Villain 06 - The Other Choice

After completing my castle building and facilities, I continue on my region reform by focusing the inner sanctuary of my city first. I started to perform the transmutation ritual in the most important area, the apartments for housing, in the first district. The inner sanctuary divide by four district. The first area, which I mentioned, is the very place for the accommodation of my citizens. The first district position is the west side of the Yggdrasil complex front door. I decided to transmute the modern designed apartments with 4 rooms, with 30 story building. I transmute about 30 block of apartments, and leave some area for future apartment buildings. I estimated that the apartment can hold about more that 100 thousand peoples at most, so I will not build anymore until the limit reached. Of course, there will be lot of empty houses today, but the slaves that been brought by Eliza will coming soon and filling those empty houses. The building design is based on One Hyde Park apartment, London, which cost $2 billion in the Earth.

Not to forget, I connected the water and electricity supplies from the dam into the building. The sewer systems also been completed with ease to make sure the clean and healthy life in this place. I also transmute the furniture and electrical applicants for them in the house. There are also the self service laundry room and recreation place like Swimming Pool, Sun Deck, Gymnasium, Sauna and Spa and also Private Balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment is high class and very luxury one, made for my people, that become the 'chosen' one.

The last but not least, I prepared the elevators for the dwellers here, so the people that been placed on the higher floor can wipe out their worries. Fire alarm and all the prevention equipment also included in the building. The area of the residents complete with roads, lights and everything that become necessities for the citizens. There are also public transportation, the monorail in the future, but I will transmute it after completing the city first. I will introduce the automatic public bus, for smoother and easy for my people to travel in this place.

I only need one day, no, a few hours to complete the first district. Even though I have to transmute those tall building, but to compare with my castle, it's like the Earth and Heaven. Furthermore, I even have plenty of Mana and didn't need to use my skill to support the transmutation. I didn't continue to transmute the second district because I have to instruct my executives to make sure all the slave and worker could settle in this place. I also need clear up the other area so I can transmute the other place without any difficulty.

The transfer process take quite long time as they need to be registered and arranged for the house that they will designed. I let Ximena and others to manage those task while I taking my time resting and watching the procedure. Actually, I wanted to learn about the women who make my feeling irritating, even though this is the first time I met her yesterday. After waiting the report, I have learn something about her.

Her name is Su Meimei, a ex-maid and an abandon wife of Baron Gong, a puny noble in the East Continent country that called Wibane. Her husband has to support his legal wife with two sons and one daughter, and two of his mistresses, with three sons and two daughters. After dinner, I ask Ximena to arrange the meeting, face to face with her, in order to learn about her. I need to get known her well, as to calm my irritated feeling. She told about her son, that matured early that his age. She left his son in the hand of her relative, and work here. She mention that her son always been hated and bullied by his own family, but his son life doesn't turn worse as he been supported by his childhood friends. As expected, my irritated feeling are related to her title. As villain, we have a special trait, the hatred emotion that react to 'hero' title or relative. I made the right choice not to bully her. Well, I sleep with her as our agreement and coincidentally knock her up and make her the forth mother of my child in the way. Later on, after discussing with Meimei about her future plan here and having breakfast together, I continue the transmutation process, creating the military base at the second district. This military base including the barrack, airport and the army quarters. There are also the storage for the weaponry and army assets that I loot from the Earth. I ransack the Drug Cartel militarily base and manage to grab plenty of tank, rifle, and soldier equipment. Not only that, the terrorist base also become victim of mine as I manage to gather lot of assets that can be compared to second world military might country. The airport included in the facilities, to place my helicopters, fighting jets and commercial airplanes, all are from the bad guys properties.

For the special defense, Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar, abbreviated C-RAM or Counter-RAM, is a set of systems used to detect and/or destroy incoming rockets, artillery, and mortar rounds in the air before they hit their ground targets, or simply provide early warning have been created by me. There are also the Iron Beam and Iron Doom place in the strategic place to make sure the military base been secured and strong against the enemy. Some might said this is quite extravaganza, but the weapon still can't compete with the higher lever cultivators in the battle. At least, it will give some time for the main military unit, the Valkyrie to prepare for the city defense. As additions, there are hundreds of Rapier Batteries have been place, and will be added more in the future.

Because of the complicated designs, the transmutation work need about 10 hours of effort to complete it. The building area controlled by the main core, Mai, but the job will be given to other A.I after the full installment of the city core. By the way, the Valkyrie units station will be located here, so there also the special quarters for them here, complete with their special facilities and daily necessities. I miss out the lunch time to transmute those buildings, but managed to finish it before dinner.

