"When we were little did you ever feel guilty for everything you put me through? Have you ever looked into my eyes and felt regret." Nell brought a big plate of meat, fish and potatoes, ready and looking wonderful

"Is it poisoned?" Allara asked suspiciously

"Nop, Jayna has already confirmed it three times, so I went to ask why they serve this dish, when they were never like this and-" it was then that Nell's expression of happiness changed drastically to one of pure hate "they said this would be all the lady's food for the rest of the week "

Allara sighed in relief upon hearing this "That is better"

"What?" Nell with a puzzled look looked at the ten year old in front of her "My Lady they want you to starve, This is unforgivable"

"Kind of, but it's better than not knowing what their kindness hides and what diabolical plan they were going to hatch" Allara didn't worry too much as it wasn't the first nor the last time she had experienced such abuse. "And Levi suffers worse than this so I think it's fair after all if a child of the royal family is treated like a slave then who am I to complain about my situation, at least I have a good meal once in a while."

"But my Lady" Nell was about to protest when they heard two small, barely audible knocks on the door

"M-My Lady, sorry to disturb your rest but I brought you some fruit as a thank you for helping me yesterday, but if you don't want them, you can throw them away, I'll leave them here if you want" As if he was afraid of every word he said, his voice seemed to be broken in just scared whispers out of fear that he might have offended her in any way.

"Wait" Allara asked "You can come in"

"Ye-Yes, my Lady"

Opening the door carefully, Allara caught a glimpse of the frightened young man, who trembled on all sides as if they were going to kill him.

realizing that he had no intention of looking up and looking her in the eye she ordered "Levi, I don't like it when people I have a little affection for don't look me in the face when I talk to them"

"Argh, how complicated" Allara, feeling guilty for having also participated in the current state of the prince, approached him , but before approaching fully she saw him flinch in pure fear and not wanting to hurt him further she stopped immediately and lowered the hand she wanted to reach out to hold his 'What right do I have to try to get close to him now, I'm the one who caused him the most pain in my past life, I should be considered inferior not this innocent child'

"You are not a servant, nor a being inferior to me or anyone else in this mansion, I may have been like an evil witch before but I know I was wrong and I apologize" To make her point, Allara bowed in pure regret.

"MY LADY!" Nell screamed in protest at her mistress's attitude.

"La-Lady Allara don't do that I don't deserve you to bow to me, it doesn't matter, everything you did had a reason, I understand!" he said agitated by the surprising action of the blonde.

"No you don't" she cried sincerely "Everything I did to you was because I was selfish, it was because I wanted something that had been taken by force and that I wanted back" Allara confessed, but maybe she wasn't talking about the events of this life but of the past., and perhaps the one she saw in front of her was the young man from whom she took a bright future and filled it with painful memories and scars, the one she knows she will never again be able to tell how sorry she was and how important he was to her

Levi agitatedly waved his hands in embarrassment and fear "No, it's all my fault Lady, there's no point in doing this, I'm the one to blame"

Allara was irritated that the boy blamed himself for everything he is not to blame and that he was left with such damaged and low self-esteem.
