Striking a deal again

Ruby didn't know that the fated meeting between the male and female lead was happening right after her departure.

She was still in her car driving at full speed. Like a crazy person would be, she cut through the road while honking. The people around couldn't help but curse her angrily.

Ruby hunched her back and laughed. This has been one way to purge the stress out of her mind. Whenever she sat in the fast-moving car like this, she would always feel time slow down, or instead, she had slowed down, pausing at one spot.

Her mind regained its calmness. Her spirit was being charged. Her soul was refreshed.

Ruby felt this was the best time to think about life.

As long as she didn't see the King of Yama on this journey home, life will always get better.

Ruby didn't want to work the same job she did in her previous life. It was too boring and dangerous.

Even though she was good at it, she can't afford to dangle her life right now as she got a couple of precious baggage lying around her feet.

That being said, she also didn't have any expertise in other fields.

Ruby grabbed the brake and did a little drift around the corner. A lot of young men who saw it was impressed and they whistled in excitement.

Ruby had no other choice. She just had to find a similar job.

Ruby desperately stomped on the gas pedal and blazed her way on a dark night.

Though, thirty minutes later she found herself sitting at a police station with a befuddled look, as though the police were making a mistake. Catching the wrong person.

Guy: "....."

This little sister is taunting him to teach her a lesson.

Ruby tilted her head docilely. Her aura was mellow and her expression was soft like a bunny.

Even if Guy wanted to do something, he had to fight against his conscience with all his might because Ruby was just too cute.

Her slender, beautiful hands clap together at her back. She inched forward to Guy, before blinking sweetly.

"I'm sorry, Big Brother."

Guy gathered himself and sternly scold her, "What are you doing? How can you drive like that?"

"You just got out from the hospital and now you are already like this. Do you want to be carried like a dead man to the morgue?"

'He sure can joke', thought Ruby.

"That's not it."

"Then what? You-."

"Wait wait!"

There was no end to this guy's scolding. After a few words, Ruby was beyond tired.

Ruby shot through the point, "Brother, do you want to make a deal with me?"

Guy's eyes chilled for a second. He calmly raised his eyebrows. "I'm listening."
