Chapter-15: Did the Hokage just scam me?

(MC POV)

After waking up, I followed my daily routine for morning training, bath, eating breakfast etc.

I was now on my way to academy with Sasuke. It felt a little strange to go to academy yet again as I graduated already.

I sat near Hinata who threw a questioning look at me.

I just smiled at her.

I also witnessed the legendary kiss scene. It really funny to see.

Sasuke didn't expect it at all.

I just took a photo of the scene.

'This will make good blackmail material for both of them.' I though with a smug grin on my face.

Iruka came inside but when he saw me, he was little...amused?

He started announcing teams.

"Team 7- Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Sasuke Uchiha. Jounin sensei is Kakashi Hatake and Chunnin sensei is Kazuya Uchiha. A 5 man cell will be formed due to special circumstances."

""""HEH?!"""" All four of us were shocked.

I was utterly shocked.

I expected this but Chunnin sensei?

Damn you Hiruzen-sensei!! You did me DIRTY!

This had nothing to do with teamwork at all!

I thought I could just relax a little but no.

I'm going to suffer because of this.

I hate this.

I knew only the cyclops could teach anything now but now...SENSEI?!

This is going to be really troublesome.

I really wish I got with Hinata.

After announcement, All teams left with their Jounin sensei.

I just pulled a bottle of sake from a seal hidden inside my shirt.

I always kept a bottle of good quality sake as because of recreational and defensive purposes.

Imagine a ninja runs up to you but you take out a sake bottle from your seal. He will be very confused and this will give you enough time to surprise attack him. Totally defensive item.

I just opened it and chugged it. I wasn't worried about its effects as I had chakra. It also had this really sweet smell which was pleasing to nose.

I enjoyed the sensation of being drunk. You don't need to think too much in this state and you just drown your worries.

All three of my now students threw a questioning look at me.

"Don't look at me like that! Kakashi-senpai is notorious to be late. I can sober myself with help of chakra if he arrives. I would recommend you find something to do right now because this will take a long time." I said.

After a few hours, he finally came in. I instantly sobered myself after sensing him.

Same things happened as in canon.

Kakashi received a duster on his head.

"My first impression of all of you...is I don't like you. Come on the roof now." He said in a monotonous voice as he left.

I just flickered with him.

We arrived on the roof.

"I was informed by Hokage-sama that you will be observing their teamwork. I specifically asked him to make you a sensei so you will be going on D-rank missions for quite a while. I will assist you in training as well as C-rank and above missions." he said in a monotonous voice with his iconic eye smile.

"Hokage-sama did me dirty this time didn't he?" I said.

"He sure did." he said.

"Haah...Please Kakashi-senpai. Will you be so cruel to your cute kouhai? We even did couple of missions together and I took up quite a bit challenges from Gai-san too." I said with the best smile I could muster.

"Of course I will. You are really lazy to push these duties on me." He said.

"Tch! Pot calling kettle black. I will tell Gai-san that you challenged him on a hundred day Taijutsu only marathon battle." I said.

"Hey this is outright bullying! I never said that!" He exclaimed.

"We both know who he will trust. He will simply say 'It can't be helped! I challenge you to the Taijutsu only marathon battle!'." I asked.

"Haah... I will assist in D-rank missions too." He said in a monotonous yet dejected way.

Seriously how does he even do that?

"Here is the letter with tomorrow's test details. You will just observe for time being." he said.

"By the way, A new limited edition of Icha-Icha paradise as well as figurines came in. It is exclusive to my store chain only. Make sure to buy it." I said.

"I knew I could always count on you Kazuya. You are an amazing friend." He said in a dramatic tone.

"Yeah, I know. Looks like they arrived. So will you do the introduction or me?" I said.

"I will do it because why not." he said.

After we all settled down, Kakashi began.

"Let's see....First of all let me have you guys introduce yourselves." he said

"What should we say?" asked Sakura.

"Your likes, your dislikes, your future dream, hobbies things like that!" he responded.

"That is all fine but first tell us about yourself." Naruto said.

"Me? I'm Hatake Kakashi. I don't feel like telling you guys about my likes and dislikes. I've never thought about my future dream....As for my hobbies, I have many."

"Don't we only know your name like this?" Sakura chimed in.

"Next is you guys. You start." said Kakashi as he pointed towards Naruto.

"My name is Uzumaki Naruto. I like cup ramen. What I like even more is ramen from Ichiraku from Uchiha Hub that Iruka sensei treats me to. What I dislike is the three minutes after pouring hot water in the cup ramen. My hobby is eating and comparing cup ramen. I also like to eat at Yakiniku Q as no one shoos me away there. My future dream is to surpass the Hokage. And so I'm going to make the whole village acknowledge my existence!" said Naruto with a proud look.

