Ceremony at Alper.

Kein, mother and I just arrived at Alper after a short flight. Alper was a kind of ruined temple with massive stone pillars and trees surrounding it. There was a large pink magic circle in the centre where I assumed would be the place for me to transform.
I've remembered the goddesses warning about the three kids that are going to try and kill me so I'm going to stay alert just in case. I doubt these kids are as strong as me anyway.
I was messing around with Adonis and seeing if I can transform it into random things like a sparkler and a brick, which in my surprise it could.
Mother and Kein were doing something to the magic circle and when I looked over I seemed to understand what was going on. It was like instinct it was something I just knew and I'm assuming it's from my [Elemental master] skill and it seemed mother was tuning or adjusting the magic circle by putting in information like my height, gender, race and so on.
'I think it's important to put in my information? It must make the process of transformation smoother, well probably.'
I decided to do a little exercise and practice with Adonis in bow form by trying to hit random birds that flew over me. It was simple for and gave me no struggle but I couldn't overcome by boredom.
"Hey mum when are we going to do the ceremony?!" I shouted looking over at mum who was talking with Kein.
"The ceremony will start once everyone gets here which we have invited!" Kein calls back before my mother could speak.
"Do you know how long that'll be? I'm getting bored!"
"Maybe another half hour of so?!"
"Okay!" I went to a tree and jumped up and landed on a branch and layer down.
"Call me when I'm needed!" I shouted from the branch.
"Sure!" Came the reply.
I closed my eyes and wondered if the goddess would be in my soul realm this time or I'd just simply fall asleep.

"Hm so you were thinking of me, my darling~" came the voice behind me. It was the goddess of reincarnation.
"Yeah I was, can you give me information on the three kids that are going to attack me?" I asked.
"No can do, I'm not allowed to interfere too much even if you are mine."
"I'm not yours though?"
"Sure, was that all my darling?"
"Just curious, how long can you stay in my soul realm?"
"Around 6-16 minutes depending on how long you strain yourself. Why? Did you want to spend time with me? How cute!" The goddess squealed Pressing her face against mine.
"I guess you could say that I just wanted to ask a couple questions." I said, "Anyway why is my body here now instead of my soul flame?"
"That's because that's how you see yourself, your current body."
"Hm okay, do you know the goddess of space?"
"Yeah I do?"
"Why did she give me her blessing?"
"How should I know? Mine was because ..well you'll find out later anyway your interesting so that could be why."
"Okay."
"Is that all the questions?"
I nodded in response before saying, "for now that is."
"Okay then, I'll return your consciousness. Bye my darling~"
"Bye."

When I awoke there was a lot of noise coming from the direction of the magic circle.
I sat up on the branch and rapped my tail around it swinging around so I was hanging from it with my arms crossed and legs on the base of the branch. I was basically standing on the branch but upside down.
"What's going on over there? Is that all the guests? 3 adults and 5 children. I don't see why they need to be here." I muttered while yawning.
'I'd rather just ignore them all.'
Everyone seemed familiar with each other with the exception of one small girl. She had red hair and frosty light blue eyes. I'd say she was five as she was the height of a ten year old and from taking in the fact that dragons grow twice as fast as other creatures. 4'7 roughly but it's a little hard to see from here as I'm quite the distance away. Her tail was like mine but without the spikes and her wings were scaled not feathered. The colour pattern still followed the same rule of 'hair colour is your main body colour and eye colour is secondary' same went for every other dragon.
'It seems all dragons have scaled wings other than my family, that's a bit odd.'
I wasn't bothered with anyone there so I dropped myself from the tree doing a flip and landing on my feet brushing of my clothes. I walked further away and then stopped.
'Wings. I wonder if I should practice flying?'
With that I spread my wings before copying my mums actions when she started flying.
'Bend down a little and angle my wings a bit, alright now jump and flap your wings down with force.'
I pushed off from the ground and I was now in the air I then got a feel for myself in the air and flapped my wings again. I was maintaining the same level in the sky just above the trees.
'This seems easy as if it comes naturally so why couldn't I before? Well I guess my wings are stronger than before.'
I angled my wings and body in an attempt to fly forward and flapped my wings and with another push I was flying through the air.
'This is fun but not as exciting as I thought it would be?'
I did a backflip in the air then flew directly up before I stopped flying and let myself drop. I was falling quite fast and I noticed Kein saw me. I caught myself in the air and darted towards Kein and landed in front of him quite gracefully, well for a fist try.
"Did you need me? I noticed you watching me." I asked closing my wings a little.
"Yeah we are ready to start the ceremony but what was that, your wings shouldn't be strong enough for you to fly let alone do that trick."
"Huh really? Oh did you not know of my evolution and I'm quite strong now. I'm an elemental dragon." I said nonchalantly with Kein looking at me as if I told him the world just exploded.
"And that was my first time flying, it just felt natural like second nature." I shrugged, "are we starting the ceremony now then?"
"Did you see her flying just now?" Kein turned to my mother.
"Kiera was flying?!"
"Yeah thought so, and yes we are starting the ceremony now so could you go onto the magic circle?"
"Sure."
I walked over to the magic circle and asked, "should I just stand here or what?"
"Yeah that should be fine" Kein replied crouching down at the edge of the magic circle, "everything's ready."
"Everyone Kiera will now be granted the ability to use magic and have access to her true form of a dragon!" Kein called out.
He poured in his mana triggering the magic circle to release a blinding white light. Most people squinted yet I felt unaffected? A surge of heat came from my heart and did laps around my body through what felt like my veins but it wasn't. It was my mana veins which are like another set of veins but it carry's your pure mana from your heart around your body. For dragons we store mana in our heart which is why when humans try fighting us they do it for our heart which sell for a ton but also upgrade their mana efficiency and aptitude for the elements.
The mana did 5 laps around my body before returning to my heart and my system gave me a notification.

"The ceremony is completed, Kiera please transform into your true form" Kein called out to me.
"With pleasure." I replied.
Purple light illuminated from within my body and my heart was racing. I could feel my body changing as I activated [True dragon]. From outside the circle the white light which blinded them was overtaken by my mystic purple glow and once the light stopped shining everyone could see my dragon form.
I was almost identical to mother other than where she was red I was purple. I felt refreshed in this form but there was I tingling feeling in my throat. I sneezed but instead of a regular sneeze it was smoke. Smoke came out my nose.
"That tickled." I spoke with everyone's eyes on me.
They all looked entranced at my form all wowing me and saying how pretty I was.
I looked at the kids and I saw three boys whispering with each other looking at me in anger and the other boy was drawing circles in the ground completely uninterested, the girl on the other hand looked happy for some reason.
She walked up to me and said, "can I feel your wings? Mine aren't like that, see?"
"If you want to." I said as I moved a wing closer for her.
She rubbed my wing which felt ticklish and she said, "Your wings are really soft!"
"Are they?" I said slightly confused, I never thought they were that soft but I guess they must be if she said so.
I looked back over to the boys who were whispering and they looked at me with a grin.
'They'll be the ones that attack me. They are terrible at hiding their intent from me.'
And with that the ceremony was over and it was now time to check what elements I could use and which one had the strongest aptitude.