Next day, I begun my transmutation procedure, creating a Academic City in third district. This city will focus on all form of knowledge exist in this world, plus the scientific research and technologies that been imported from Earth into here by me. The boarding facilities for the orphans and the slaves also prepared for them, and can hold about 100 thousand students in one time.

As the city's name suggests, it is a city of several schools and institutions of higher learning from kindergarten to university level that learn side-by-side along with the scientists who research on Alchemist, cultivator powers, arts, cultures and higher technology, the latter being one of the primary reasons for its establishment. It is now the most advanced city in this world in my opinion and its technology surely to be far ahead of this world. Academy City is composed of 30 presints, which each presint represent their special trait like Art School, Alchemist Academy and so on.

I also will introduce the data systems and computerize library, in order to make the learning more smoother and attractive. The educators and scholars that hired by Eliza already begging me to be part of this education reformation. I even asked Eliza to introduce the economic school in order to create more businessman for the prosperity of this region. The process to create the academic city not as long as the military base, but the usage of mana quite high because of the difficulty.

The last district of inner sanctuary, the Recreation Park, near the dam behind the main entrance of the Yggdrasil Complex have been created by my alchemist ability in the fifth days of the city development. I build ten type of theme park, the hot springs, the large garden, the zoo (the exotic animals around the world - in progress), sport center (in progress) and public library (focus on the creative novels - in progress). My people can enjoy their holiday (once a week for adult, and weekend holiday for students plus the new year holiday for all) here and release their tension and pressure on their study or work. I'm not black company, and doesn't treat my slaves like the usual treatment that they have in this world.

The six day of the reformation of my city begun with the business district that located opposite from the main entrance of Yggdrasil complex, out side the inner district. This place is the largest place for outer sanctuary, among the other eight area. This district will open to outsider, mainly for the trader and merchant. I created a magnificent city in this place, focus on the trading and market like the Fiery City, but more modern and high tech. The place also complete with hotels and any facilities that needed by the merchant and trader here. The place also become new HQ for the EA company owns by Eliza, my cousin. I can see that she like a goldfish looking to her new playground, but after that saying, "I can't be shocked anymore..."

Next to the business district is the warehouses and storage for the supplies and products. It's fully manage by automation robotic systems, complete with freezer and preservation place. The food product that been produce in the region for the exports will be placed here. Same for the imported, those product will be store here for quality check.

The next district that I develop is the new town for the Hobbit tribe. The village that I establish for helping Nancy will be sold to other lower noble in my father city, while those villagers will transferred her with all the technologies that I introduce to them. The hobbit village well known as the board game equipment maker and mayonnaise producer, now will operate their specialty in the new town that I create for them. However, I had to stop Nancy to meet her family in meantime, but promise her that the encounter will happened after I succeeding establish this nation. At that night, we having beast like sexual activities.

The ninth days of my sim like city building, I transmuted the Industrial and Production Factory section. This place using the high tech and Eco-friendly for industrial, producing many type of things, but will not starting the operation until the man-power gathered.

Beside the industrial section is the Dwarfs Village, that I planned for them in the future. Aside from smiting and crafting facilities, it's also complete with brewery factory, as attraction for those fellow. I will begin the negotiation with them using my dwarf slaves as the medium.

Opposite the backside of the Yggdrasil complex, the smallest area in outer sanctuary, is the place called the waste management. This is the place to manage the water waste treatment that be connected to whole area in this region. I wanted this place clean to avoid any pandemics or health risk situation.

The twelfth days, I transmuting the three area straight. the plantation area, livestock farm and fishery place. All of the area will using the modern technique and with the help of new biotech research. However, all the plant and animal that involve in this agriculture plans are this world species.

The ninth area, the finally one for the outer sanctuary is the housing place for the all nine area. Unlike the housing area in inner sanctuary, the apartment here is ordinary one, but still comfort and having the modern facilities. The place lack of luxuries, but complete with the necessities. This is not double standard, but my inner sanctuary peoples are mostly being my slaves and deserve my attention.

The last day of my hard work plans, I completed the light rail transit systems as the public transportation. There are three railway system connected in the main station at the business district, the outer sanctuary. The first railway connected the four districts in the Inner Sanctuary. The second railway connected the nine areas in outer sanctuary. The last railway connected from the main station to the palace building, in the 41th floor of the Yggdrasil complex. This railway for the VVIP, the executives, ministers and all the king event related person.

I managed to complete before the dateline. I only have three days before my exam. The three weeks day off are quite short for me but luckily my gigantic mana and ability manage to complete my new region. In the day 15, I teaches all my personnel who tho conduct the vehicles that I already change the engine and control systems using alchemy. I wanted them to transfer more people into my city. In night time, I arrange the party to celebrate our city with the snacks and drinks that I brought from the Earth.

I enjoy my life for next two days, before returning to the academy.
