Chp 4 : A Traumatized Baby

"Okay Tex, but just to confirm... all I have to do is help the Hero kill the Demon Lord, correct?"

"Yes yes, very simple as you said, right?" Tex said sarcastically

When their conversation, ended Siun followed Tex around the black void, it was quite weird seeing the black cat hover around this empty space... well I supposed the situation their in is even more weird and ridiculous.

As Tex began to slow down, Siun saw a blinding hole in the middle of the floor. It stinged his eyes because before this everything in the void was black.

"Here it is, all you have to do is jump into this hole" Tex explained.

Everything faded to black, but Siun could feel the sensation that his body was flying faster than a fighter jet at full speed. It was a refreshing feeling because Siun has been in that black void with Tex for...who knows how long at this point.

[Siun : Wow this is nice... I feel so light, it feels so comfortable and exhilarating yet somehow I feel safe and relaxed...]

[Tex : Its about to happen, get ready...]

When Tex said that Siun was confused.

Siun forgot one thing... he was in a womb and he was about to be delivered.

[Siun : Fuck-]

As soon as Siun realized the situation he was in, The feeling of his body floating through the air was replaced with the feeling of him covered in disgusting goo.

[Siun : EW EW EWW, WTF! TEX YOU DIDNT TELL ME THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN!]

There was no reply from Tex

( Tex went away to throw up )

"DEAR YOU CAN DO IT! JUST ONE MORE PUSH!" a husky voice yelled frantically

"AHHHH IT HURTS SO MUCH!" another voice shrieked out, this time the voice was feathery... well you could barely tell it was a feathery one because of all the screaming and yelling, it sounded more like a dying horse's last neighs.

This lasted for six more horrifying hours, and to all the female readers who are mothers reading this... I respect you.

After those grueling hours, a child was finally delivered. It was a truly beautiful baby... but you couldn't really tell, because of all the vernix covering the baby's body made the baby look like a lump of chalk... a ridiculously cute lump of chalk though...

[Siun : its finally over, I have escaped. But at what cost... It feels like my ears have gone deaf, and my body is all covered in this white gunk... what the hell]

*Tex reappears*

[Tex : are you uhm...okay? you look kinda... off]

[Siun : What the fuck just happened, is the woman's... erm... thing supposed to stretch that far?]

[Tex : You know how I said before that almost everything exists in this world? There are some exceptions though, one of them is fancy hospitals that can perform c sections. I mean even if this world did have c sections your family is probably too poor to get any of that ]

[Siun : ...]

[Tex : The good news is that this place cares a lot about people's mental health... so there probably a very good therapist you can find to recover from this quickly]

[Siun : Will my parents be able to afford it?]

*Tex disappears back into the void*

[Siun : COME BACK HERE YOU FUCKING CAT, ATLEAST STAY WITH ME]

As Siun was busy cursing Tex in his head, the married couple wrapped Siun into a thin piece of blanket. His new mother Elena gracefully cradled Siun in her arms... She was a completely different woman than hours ago when she was screaming for her life, Elena had dark brown hair and black eyes. Her beauty wasn't that of a supermodel, but instead you get this playful yet poised feeling when you look at her face.

In contrast from Elena who was gently cradling Siun in her skinny arms, Her husband Silas, had obsidian black hair. Silas had quite a muscular build and was considerably taller than the petite Elena. He was patting Siun's head without considering that his strength could potentially harm their newborn baby.

"Aish... Silas, stop doing that! your going to hurt or little baby!"

"Ouch! stop pinching me!" The husband grunted.

Siun started nodding off as the new pair of mother and father continued their playful and loving banter in their run down and shabby hut. Even thought they were dirt poor they were still very happy in their current situation, Siun should really learn to take a page out of their book.
