Victoria and Kielazar
I walked to the training arena with Saya and Miyuna. They looked around extremely curious about the location. It looked exactly like the Lunia Arena, just only a bit smaller in size. As we entered the arena, we all heard clashing of weapons and cheering from the knights of Lunia.
"Kotome! Blow her away!" Kotome's boyfriend, Zekuu, cheered.
"You honestly think Kotome can beat Victoria?" Another knight said.
"W-What?!" Saya said.
"The secret is out huh? My personal assistant, is my strongest knight. Learning all three Ancient Blade Techniques and being part demon of the Shangri-La Clan." I said.
"How..." Saya looked at me.
"Go sit and watch the battle and you will understand." I gently pushed Saya and Miyuna forward.
They nodded and hurried off to find a seat and watched the battle. I stood up and folded my arms. Victoria weilded one of the strongest Lunar Arms I personally enhanced, Hades's Withering Blades. Two katanas that hold intense dark power. Her Swordplay is impressive in my standards, which are pretty high.
"I can't even hit her...and she isn't even moving." Kotome panted.
Victoria stood there with her eyes closed.
"What's with the hesitant moves...you wanted to spar with me.. don't back down now.." Victoria commanded.
Kotome tried to find an opening and slashed. Victoria perfect blocked the attack then Kotome landed on her feet then dashed off again, slashing once more. Victoria blocked the second attack, perfectly. Saya and Miyuna were in awe. Kotome was outmatched in speed and reaction time even with her Full Moon enhancement. The battle was so fast to them.
"Misery Blade: Manic Sakura." Victoria said and slashed faster than anyone could see then slid her katanas back into the scabbard and the purple and pink aura vanished.
Kotome fell to her knees and passed out. The knights cheered and Zekuu sighed. He clapped and smiled a bit. He respected his superior when it came to battling. I walked down the stairs and the arena grew quiet as they gazed upon me.
"Your Highness." A knight said.
I held a finger out and continued then picked Kotome up. Everyone grew nervous as they watched. Kotome grunted lightly as she responded to my action.
"You fought well.." I smiled gently at her.
"M-Mama... I'm sorry to have failed..even if it was sparring.." Kotome grunted and opened her eyes slowly.
"You shouldn't apologize for losing..you fought the battle to the end.." I said then walked over and sat her on the bench.
Victoria turned around and her eyes turned back to its normal brown color. I looked back at Victoria and nodded.
"You have all the strength you need, my knight..let us set out to the Lunia Arena." I said.
"As you wish, Your Highness." Victoria said.
Meanwhile at the Lunia Arena, King Zephyr sat in his reserved seat and waited for me to arrive. Kielazar stood patiently on the battlefield as the people chattered and waited for an appearance.
"She's late.." Zephyr said and looked at the time on the screen. "She must've had second thoughts..I don't blame her..none of her knights will even come close to Kielazar.."
"Well, it seems Queen Stella is late! And she only has 20 minutes left to appear before we count this as a forfeit!" The announcer said.
"Put the petal to the metal Haido!" I said.
"As you command, Stella." Haido shifted gears and stepped on the gas.
"S-So fast!" Miyuna said.
"We have 15 minutes left!" Saya panicked.
I looked out the window and glared. I was not losing to Zephyr like this. I was not gonna marry him! I do not want to marry the man who destroys lives!
"We are here! With 10 minutes to spare!" Haido said.
We all got out of the vehicle and ran. Victoria was faster than all of us and jumped over the stairs and we ran to our designated spots.
"Well since-" The announcer was interrupted by Victoria leaping into the sky.
Victoria's eyes turned into a blood red and she landed on one knee in front of Kielazar. The crowd was shocked and impressed. I slid in front of Zephyr and smirked.
"Hope you didn't think you won." I said.
Saya and Miyuna yelled as they tripped and fell to the ground out of breath. They both groaned and stood up slowly. Zephyr chuckled and laughed. Saya and Miyuna looked at Zephyr and took a step back.
"I see you've taken two citizens of my kingdom also? Well that's cute of you to take care of them.." He said.
