The Start of Darkness

Kielazar and Zelion clashed blades and Zelion overpowered Kielazar then pushed him back with his aura. Kielazar grunted and glared then a spirit wolf appeared behind him. His eyes shined a blood red and his aura surged.

"You traitor!" Gabriela bellowed and dashed towards Zelion and slashed with all of her swords.

Black lightning surged around Zelion and he struck Gabriela and blew her away. She groaned and landed on the table. She sat up and Zelion was above her then he threw his lance like a javelin. She dodged the lance and slashed with her floating blades, sending Zelion crashing through a pillar.

"Why Zelion...Why must you betray us?! Why?!" Adriesta yelled.

"Stella...will destroy Arcania. I know you felt that demonic energy as well, Kielazar. A demonic energy we both possess. Especially me.." Zelion chuckled and exhaled.

"We are allies of Lunia...I won't allow you to live after this." Gabriela said and transformed into her Silver Queen form.

She summoned six floating blades and her blue eyes shined brightly. Zelion stood up, summoning his lance. He laughed a bit then watched his mother, Gabriela, and Kielazar prepare to attack him.

Meanwhile at Uphelia...

"King...Zephyr...What are you doing?" Zain grunted as red lightning surged from his back and he groaned.

He walked into the castle and panted. He walked into the throne room seeing his brother on the throne. His eyes shined and he covered his left eye and grunted. His brother glared at him.

"You're a failure to the Elysia name. I knew the moment you formed an alliance with Semilia, your true alliance would be wavering. Now pick a side, Lunia...or Uphelia." His brother said.

"Zach...You don't understand...Stella can't be stopped. Uphelia will fall...King Zephyr...is slowly ripping apart this land. We have to convince him to stop this war." He looked at Zach and dark aura surged around his body. "Please brother..."

"You are a disgrace." Zach stood up and pulled his sword from the scabbard, pointing it at Zain. "You've chosen your alliance...now you will fall with your alliance."

"....So be it brother...." Zain said and uncovered his left eye. "If you won't listen to me, you'll listen to my actions!"

Zain bellowed and his left eye shined red and the sclera of his left eye turned black. Black aura spiralled around his person then he summoned his sword made of red lightning. His hair fully turned white and a black horn grew on the left side of his head.

"This is your end brother!" They both said and dashed towards each other.

Meanwhile in Maanga...

Zelion grunted as he was kicked through the doors of the castle. He slid back then turned back and jumped down the set of stairs. He turned around and threw his lance at the sky. Kielazar and Gabriela dashed after him.

"Plasma Rainstorm!" He bellowed and a shower of thunderbolts crashed to the ground.

They were hit with the thunderbolts and groaned. Adriesta appeared in front of Zelion and he looked shocked then was blown back by a fireball from her pistol. He crashed into a statue and grunted. Adriesta noticed Holy Order members rushing into the kingdom. Kielazar and Gabriela stood up and looked ahead.

"I won't let any one of you to destroy my kingdom!" Adriesta bellowed and powerful flames and black lightning surged around her body.

A male dashed forward and Kielazar dashed towards the male then they clashed. They entered a heated battle with their swords. They pushed each other back and Kielazar bellowed then facial marking flashed on his face then he kicked the male back and appeared above him then slashed down. The male blocked it with his shield and they glared at each other.

"Hisui! Strike them down!" A woman bellowed.

"Sword Art: Divine Tempest!" Hisui bellowed and his teal eyes shined. He slashed with his sword and summoned a huge tornado.

"I won't allow you to strike us down!" Adriesta slashed at the tornado and dispersed it. Hisui looked surprised then looked at Adriesta.

"Who is she..?" Hisui asked.

"That's Adriesta. One of the land's strongest warriors to ever exist. Turn your focus on the queen of Maanga. She must be eliminated. We will make Maanga a part of Uphelia!" A male bellowed.

A woman dashed to Gabriela and slashed. Gabriela blocked the attack with all her swords and grunted she was pushed back then they entered a sword battle. Gabriela bellowed and her aura surged then she slashed quickly at Vern and Vern parried all of her attacks then kicked Gabriela away. Gabriela hit her back on the outside wall of her castle then dodged Vern's stab.

"She's so fast.." Gabriela panted the wiped her mouth. She looked at Vern then readied her swords.

Kielazar and Hisui kept fighting, blocked and parrying each other's attacks. Adriesta looked around for Zelion and grit her teeth. She was pissed that her own son betrayed her and her friends.

Meanwhile at Uphelia...

