I Only Care For Evil Duke's Child

“So what if he is his child, he does not belong to me!” These were the words of Anastasia all her life until she faced her doom. Anastasia, a young and naive woman, thought that duke Garrison was the most handsome and skilled man in the empire and married him. But she had no idea that traps and betrayals were waiting for her in the palace. Soon she was entangled in an embezzlement case and then her step son died saving her whom she had never paid attention to, and the blame comes to her. she cried and lamented for choosing the wrong persons and trusting the one who wanted her dead but her biggest regret was the child, Rowan! “Relationships are not made by blood, but by love and care. I was wrong all my life.. But now it's too late.” the feeble words of her heart died in the noise that was created by the wailing voices of spectators and hooves of the running carriages. “Anastasia Sopheriene killed her stepson, Rowan Sopheriene, for wealth and power. For her sins, she would be given the death penalty and all her wealth would be seized. Not only that, her parents would suffer the same fate. The royal court would personally witness the whole punishment. The court is adjourned for now.” the bang on the table decided her fate. She did not get the chance to speak. No one thought it was needed and so the story of A Villainess ended. But….. sometimes the god gives justice to the villainess too. When she opened her eyes, she was young again. Her eyes stared at the whole scene with relief and determination, “I will change the future of that child with me! This time… I know who is my enemy!” from there started a new story of power, love and the villainess who would never let her enemies rest. contact me on.. Only Her Happiness!

"Mother, can I really not come with you?" Diana sighed as she shook her head for the fifth time but Vincent was ready to ask again.

"Vincent! I know that you are worried about our safety but we have knights. You do not need to worry about every time we go out. And do not forget that Rowan is going to join us too, so the knights of duke palace would be there too. We will be fine." Vincent pressed her lips into a thin line as he nodded reluctantly.

"I still did not understand why you need to go to the plaza when only two days are left for the marriage. And did Ana not say that she was too busy!"

"Honey!" she patted the arms of her son softly, "i know that you are worried about her and you are worried about me. But you have to understand that we all have our lives. She had promised the child that she was going to take him shopping. And she is going to be her mother soon. You can not stop her. Can you?" Vincent looked away. He knew he could not and should not but that did not mean he could accept it.

"Is there really nothing we can do about it?" Diana sighed, for she had asked the same question to herself many times in the past week.

"We can support her and protect each other. But not the way you want son, you can not lock any of us in the palace." the both heard footsteps only to see Ana walking towards them when Diana gave him a threatening look.

"So, you are finally here! I thought you slept in your way." Vincent rolled his eyes as he took a step back and the footmen opened the door.

"Vinnie! I have completed all the files. You just have to read them in the next meeting and if you get time go and check if everyone is comfortable in their lodging. I will be back soon."

"Don't call me that!" he warned but Ana just blinked innocently as if she did not understand what he was talking about.

Her mother called Ana, and she gave a few more instructions while calling him Vinnie at the end of each line with a grim look on her face and left in the carriage.

"Sorry, I kept you waiting when I was the one to ask you the favor." she apologized as she settled in the carriage and it started.

"That is alright, honey! You are working too hard these days when you should be having beauty sleeps and spa to make sure you look beautiful on your special day. But honey, are you sure that.."

"Not you, mother! I beg you!" Diana looked away, she knew that nothing could be done but that did not stop her from worrying about her daughter.

"You were so cold while trying on your dress and you are hardly paying any attention to the preparations of marriage, so i thought maybe…" Ana smiled meekly. She knew that she was not paying any attention to her marriage but the main reason was to keep the princess happy.

She was sure there were moles in her palace or how would the princes have known that she had gone to the Duke palace and how did her father. More than that, the eyes of the designer look probing.

If the princess would believe that she had no interest in marrying Garrison, perhaps she could approach her directly like she had in the past.

"I only want you to stay happy and healthy. I did not want to worry you honey." Ana smiled, she knew that her family were more worried about her then about themselves. And she truly did not deserve their unconditional love when she was the reason for their demise!

"Mother!" she hugged Diana who rubbed her back soothingly until the carriage stopped in the plaza.

They stopped in front of a men's clothing shop and just as they walked out, another carriage stopped with the insignia of the falcon, the family of archduke.

Rowan gets off the carriage with a bouquet in his hands.

"This is for you, my lady." he passed the bouquet to Diana as he kissed the back of her hands when she blinked and then laughed when Ana rubbed the shoulders of Rowan and smiled at him. "Did I keep you waiting?"

"No! We have just come. Shall we?" he nodded and all three of them walked inside the boutique.

It was the most famous boutique with always a crowd inside but today the whole shop was booked for the shopping of Rowan by Garrison.

As they entered, all of the staff came to greet them and escorted them in a small vip room.

"When I was informed that the young lord wanted to give us a chance to design something for him, I could not believe my ears. I have spent the whole day arranging the clothes he would like." said the owner with an excited face as she looked at her staff who brought many catalogs followed by the mannequins covered with bright and dashing suits.

"With your complexions, I am sure every color will suit you. But since your father is wearing white and so is the lady, how about you wearing white too with a red bow!" she pointed at the suit that excluded a charm of royalty as she looked at him with expectant eyes but instead of responding, he looked back at Ana surprising the designer.

Did they not say that he likes to choose his clothes himself? Even the duke did not have any say in it!?

Ana was looking at the clothes with a grim face as if she was looking at the explosive goods and learning how to diffuse them.

"I am sure white will look good on him but how about the sky blue suit? Its color matches his eyes and will look better in him. What do you say, Rowan?"
