Gavin looks like one of those hot CEOs from the sexy, romance novels she reads to indulge herself with dopamine. His reality is, however, completely different. The cameras brought some peace of mind. Once they were installed and the charges were paid, she went back to her regular life. She cleaned her house, cooked, and then worked. She had stopped living a regular life lately, given her dedication to the new twists in her story and her somewhat unstable love life. Now, she was going to restart everything.
Come to think of it, she had restarted a couple of times in the last couple of months. It was fine by her, at least she was still alive. Still had not faded away, still in people's minds. She was alive just like every other person in the town. It was enough motivation for her to restart. If possible, she would restart her life every day.
When she called Oliver, she told him about her newfound enthusiasm for life. "You know how cute you are?" Oliver said, with an obvious hint of affection in his tone.
