognito mode to capture Harry's reaction.

Remember, only an hour had passed in this world, and Harry and his father were still in the interrogation room.

For those wondering how Allen managed to broadcast an entire day of streaming in just an hour in this world, the answer is simple.

The system has a live editing function that works just like editing a movie.

When a movie is recorded, there's often a lot of footage, and it's post-production's job to trim everything unnecessary to make the movie one or two hours long in general.

The system did this automatically with all of Allen's streams. The time difference between both worlds prevented the stream from being synchronized.

Unfortunately, this is one of the main reasons why many people doubt the authenticity of Allen's stream.

Allen sat with MJ while Gwen talked to her parents. Nikky said goodbye when her mother came to pick her up, thanking Allen for not pressing charges against Nikky.

Allen checked his channel's statistics and felt strange. Clearly, a day had passed, and when he checked his statistics on DC , his clips had tens of millions of views, but now, in Marvel, only an hour had passed, and the views were barely a couple of million.

'System?' Allen decided to consult with his system.

[It seems there was an error; To explain it simply, due to the time difference between the worlds, the estimated statistics for tomorrow today appeared, but that was corrected when you returned to this world.]

'System, that's confusing...'

[Do you think I want that? Does the host know how humiliating it is not to be able to know the information about your Clown Crown or where I send you?... I feel like a defective system for making mistakes...]

'That's not true, you're amazing, and you just need more upgrades,' Allen consoled his system but was also surprised that his system could make mistakes. While it's not important to display incorrect statistics, it's an error nonetheless.

[You don't have to console me, host...]

'Okay...' Allen decided to prioritize this; his system is ultimately his most important support, and he can't allow her to be deficient.

Allen took out destiny fragments from his inventory. He looked at the thirteen crystals floating in his hand; MJ was sitting beside him, looking at her phone without noticing the mystical glow. But that's obvious, no one but him and the system can see them.

Allen brought them closer to the system's screen and inputted ten fragments. With that, the screen lit up, and the system seemed to evolve; even the tone of the screens changed from blue to dark blue.

[+ New function: Basic Skill Combination – limited to blue-grade abilities and items or lower]

'Does that mean what I think it means?!' thought Allen excitedly.

[Yes, but it's not as convenient as you think. When combining two green skills, there are three possibilities: one is that a blue-grade skill emerges, two is that it fails and a gray-grade skill emerges, and three is that a green skill emerges but mutated.]

'I see, so it's a gamble...'

[+ New function: Enhancement of basic skills – limited to blue-grade abilities or lower]

'System, Aren't skills only supposed to be improved by using Fate Fragments?'

[It's similar but different from using fragments... for example: Bullet Time reduces its cooldown when upgrading the system and increases its usage duration when upgrading the host. However, if the host wants, for example, to increase the maximum speed of the skill, they must enhance it.]

[Using the system's skill enhancement function is the correct method to enhance skills, using fragments is like cheating]

'Wait, does that mean I could even enhance the Six-Eyes and the Infinite?'

[Read carefully, host. It says limited to blue-grade abilities or lower; for crimson-ranked abilities, the system needs several more updates.]

'That's right; now improving something of that caliber is impossible, but the important thing is that there's a possibility... it's incredible.'

[Host... do you forget what I said at the beginning? I'm a reprogrammable and evolutionary system, if I'm capable of modifying my secondary functions like the store and gacha, how could I not modify the abilities you obtain from me?]

'That's true; it makes sense...' Allen crossed his arms.

[+ New function: editing of terms and names of blue-grade or lower abilities and items]

'What's that?'

[As its name suggests, you can rename any skill, object, or term used by the system if you don't like it]

'Can I change the names of basic abilities? For example, "Danger Sense," I don't like the name...'

[How do you want to rename the skill?]

(A/N: Suggestions? I know most will say "Spider-Sense" from Spider-Man)

'I don't know; I'll think about it.'

[+ Improved system for measuring statistics]

[Increased variety of items in chests and expanded stock in stores]

'Great!'

[+ Improved navigation system and added a danger meter: now you can know how dangerous it is where you're going before crossing a door]

Well, it's not the compass I was looking for, but it'll warn me if there's another Doomsday behind the door before I cross it.

...

"That bitch! How dare she betray me?!" Harry shouted furiously in the interrogation room when he was informed of the new charges against him.

"Calm down, Harry," said Norman was beside him, trying to control his son, but Harry got up and threw his chair against the wall.

George entered and subdued Harry without charging what Norman yelled; this must have given satisfaction to the man.

"Leave my son right now!"

"Shut up, Osborn! You can't order me anything! You can't donate enough money for me to ignore the law!" George shouted as the lawyer advised Norman not to intervene. Allen turned off the camera after enjoying Harry's rage for a while.

The time had come to leave the police station. Allen and MJ were leaving together, while Gwen would return with her father.

