A kiss that intensified the passion made all logical thought cut from both minds, after a long time, their bodies separated between gasps and heavy breathing.

Artoria was the first to emerge from the daze and look at Allen's face, she used her hand to touch his cheek with a tender caress. Then, after a moment, she stopped, and the softness of her face disappeared, and her calm, almost expressionless gaze, returned, which Allen had already become accustomed to.

"Don't stay too long in the shower," she said before leaving Allen.

Allen left the bathroom after ten minutes; his intimate moment with Artoria left him stunned. His mind was plunged into deep reflection, not understanding if everything had been real.

Allen remembered Artoria's gaze, she had a kind smile and a warm, almost maternal attitude. Allen stopped for a moment in the hallway and looked out the window at the clear sky. Allen felt he should talk to her properly; however, he received a call from Ivy asking for his help in signing several documents.

Allen sighed and decided to deal with this issue calmly. He didn't need to rush; sooner or later, the truth would come out.

...

Allen found Donna in the kitchen, she seemed depressed. It's not that Allen disliked the girl; she just had trouble controlling her emotions, often ending up doing stupid things.

Allen sighed and sat on the couch.

"Donna, how about you join me and tell me a little about your life?"

Donna was in shock, seeing this, and looked around, hoping someone would scold her or something similar. Seeing that no one did, she jumped onto Allen and sat on him. Allen decided to accept her actions; Donna seemed like a child in Santa's lap and proceeded to tell Allen about her life with the Teen Titans.

Allen laughed to hear that Robin was in a wheelchair for some reason and had taken a little break from his heroic life.

"It seems Beast Boy had no mercy hahaha."

"Master?~" Donna didn't understand Allen's laughter, but she was glad to see her master happy, she snuggled against him like a spoiled cat.

...

The next day, Allen went to Tony's mansion on the coast, a huge house with giant windows. 'I'll never understand why people like these kinds of houses... they give a sense of lacking privacy'.

Of course, in this place, there shouldn't be jealous or gossiping neighbors investigating if you're having relations with models in your living room.

When he reached the door, a familiar voice was heard. – Good morning, Mr. Walker.

"Hi, Jarvis," Allen replied with a smile. Many people have reserved opinions about AIs; however, Jarvis, who is Tony's Alfred, is more than an artificial intelligence. As far as Allen is concerned, Jarvis is a better person than many others.

The automatic doors opened, and Allen entered the house. "Luxury" was the first word that came to Allen's mind, imported furniture, probably designer. Art paintings and a couple of sculptures that probably cost more than his apartment in New York.

*Allen's POV*

Extravagance and the need to show it to others, this house is Tony being Tony. I went down the stairs to Tony's workshop; despite it being the first time in his house, I feel like I've been here more times, which is both an unpleasant and intriguing feeling.

Tony was in the middle of a bunch of armor holograms, it looked like he was designing a new armor.

"Hi, Tony, I thought you'd focus on the Prime model?" I said with a half smile trying to tease him.

"Capable of analyzing, copying, adapting, and improving the technology and features of other armors, Prime is simply a work of art..."

Tony took a holographic piece and only another one, then an error message appeared.

"Ehh, I guess modesty will never be your thing," I shook my head and walked to his minibar, taking a couple of beers. "I guess it has a 'but' in your statement." I threw a beer at Tony, who took it while sighing.

"If I'm honest, I feel like I skipped many years of work; I don't have enough resources to make a satisfactory version of Prime."

"What kind of resources?"

Tony looked at me in silence, his eyes conveyed wanting to say something but he didn't in the end.

"Energy, I don't have an energy source to provide for Prime satisfactorily. I've invented five versions of the Reactor Arc, but they weren't able to power the armor."

I looked at a row of armor on the back wall, in the middle was an armor that floated in pieces, almost seeming alive, It's Prime.

My gaze returned to Tony again. "Why hadn't you mentioned it?"

