New Quest.

"Okay then". I said.

To be sincere, it felt nice that two pretty ladies wearing bikinis were sitting close to me...one on my left, and one on my right.

Part of the plan was to discuss with at least one or two persons while at this pool, and I was already doing so.

"So, what is your name?". One of the ladies inquired.

Honestly, though the two ladies were pretty, one was prettier. And that was the one that just asked me this question, she had such a pretty face.

"My name is Casper...Casper Nithercott". I responded.

They nodded their heads a little, then I threw the same question at them...

"What of you guys, what are your names?".

"My name is Ivy". The one with the prettier face responded first, then the other one did, "My name is, Lucinda".

"Hmm, pretty names for pretty girls". I uttered.

..I noticed that they blushed a little the moment I said that.

Look at me flirting with pretty girls at the pool. Now, I'm sure the reason why they approached me was 'cause of how good I was at swimming and the fact that I was good-looking as well.

Would they still want to keep flirting with me if they knew I was a divorcee? That I wasn't sure of. But I don't care though, all I knew was that I was single now.

I came here to have fun...and as far as these girls want to keep conversing with me, I was gonna keep flirting with them.

"Thanks". The both of them voiced out in unison with smiles on their faces 'cause I appreciated their names and beauty.

..You know, girls like it when their beauties are appreciated.

I didn't stop drinking while conversing with them, I kept sipping my drink from time to time.

"So, are you single?". Ivy inquired of me.

I was sipping my drink when she asked that question, and I almost spit it out 'cause of shock. I wasn't expecting her to ask that question at all.

And from the look on Lucinda's face, I could tell she wanted an answer to that question as well. I couldn't help but to respond,

"Umm...yes, I'm single".

Truly, I was single, I wasn't lying. But I was hiding the fact that I got divorced recently and was a divorcee...

Well, it was my life, I can choose if I want to reveal it to someone or not. And in this case, I didn't want to reveal it. I know once I tell them, a lot of questions would follow suit.

..They'd most likely start bombarding me with lots of questions.

"But you've been in a relationship before, right?". Lucinda inquired.

"Yes, for sure". I responded.

"How would a handsome guy like him not have been in a relationship before?". Ivy uttered, she was referring to me.

And a smile couldn't help but to appear on my face the moment she made that utterance...I was truly a good-looking guy.

Now that they'd asked me this question, and I'd responded, I decided to throw back the question at them.

"So, what of you guys? Are you in a relationship currently or are you single?". I inquired of them.

"I'm single, haven't been in a relationship with any guy for a few years now". Ivy responded.

I was a little surprised by her response, how come she hasn't been in a relationship with anyone for years now with this pretty face? Well, it was possible though.

"I was in a relationship some months ago, but we broke up 'cause the relationship wasn't just working out. We had to go our separate ways". Lucinda responded.

..I nodded my head to her response, then I threw another question at them.

"So, are you guys friends?".

"Yes". They responded in unison.

"For how long?".

"For a few years now".

And that's how the conversation kept going. We sat there for minutes conversing about different things and about life itself.

And you know what? Ivy and I bonded more, I don't know why...guess 'cause she was the one that was prettier? And Lucinda started noticing it at some point.

It kept going like that until Lucinda stood up from the chair she was sitting on and walked away. And Ivy was calling her name trying to get the reason why she was leaving or if she'd come back, but she didn't respond.

..Ivy didn't seem to discern it, but I'd discerned the reason why she left.

The both of us were bonding more, she was feeling somehow left out in the conversation. And I couldn't help it, I just seem to bond more with Ivy.

After Lucinda walked away, Ivy stood up from the chair she was sitting on and was about to go after Lucinda to confirm the reason why she left...but I held her hand.

The moment I did so, she glanced at me, and I was like, "Where are you going?".

"My friend just walked away, I need to..."

I didn't even let her complete her utterance before saying,

"You'd do so later, for now, just sit down and let the conversation keep going".

I didn't want her to leave in the name of going after her friend, Lucinda. She might go and might not come back.

I know the reason why Lucinda left, and when she tells it to Ivy, she'd most likely not come back 'cause she wouldn't want to hurt her friend.

..And I was enjoying her companionship to the fullest.

She glanced in the direction Lucinda walked to, then she glanced at me once again before sitting down. But I saw that she was a little uneasy after sitting down 'cause she was still thinking about why Lucinda walked away.

And my aim now was to make her forget that and immerse herself in our conversation once again.

And was I able to accomplish that? Yes. As time passed, she became immersed in our conversation and forgot about Lucinda.

There was a lot of laughing and so on, and right now, it was already so late. People were already leaving the swimming pool one after the other.

Some people had been here hours before I arrived, many of them were already leaving.

"Can I get your number?". Ivy uttered to me as our conversation had already ended.

..I wasn't even expecting her to ask for my mobile number at all 'cause I wasn't planning to do so.

Yes, I liked her to an extent and enjoyed her companionship, but I didn't plan on taking things further. My mindset was, after our conversation here, then we'd have nothing to do with each other again.

But this one that she was asking for my number, does she want to take things further? Well, I see no harm in giving her my number, she was pretty.

I gave her my number, and she was like, 'Thanks' with a smile on her face. Then she stood up from the chair she was sitting on and walked away.

It was already late, I needed to leave this place just as people were already leaving it. Did I have fun? To the fullest. I swam, danced, drank, conversed with two pretty ladies though one later left remaining one with me.

And I also gave my number to the one that remained with me. I didn't regret coming here at all, and I planned on having more fun in the future.

I packed up making sure not to forget any of my belongings here before leaving. And getting outside, I boarded a cab that drove me straight to the hotel.

I was a little surprised by the quest 'cause I wasn't expecting to get it.

It's been two days since I visited the swimming pool to have fun, today was making it the second day, and I'd already gotten my second quest.

Now, there was something about this quest I hadn't gotten to understand. I had a clue what the quest was about, I wasn't a dullard.

But there were some things I didn't understand, and I planned on asking the system about it. I kept my phone on the bed very close to me, then I voiced out,

"I should help out two poor families?".