"See you tomorrow, Allen~" the blonde girl smiled as she bid farewell. Even though she didn't show it, she felt a bit embarrassed. Despite all the craziness of the day, she couldn't ignore Allen's clear hints.

Gwen was happy, so much so that she could scream, but at the same time, she was scared. Their relationship as friends was incredible, and she was sure it would never end, but would it be the same as a couple?

Allen noticed Gwen's nervousness and unabashedly leaned in to kiss her on the cheek, causing her to freeze as if her brain had short-circuited.

Allen chuckled lightly and proceeded to pat her head. "Don't pressure yourself, Gwen... it's not like I'll disappear tomorrow or change my mind. Take your time."

Gwen nodded, her expression blank.

MJ laughed teasingly. "Gwen, you're unexpectedly cute~"

"Shut up..." Gwen snapped out of her daze, looking at MJ with a red face and a hint of annoyance.

"Relax, I don't want you to hit me like that cheerleader," MJ raised her hands in surrender.

"Well, see you, Gwen." Allen hugged her, and she squirmed in his arms before accepting it and resting her head on Allen's chest.

Allen and MJ said their goodbyes and started walking silently through the streets. The atmosphere between them was tense.

Allen had already noticed that his lovely redhead was having some trouble and acting strange.

"MJ?" Allen took Mary Jane's hand, and she stopped walking.

"Allen..." her serious and concerned gaze immediately fixated on Allen with her beautiful blue eyes.

Allen smiled uncomfortably. "... Did you already see it?"

It was only a matter of time before Mary Jane, one of his oldest fans, found out about everything that had happened.

Allen never intended to hide anything from MJ; she just had the misfortune of not being able to see Allen's latest streams.

She missed the first one where Allen encountered the Joker because she was asleep and exhausted. She missed the second stream because the police and the media prevented it. But in the end, she watched Allen's past streams at the police station and found out everything.

Allen knew he would have to talk to her about many things, so considering their intimate relationship, he told her everything except about the system, including Wednesday's existence.

"Let me get this straight: you got the blessing from a mysterious being to travel to the DC world? When you fulfill their task of collecting mystical destiny crystals, they will reward you with supernatural powers and money."

"Yes."

"At the same time, you couldn't cancel the debt with Rozen Maiden, and you're obliged to pay them... also, one of those sex dolls came to life."

"Well, it didn't come to life; Wednesday Addams' soul involuntarily reincarnated into the sex doll."

MJ glanced at Wednesday Addams on Allen's shoulder with amazement. She had seen her there before but hadn't paid attention. Wednesday looked expressionless at MJ but didn't say anything, closing her eyes.

"Excuse her attitude... what am I saying? She's Wednesday Addams; I should know her personality by now, Scarlet-chan~."

Mary Jane wasn't too concerned about Allen's content, but she was obsessed with watching all his videos and streams. MJ felt embarrassed. She couldn't deny she was somewhat of an involuntary Geek/Otaku.

"That doesn't matter!" Embarrassed, MJ tried to change the subject. "Is she the real Wednesday?!"

"If you want, I can demonstrate my extensive experience in biopsies with you..." Wednesday said in a cold and threatening tone, even though she did so in the form of a plush, so it wasn't terrifying at all.

"No thanks, I believe you, Wednesday..." MJ felt a strange mix of chills and cuteness. She didn't know whether to run away or hug the mini Wednesday plush.

MJ glanced at Allen for a moment and couldn't help feeling sorry for making her worry. Allen hugged the red-haired girl carefully.

MJ melted in his arms as she calmed down. She hugged Allen, and both remained that way while passersby glanced at them.

It was inevitable for MJ to be scared. Unlike Allen's troll chat, MJ cared for Allen at a more intimate level. She didn't want to see him fighting against apocalyptic monsters.

Allen agreed as well. The Doomsday incident was a special case, akin to being at level one and suddenly dropping to floor one hundred of a dungeon.

"I'll be more careful and only go to places I can handle. Don't worry, Jane. With all I'll earn from these recent streams, I won't have to risk too much for money. It will be enough to pay off my debt."

[Host, about that...]

...

Allen was on the ground, kneeling as he looked at his interface.

[+ 2,909 credits left, barely less than three thousand credits.]

"System, I used to see over a hundred thousand credits that kept growing, and that was before Doomsday. What happened to all that money?"

[Host... I'm sorry. It seems that DC Comics was preparing to sue you and take down your content from the platforms due to the misuse of their brand and the rapid virality it gained. So, to prevent that from happening, I paid the copyright fees for the Justice League and several other things.]

"Don't mess with me! DC is real, so why do I have to pay copyright fees?!" Allen slammed the ground while MJ comforted him by rubbing his back. She didn't know the whole context, but she understood that Allen was still broke.