Looks like my restaurant helped him a bit unknowingly huh?

"Okay. Next."

"I'm Sakura Haruno. What I like...I mean, who I like is....And my hobby is, I mean... My future dreams is to....Kyaaaaa~~"

"What about dislikes?" Inquired Kakashi.

"Naruto." said Sakura without missing a beat.

"Haah...Next."

"My name is Sasuke Uchiha. I have a lot of dislikes and I don't like anything in- I mean I like tomatoes and t-training with my twin brother Kazuya. My ambition is to restore the clan, protect my brother and kill a certain someone in future without fail." He said.

Good. One glare was enough to fix his intro.

"And lastly." said Kakashi.

I gave him a 'do I really need to do this' look.

He gave me back a 'Yes you need to' look.

"My name is Kazuya Uchiha. I like...well I like a lot of things. I dislike tomatoes and weakness. My ambition is to be well... I never really thought about it. Establishing a family and lead a successful life I guess? My hobby is to go on dates with Hinata and drinking good sake. I will become the Hokage before Naruto just because I can." I said. The last part was in a joking way but in a way, I was serious.

"Hey!" exclaimed Naruto.

"Okay! All of you are very interesting and distinctive characters. We'll have a survival mission tomorrow. Kazuya here will tell you about the details. Make sure to not eat anything. Or you will definitely puke." he said as he left.

I opened the letter, told them the details and burnt it. Everyone went to our respective houses except me.

I went to Hokage residence and arrived in Hokage's office through window.

"You really did me dirty, didn't you Hiruzen-sensei~?" I said in dangerous and playful tone.

He sweated a little while muttering please no many times.

"Turns out that a limited edition of Icha-Icha paradise in in our stores. It will be definitely sold out by now. It also came with figurines of the main characters which looked really amazing. Too bad you couldn't get them. I thought that I would gift you one of the books and the best figurine. But now...Nah! I think they were a waste to get. I will give it to Kakashi-san I guess." I said.

His fear came true. He doesn't fear any man but he does fear things like these. You must understand desperation of an old pervert.

"I truly care for you Kazuya-kun. Can I please have them? It's just that Elders are not agreeing with me to promote you. That is why it was delayed." he said.

"Haah... You could've told me straight. You need to accelerate my promotion process though. Or else I won't give you the figurine." I said.

"Are you threatening me?" He said with a serious tone but I could tell it was a fake one.

"Nope. I am promising you." I said as I smiled.

"Haah...I'm too old for this. FINE! I will do something. But you will give me another figurine for that." he said.

"So will I train anymore with you?" I asked as I changed the topic.

"We will stop our training for the time being. You must enjoy your childhood and these precious moments for now." He said.

"I understand. Here is the scroll. It has the book as well as 2 figurines. Don't try to use any fire or lightning jutsu near them. They might get deformed. Bye!" I said as I left through the window.

I arrived at my home.

I made some food for both Sasuke and me.

I took a bath too.

Hokage really scammed me this time.

I was thinking about future as my existence will definitely affect the world very much. I look forward to the changes. Life wouldn't be fun if it was totally predictable after all.

I think I can just chill till Hiruzen dies.

Well, It's time to take it easy. Maybe I will form an organization to serve just me in the future? Who knows?

I will probably train with Hinata too as I need to make sure she is strong. We can't have our cute little Hinata hurting because of the kindness during fights, can we?

Hmm... Now I see, I can focus on getting more on my image to be a future Hokage. Leaf is slowly getting under my control and Danzo will definitely seek me because of this. I look forward to kick his butt this time.

I will kill him off with Hiruzen during Konoha's attack. It will solidify my chances quite a bit too. I need as much support I can gather.

It's relax time after working so much after these 2 years.

I slept for the day.

(Naruto POV)

"I wonder how will the test go tomorrow. I am excited for it. Hopefully I will impress Sakura-chan too. hehehehehe!" I said.

I set my alarm for early morning and went to sleep.

I wonder what Sasuke-kun will be like the next morning. Will he be lively or tired in the morning.

It doesn't matter I enjoy looking at him. Hopefully Naruto doesn't hinder him.

My love will win.

(Sasuke POV)

'I will finally graduate from academy tomorrow.'

'I will become a real genin and come one step closer to my goal.'

'Just you wait Itachi. I will kill you one day, no matter what.'

'Kazuya may not hate you as much as me, but I will make sure to appease him too. We suffered far too much because of you. My Hate will turn the illusion of you death into reality.' I thought.

I slept for the day as I had an important mission cum training the next day.
