I never thought he'd be a battle junkie to this extent...

"Mhm, By the way... Do you have anything you want to buy in mind? Ray?" I asked Ray in a normal way as we got closer to each other after that battle. I'm curious on what he wants to buy.

"Yeah, I plan to see if there is something that could help me rank up but I mainly came here to buy a good weapon for me."

The first thing that was auctioned was a storage bag at 500,000 ... Normally those could be sold cheaply at the black market but it seems that this one had an increased size.

the second and so on were things that were sold cheaply until they started selling scrolls for skills which the price then had a drastic increase.

it seems he didn't want to continue... and the others didn't bid since they still didn't want to offend vip's even though they are wearing masks... well its probably because it's only a E rank skill and they wouldn't want to risk their offending for a mere E rank, since most people here are rich.

I see a lot of things auctioned that didn't catch any of my interest while some of the things did, but I was too poor. Ray also bought a few things and Ayla bought a expensive artifact in the shape of a bracelet which can defend against an A rank attack once. I then see something which caught my attention.

"Next up is D rank random skill scroll which has no starting price"

hmm... A random skill scroll.... this lets people get a random skill from their rank or under which means I can get a F rank to D rank skill and the skill would be random, which could make others hesitate. However, I'm confident in my luck in getting a D rank skill though I hope it'll be a good one....

"3 million" someone said

I see other people trying to speak up but I stop them all with two words.

"7 Million" this confused the other people as you would usually get lower rank skills which would cause a loss and it isn't worth it.

"Hmm? Are you sure about this Zen? Also aren't you 200 thousand short since you paid 3.2 million for the wind slash? Do you need some money?"

"It's fine" I said to the concerned Ray... At least he cares, I thought while seeing Ayla with an indifferent expression

Welp, It seems like no one bidded against me so I won the item. I'll use it later.

I thought of the skills that I'd hope I get while I hear Ray's voice

... It seemed that he bid for a B rank Sword that is suitable for B and lower rank people and it's specially light which suits Ray even more.

In the end he got the sword for 70 million.

The items are too expensive.... I looked at the items which were the real reason people came here for.

... Healing potions really are the most expensive...

A low rank potion can be sold for 100 thousand and a Mid potion can be sold for 1 Million while an intermediate is sold for 10 million and High ranking potions are sold for 100 million each which are expensive as hell... Advanced are sold at 500 million and Supreme potions which are incredibly rare, even for the Association [which they only have a few]...Advanced can heal limbs and broken parts of the body while Supreme potions are able to heal anything as long as they are still alive. They are priced as 5 billion for each even though they would cost more since they are rare.

Ayla tried to bid for it but had to back down dejectedly

Seems like the Auction is about to end... I thought, as I heard the Lady's voice again.

"... I'd like everyone to have their attentions on me please. The next Item will be the last and best Item for today's Auction" The lady said which made things perked up and make a lot of the Vip's to straighten themselves up as they came here for this Item.

Two people then came out to the stage and unwrapped a metal box which revealed a white and green Dagger that has the pattern of a serpent.
