It's seems i still can't learn skills with leveling up but this down side is fliped up by the first effect so that nothing to worry about.
More ever the second effect let me use equipments regardless of level but that's only the surface the more important part is can use any type of weapon regardless of class this means that I can be a mage at the same time a swords master and then assassin!!
this class has infinite potential!!!
As for the last effect, it's even more overpowered!! One had to know that the higher the efficiency the higher your damage to that specific weapon and higher it's effect is when used but the down side is that to accumulate proficiency one had to focus all his time to achieve great results so it's really time consuming so most people only focus on one weapon but with the help of my class effect i can shorten the time needed!!!
But why did my talent activate?