[Yes, the DC Comics in this world doesn't have rights over another world, but many people here either don't know that or refuse to believe it. And the content creation platforms have their strict rules.]

Allen calmed down and got up from the ground. "Wait, wasn't there an anti-restriction function? How can they erase my content?"

[That function prevents live streams from being blocked, but external content like clips and videos are not protected. Unfortunately, what generates the most credits for you right now are your viral clips.]

"Don't worry, we can deal with this together." MJ gave him her unconditional support. She was willing to work extra hours to help him pay off his debt.

Allen felt his heart warm seeing MJ's determined look. They weren't married, but she was willing to weather storms and thunders with him.

Allen smiled affectionately and kissed the girl's forehead. "Thanks, MJ."

[The host is still drowning in debt...]

"Don't ruin the mood! I hope this bad luck rewards me with Gwen's acceptance or an Iridescent Chest." Allen yelled, annoyed, but then walked hand in hand with MJ, forgetting his anger.

It's hard to stay upset when you have a beauty in your arms. Upon reaching his apartment, Allen carried MJ like a princess to bliss but then removed all her clothes to enjoy their love properly.

MJ's moans were heard throughout the night as the redhead was ravaged by the white beast.

The downstairs neighbor cursed Allen, calling him a sexual beast. The reaction of Mrs. Collins is unknown when she hears more than one woman screaming Allen's name in the future. But it will surely be amusing.

...

In a place far, far away from Earth, there was an imposing, shining, and incredible castle. In this place lived beings who called themselves gods. On Earth, these gods were associated with Norse mythology.

- Thor, the god of thunder

- Loki, the god of lies

- Odin, the Allfather god.

These are some widely known gods in legends. And by luck or misfortune, in the world where Allen was born, these gods were real and existed in this land filled with living legends called Asgard.

Inside the imposing castle, an old man in golden armor, white hair, a beard, and an eye patch looked disapprovingly at his son. He was the great Odin, the father of everything.

"You let your enemies enter your home and steal your things without any punishment?!" exclaimed a young, long-haired blond with a red cape and a hammer at his waist.

"And you decided to kill them all by yourself, Thor?!"

"Father, the Frost Giants hate us! They always have! They're just gathering power, waiting for you to weaken so they can attack us. We must eliminate them!"

"I won't exterminate an entire race just because a group of thieves entered here!"

"You've grown weak, Father. You're foolish, old, and cowardly!" said Thor, feeling a whirlwind of emotions.

"Thor..." Odin closed his eyes and felt he had made a mistake with his son. "Thor Odinson, you have disappointed me! You're arrogant, unworthy of being a ruler! I banish you from Asgard!"

"Father?!"

"And by my father and my father's father, I take away your powers!" thundered the Allfather, a sound that shook the Nine Realms. In that moment, a god as legendary as Thor lost his powers.

Thor was absorbed by the Bifrost without a chance to speak and was sent far from Asgard.

Odin looked at Thor's hammer, Mjölnir, and whispered, "Whosoever holds this hammer, if they are worthy, shall possess the power of Thor." Odin also threw the hammer through the Bifrost and proceeded to sit down.

"Son..." With an irresistible sleep, Odin fell into a deep slumber.

"Hehehe, everything turned out better than I expected..."

Loki, the god of lies, laughed from the side. He witnessed all the events from start to finish without surprise because everything had been part of his plan.

Loki approached the sleeping Odin. "Lies, it was all lies. I was a better son than Thor, but I never had a chance to be your heir because I'm not your son..." Loki looked at his father with displeasure and pain and turned away. A group of royal guards entered and aimed their weapons at Loki.

"Bastard, stay away from the Allfather!"

"Don't move..." With just a few words from Loki, all the Asgardian guards stopped without understanding why.

Loki turned and walked to the exit.

"I almost forgot, take your own lives," said the god of lies before leaving.

The guards, trained for millennia to defend the Allfather, pointed their weapons at their throats in desperation, unable to stop, and committed suicide.

Loki teleported to another place. He observed the Destroyer armor, which was one of the most powerful weapons in Asgard.

It's said that if Odin were to use it, he could even face several Celestials at the same time.

Loki is strong, Loki has always been strong, but his nature is cowardly and cautious, which is why he always chooses to hide his powers. Teleportation and mind control are just some of his abilities.

===

"Author's Note: I know you've already noticed, but I'm mixing the live-action movies with the comics. Firstly, it's an insult how weak the characters are in the live-action. I mean, it took seven Celestials to stop Odin with that armor. Thor can now pray to Stan Lee because he can't even joke about beating that thing.

===

I noticed there are many doubts in the comments.

There won't be any Yuri, and yes, I consider excessive intimacy as Yuri. I don't like it and never will. It's already rare that I let the girls hug in my fics. I chose the cover at random, and it represents nothing more than the first two waifus :3
