"Are you challenging us?" Lucas's grim eyes were filled with threat when Garrison chuckled. His voice was calm but only a fool would believe that he was mellowing down. His eyes were cold, dark and full of threats. 

And Lucas was anything but a fool when it comes to sensing dangers.

"No, your grace, I am offering you a better solution than killing every single one of them as you ordered. Since his majesty wanted you to marry the princess to secure the peace of both empires, it would not matter who the princess would marry as long as she is married in our empire.

But since she had lost her purity, she is not fit for you." Lucas's eyes narrowed and the air around him became heavier. The knights he had brought started to move closer, making a circle around Ana, ELowen and Garrison in a threatening way.