Tony scratched his head and took off his holographic glasses. "I know you can solve my problem, maybe with some magic crystal or something like that, but what's the use if I can't reproduce the energy? I can't depend on you every time I need it, so I thought I should create another power source myself."

We remained silent for a while until Tony finished his beer and threw the can in the trash can, although he failed miserably. I laughed at that, and then a robotic arm picked up the can and instead of throwing it away, it gave it to Tony.

"If you hadn't saved my life already, I would have thrown you out!"

Tony got angry, but this improved his mood. We went to the top of his house; he changed into a suit and we both got into his car heading to the highway.

*End of POV*

...

Allen and Tony are a striking duo so it will be hard not to make a scene when they see them, but Allen has already mentally prepared himself for it.

"Ready to fly to Monaco?" Tony asked Allen as he drove at high speed.

Allen, who was relaxed eating peanuts, turned to Tony confused.

"What do you mean, Monaco? You didn't say anything about that?"

Allen had imagined that Tony would take him to a local race or perhaps something in another state, not that they would fly to France.

"Tony, I'm a family man, I can't just disappear to another country as if nothing."

"Ehhh, is that your excuse? You've been to other worlds every week. I'm not a geography teacher, but that's farther than France!" Tony complained.

"Fine, let's go to France, damn it," Allen relented.

"Hahaha, I'm glad you understand, though before that, I need to swing by Congress," Tony said.

"Huh? Why?" Allen asked.

"It's nothing; the government wants my technology, and I'm facing a trial for refusing," Tony explained.

"What the heck! That's bad!" Allen exclaimed.

"Nah!"

...

Tony arrived at his trial in a flashy manner, while Allen saw hundreds of reporters as if this were some sort of movie premiere.

"Tony, I don't think my presence here is favorable for you," Allen remarked.

"Nonsense, just play along!" Tony smiled and stepped out of the sports car. Allen pondered for a moment, seeing that he was dressed casually, and felt it wasn't appropriate, so he used the system to change his outfit to a suit.

The crowd greeted Tony with cheers and cameras, but when the passenger door opened and someone else stepped out, everything fell silent.

Allen emerged wearing a black suit with a red tie, and Clown Crown had transformed into a trench coat.

"Maybe it wasn't a good idea to bring you along," Tony said, his ego clearly bruised.

"Don't worry," Allen replied, taking out sunglasses from his coat and putting them on. "I understand it's hard to get attention with me around, hehe."

"Whatever you say, Madonna, hahaha."

Both entered the venue, the Superman Court of Justice, a group of judges selected to determine whether Tony should be forced to relinquish his technology or not.

This is a serious issue because it goes against the guaranteed freedom that has greatly developed the country. Forcing an entrepreneur to give up his technology? The economic repercussions of such a thing are immense.

Upon entering the courtroom, which should have been filled with malice and many mixed interests, there was a universal sigh of surprise, and the cameras focused on Allen, overshadowing the original purpose of this trial.

"Order in the court!" the chief judge observed Allen sternly, hiding any nervousness, as more armed men discreetly entered the room. "Before we proceed with the session, we need to clarify the purpose of your presence, Allen Walker."

"Hm?"

Allen was confused by the sudden change in atmosphere, as he looked around the VIP area, sensing the palpable nervousness of those present.

"Allen," Tony grabbed Allen's shoulder and nodded, then addressed the attendees, "Don't worry about him; we're just passing through and intend to go to Monaco."

"Mr. Anthony Stark, do you understand the gravity of this trial?" the judge asked.

"Bah, the military wants my armor because they feel insecure, I know, but it's not going to happen," Tony replied.

Teeth grinding could be heard from several high-ranking uniformed officers. However, half of the attention was still on Allen.

A man approached the chief judge and whispered something to him.

"Mr. Walker, could you please stop streaming..." the judge said.

Almost reflexively, Allen had begun streaming the trial of Tony, not giving it much thought; he usually started a stream when he felt something was worth showing.

"Oh, I thought this was a public trial judging by the cameras," Allen's response took everyone by surprise, as he admitted to streaming it, even though there were no cameras, drones, or anything else around Allen. How he streams is one of the great mysteries.

