A Regular Day.

''Wake up Amila! You've got school! Or you will be late!'' After shouting from downstairs, her mom made her way to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Amila however was unbothered by the shout of her mom. But then hearing a loud sound of opening the door, she opened her eyes and, ''Wake up and get ready fast or be late!'' Rev said holding a glass of water, walking towards her. She looks at him coming towards her, so she quickly took the glass of water and poured the water to her beautiful red & white mix, rose plant.

''If you want to want to water the plant yourself every time like this, then why do you always ask me to bring water?'' Rev asked his just awoke sister.

"Just because'', she said simply.

"You are unbelievable.''

Saying that he exited her room and Amila goes to the bathroom to freshen up. She looks in the mirror and smiles remembering her friends. Yeah! She loves her friends a lot! After getting ready she heads to the kitchen and gave a quick back-hug to her mother.

''Woke up? Sleepyhead.'' She said in a teasing tone.

''How can I sleep when you are there to wake me up!!''

''Okay, now have your breakfast!''

''Yes!!!''

Amila went to call her brother and father. After calling them to the dining room, they started having breakfast.

''Hey! Don't you dare take my strawberry today or else forget about your pastry.''

'"But can't you do this at least for your big sister?'' *pouting*

''Then can't you give your pastry to your lovely, cute, little brother?'' *Copying her by pouting*

''Eww...You look gross! Stop doing that.''

''Well you should know that I was just copying you.''

Amila and Rev finished their breakfast having a lovely quarrel! They went out with their father and bid their byes to their mother. Their mother then went inside the house to do her daily chores after seeing them off. While the siblings were cycling their way to the school, they both saw a cute little puppy, who was just following any stranger he saw. Amila looked at it and Rev knew what was coming so he decided to just pass her until she called him.

''Hey! How can you be so heartless? See him, he needs a home. And now you have to help me with him.''

''As long as mom and dad doesn't question me.''

''You really are my brother or what?''

''Shut up and do it, will ya?''

Amila then wasted no time and brought the puppy to herself. She looked at her brother and his eyes were sparkling after seeing the puppy. So she thought of teasing a bit...

''Looks like someone doesn't want to take you puppy, it's okay and it is all okayyyyy.. Cause I won't even give you to anyone'', she said taking the puppy into the basket of her cycle.

''Hey! How can you say that?!! I am the one helping you! So, I have full rights to carry him and of course I want him! Who said I don't want him? Huh?'', bursting it all out he glared at her, because now he was embarrassed because of her, he said it all.

''Bahahaha.. Okay, okay, I know you really love puppies, I was just teasing you. By the way I am not the only one who wants him, now, right?''

Rev was now speechless because he knew if he says no, then she wouldn't give him the puppy, so he nodded. Amila was happy cause now the puppy will be living with them and she has her brother to support her. Her parents don't like pets and according to them,

''Who is going to do their works?''

But now that the siblings have the dog with them and no one can separate their bond with the dog. After all that, they went to the school and kept the dog in the school canteen by requesting and begging the canteen keeper to keep the dog safe with her, and they will visit him as much as possible. Amila and Rev parted ways. He went to his classes after meeting up with his friends. Meanwhile, Amila was walking towards the stairs and was greeted by some students. She was quite famous too. When she was about to climb up the stairs, she saw a girl, not in the uniform, wearing a beautiful white, flowy frock, knee length. Her face was visible because she was standing a little bit facing Amila. Amila froze at her place, it was like she couldn't move at all. She was mesmerized by her beauty. She kept staring at her like she was a star who's lost in its own galaxy. Suddenly, the mysterious girl faced her and Amila flinched at her sudden movement.

''Hello! I am Livia'', said the girl with a honey like sweet voice, softly, moving towards the frozen girl.

''Umm, I am Amila'', said her being a little embarrassed because of the staring she did before.

Livia offered Amila a handshake and she gladly accept it.

''So what are you doing here?'' Pointing at the dress she was wearing because she was in the school...

''Nothing. I was just waiting for someone and watching the scenery after a long time..''

''Are you new here?''

''Kinda..! But I know this school very nicely.''

''So, Livia, wanna be friends with me?'' She asked pointing at herself, making Livia chuckle. Seeing her chuckle at her, kind of gave Amila a friendly vibe from her. And Livia accepted her friendship by saying, ''Friends''. Amila was happy that she made a lovely friend but she was cut-off from the feeling when suddenly, her another friend came.

''Hey! What are you doing?'' She asked Amila, weirdly, as if she just saw a ghost.

''Omi! When are you going to stop using that language of yours, huh?!'' Amila said to her jokingly...

''But why are you standing here?'', she again asked her.

''Of course I am talking with a friend, I just made'', Amila said to Omilia as Omilia thought she is just joking. Omilia is also a close friend of Amila since she transferred here, in this school.

''Oh! Then hello to you too. My friend's new friend'', she said at the space beside Amila and offered her hand. But to her surprise, she felt a little grip at her hand like she couldn't see it but she can feel it, as if someone was really giving her a handshake. She opened her eyes like a ball and took a look but found nothing other than air. She again looked at her hand and felt weird about it, soon enough to give her goosebumps all over her. The bell rang then indicating the students to go to their respective classrooms. Amila also bid her, Livia, a bye and soon was copied by Olivia too but laughing. Amila was confused at her behavior but shrugged off the feeling.