"Brother you've gotten soft!" Zach kicked Zain away. Zain rolled out the way of Zach's attack then Zain kicked Zach away.

"....I'll destroy you!" Zain bellowed and his red lightning surged around his body, allowing his demon to take over. "Take this!"

Zain bellowed and slashed and destroyed the pillars of the throne room, causing the ceiling to collapse. Zach dodged the attack then dashed to Zain and they clashed, entering a blade lock. They glared at each other.

"You're a scum! Mother would be disappointed that you chose the enemy over your family!" Zach bellowed and pushed Zain back. "I'm ending this! Sacred Arts: Final Divinity!"

Zach slashed in a zig zag motion multiple times then light particles surrounded his blade and he slashed, releasing a blade beam. Zain blocked the blade beam and growled then red lightning crackled from his eyes. He roared and slashed the beam in half.

"Vanity Break!" He bellowed and slashed at Zach, striking him in his chest.

Zach groaned and stumbled back. He stuck his sword into the ground and fell on one knee. Zain walked to Zach and looked at him with cold and blank eyes. Zach chuckled and looked up at Zain.

"You made a mistake...You choosing Stella will only lead to the deaths of everyone in Arcania. You could've killed her." Zach said then was stabbed through his chest by Zain's sword. He groaned and coughed blood.

"I'll keep your concerns in mind...if it were true. Now it's time to prevent this war from continuing any further." Zain teleported away.

Back at Maanga....

Kielazar slid back and fell to one knee. He panted and looked up at Hisui. He looked around him and saw his kingdom being burned to the ground. He stood up slowly and got in a stance once again.

"I can't...lose here...I refuse!" Kielazar dashed to Hisui and bellowed then was blown away by Hisui's shield. Kielazar groaned and landed on his feet then fell back on one knee.

"Kielazar!" Gabriela ran to Kielazar and Vern dashed after her and shoved her sword through Gabriela's back. Gabriela coughed blood and fell to the ground.

"Gabriela..." Kielazar got up and slowly made his way to her. He fell on his knees and panted.

Gabriela looked at Kielazar and gave a smile then she slowly closed her eyes. Kielazar grit his teeth and closed his eyes then punched the ground. Tears filled his eyes and rage filled his heart. He stood up and wiped his eyes.

"I'll kill you all!" He bellowed and two floating blades appeared beside him.

He bellowed and dashed towards Vern and Zephyr appeared in front of him then punched him away. He groaned and rolled on his side and his floating blades vanished. Kielazar coughed and slowly got up, seeing Zephyr in front of him.

"Destroy...Maanga." Zephyr ordered. He walked to Kielazar and punched his stomach. Kielazar's body went limp then he fell into Zephyr's arms.

Zephyr walked away with Kielazar in arms. Maanga was set on fire...the only body that remained was Gabriela's. As her kingdom burned, Gabriela opened her eyes slowly. She saw the sight of her kingdom and her eyes shined. Her vampiric aura vanished and she stood up. She stuck her sword into the ground and vengeance filled her heart. She spread her vampire wings and flew off.

Meanwhile at Lunia...

"Queen Stella! We have urgent news!" A soldier ran to her.

"What is it?" I answered.

"Maanga has fallen...Zephyr and his army are destroying our allied kingdoms-"

"None of you went to help them?! You knew this information and just sat there?" I gripped the soldier's neck and lifted him off his feet. "You useless...pieces of absolute shit!"

The soldier grunted and looked at me scared. I began to squeeze his neck until I heard a snap. He fell limp into my hands and I dropped his body. The other soldiers looked at me and I glared. I looked up from his dead body.

"Listen up army...Arcania is ours. We will conquer and destroy everyone and everything. Anyone who dares to defy me will die. Anyone who allows an ally to perish, will die. Failure will not be tolerated in Lunia. Arcania will perish and see the wrath of Lunia!" I bellowed then my army roared with me.

"War has begun. Victoria, are you ready?" Jin asked.

"...Yeah. This land needs a wake up call. We will conquer it all." Victoria said.

"Yeah! We will avenge our fallen! I don't care if we are vilified as demons...Arcania will learn our pain." Kotome smiled.

I turned to look at Victoria and the others. They nodded and I nodded back. I walked off to the blacksmith area to make weapons for them.

Meanwhile with Zain....

Zain panted as he fell to his knees and held his chest. The masked man appeared before him and Zain looked up. He handed Zain a mask and scarf. Zain looked at the man then took the mask and scarf.

"Welcome...to the Arcanian Empire...Zain." The masked man smirked.