Allen shrugged, "I can stop my streaming, but you must explain if there are reasons to do so. Is there something you don't want to be seen?"

Judges are the highest authority figures in law enforcement, and they don't fear judging even the president. However, the elderly judge couldn't help but feel intimidated by Allen's presence; he didn't get paid enough to argue with the monster in front of him. The judge ended up allowing the stream.

The trial began by presenting Tony's armors as a national threat, with videos of his confrontations against mutants and villains of all kinds.

Allen was surprised that Tony had faced so many villains; in fact, his world was like DC, a truth that no one wanted to accept.

Tony intervened, saying that the destruction was not intentional but rather aimed at stopping dangerous criminals.

"Just look at that guy, he can literally create plasma by breathing," Tony said, showing a video of a guy with Asian features who destroyed part of a building.

That villain was named Solar Flare, like a steroid version of Pyro. Allen noticed the intense hatred in his eyes; it seemed he hated the country.

The counterattack to Tony's argument expressed their concern that technology is more global, and mutant power is unique.

"Your Honor, no one questions Mr. Stark's contributions to justice; however, he is just one man, unable to be everywhere at once. With his technology, we could arm an army to face threats to the world," they argued.

Allen frowned at the audacity of these individuals.

===

– Damn, I had no idea this was happening! D:

– Wtf, do they want an army of Ironmen? o_O

– Sure, like they wouldn't think of using that army for anything other than harassing mutants!

– Allen, don't let that happen, it could spark a war!

Gilgamesh – I see... The peace of your time is based on the balance of power. An army with that man's armor would indeed make everyone feel threatened and push the world into war.

The Emperor – Only humanity united is strong enough to thrive in the future... if I were you, I would unify humanity under my rule.

Athena – Are you casually suggesting a massacre?

The Emperor – The entire history of humanity has been a constant shedding of blood. That period of peace you live in is temporary; the time will come when humanity will self-destruct. Only unification is the way out of that, without borders, without countries, simply humanity under the same banner...

Athena – That would be...

Gilgamesh – I see, you're right in that sense, however, Allen would never do it... on one hand, he doesn't seem like the type of king to sit on a throne, and on the other, I don't see him causing millions of deaths.

Tony remained confident throughout, but when it was Justin Hammer's turn to speak, he focused on selling weapons and developing new ones, like Tony before his reformation.

They argued that it was only a matter of time before other countries developed similar technology. At that moment, Tony laughed and hacked a screen to display all the famous technology developments; several attempts in different locations passed until Justin Hammer himself appeared on the screen with a prototype suit. Unfortunately, the screen went blank in the middle of Tony's presentation, and the signal couldn't be recovered.

Tony had a plan to demonstrate that the world's current technology was a couple of decades away from reaching his level and that it was best that only he had similar technology for now. But that plan fell apart with the signal blockade.

Tony was baffled that someone could do that; unfortunately, the judge showed no mercy and decided to proceed with the trial. Tony no longer looked calm.

Allen saw the development and he understood that someone had screwed with Tony.

Then they tried to discredit Tony's actions, regardless of whether he had risked his life. They accused him of endangering civilians, of being unable to control his arrogant attitude and many other things.

Allen stepped forward with a determined look, he could no longer stand by, so he took out a portfolio from his inventory and addressed the audience, interrupting everything.

"Your Honor, refrain from making accusations without evidence against my client!" Allen said with a powerful presence.

Allen, who had observed from a distance, made his way through the crowd like Moses and sat next to Tony.

"Hey, since when are you a lawyer?" Tony asked, bewildered.

"Since now," Allen whispered in response, causing Tony's eyes to almost pop out of their sockets.

"Don't worry, Tony, I have no fucking clue about laws, but I have something that compensates for it: A lot of willpower!" Allen assured with a big smile, Allen adapts legally like a Mahoraga.

"I'm dead," Tony replied with a vacant look at Allen's confidence.