"They came to my nation out of their own will, I had nothing to do with that." I said then walked over and sat in my seat. Saya and Miyuna hurried to me and took their seats.
"Well folks! We have a very important battle here! A battle that will decide the outcome of Lunia and Uphelia! They have decided to use their most powerful knights in their arsenal! From Uphelia we have Gabriela's Disciple and Student, Kielazar! From Lunia we have..huh?! Queen Stella's personal assistant?!" The announcer said.
"You're throwing the match?" King Zephyr mocked.
I didn't say a word, I just gave an ominous giggle. I looked at him and sighed softly. I turned back around and watched the match. Even the crowd was confused on why Victoria was battling. No one has seen her battle before, she has no battle records, no known history.
"Well in any case, we have our favorable, Victoria! How will this battle go down?!" The announcer hyped up the match.
"This match will end once one knight is unable to battle. Killing is not allowed. Are you both ready?" The ref said.
Victoria looked at Kielazar and got in a stance and a flame appeared where her horn would be. Kielazar summoned his sword. I spit out my water and coughed.
"W-What?!" I stood up. "Vesper Argentum?!"
"You didn't know? I managed to create a mock Lunar Blade, with the exact same perks and feats of YOUR blade. Your chances of winning are little to zero." King Zephyr laughed. "Plus his techniques he learned from Gabriela gives him an extra boost in his abilities. You might as well say you'll marry me right here, right now."
Miyuna and Saya gave an angry glare to Zephyr. I sat down and my leg shook in annoyance. How could he have perfectly copied Vesper Argentum?! I rarely used the sword..! The one time I use it, he figures out everything about it..! Victoria looked at Kielazar and slightly withdrew the hilt of her katanas and intense dark aura surged from the swords. The crowd was shocked, and even took Zephyr by surprise.
"Begin!" The ref said.
Kielazar dashed to Victoria and slashed multiple times sending blade beams at her direction. Victoria dodged the blade beams and withdrew her swords and her eyes glowed. She slashed quickly then noticed Kielazar blocked them all and was shocked to see he split his blade into four. She jumped back and tapped the tip of her right shoe against the ground.
"...you have no chance of winning..I apologize for that..you are a skilled knight from what I can tell, but your technique can not outclass mine. As a survivor of the Holy Order attack, I have grown to realize how much I have grown since my mentor died by their hands.." Kielazar said.
I slightly glared at Zephyr and my dark aura slightly appeared around my hands. Saya and Miyuna looked at me in shock. I was getting pissed off. Zephyr ordered the Holy Order to kill Gabriela..
"I am the Eternal Templar...I am nothing but a human enhancement and a tool for war. This is why you will lose.." Kielazar said.
"That's tragic and all..but I don't remember asking.." Victoria said. "But since you shared your history..I shall do the same.."
The crowd was silent as they spoke. This was the first they were hearing about Victoria's history. Many were interested in who she really is.
"I am the daughter of the Great Demon, Shangri-La. I am a human-demon hybrid. My mother served under Uphelia as a samurai. She tamed the Great Demon solo and married him as her reward..she is known across the land as Azura. If you say my skills can never outclass yours then you are highly mistaken..you have yet to see my true powers...you have yet to see my demons...I was born to hate the Holy Order..the Holy Order took away my parents..killed my mother and sealed my father.." Victoria said. "I am born and raised in Uphelia..I am branded a traitor...it wasn't until I met Queen Stella where I knew I was saved..she gave me life and purpose..her poison healed me..she gave me one of the ultimate Lunar Arms... Hades's Withering Blades. A blade that responds to my hatred for Uphelia..with these blades..your kingdom will fall...I have my reasons why I want everyone there dead at my feet.."
Victoria's blades shined a blood red and her horn appeared as she transformed into her demon form. The crowd was in awe and I...I smiled ominously as my golden eyes shined.
"Saya...Miyuna...watch her closely. This is the true powers of my creation...and you Zephyr...watch as your knight..bows to my knight.." I said coldly.
My dark aura surged from my body and I giggled. Saya and Miyuna were drawn to the battle. It was already intense. Zephyr glared and watched the battle.
